本发明提供一种汽车仪表板装饰件,包括:木纹装饰板和固定于所述木纹装饰板内表面的安装板;所述木纹装饰板的横截面成弧状;所述木纹装饰板的内表面的四角处分别设有定位柱;所述安装板的面积小于所述木纹装饰板的面积;所述安装板的形状与所述木纹装饰板的形状相适配;所述安装板的四角分别通过螺钉与所述木纹装饰板相固定;所述安装板表面设有均匀分布的四个卡扣;可通过定位柱进行定位,通过卡扣进行安装固定,木纹装饰板的强度高,不易发生变形,且装饰效果好,装配时安装和拆卸均十分方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车仪表板装饰件。
背景技术
汽车装饰在当下时尚年轻人中大受追捧,汽车商家也想方设法地追求完美来满足当下年轻人的不同需求。
汽车仪表板装饰件是重要的汽车内饰件之一。但现有技术的汽车仪表板装饰件一般为塑料件,其强度不够好,易发生变形,甚至发生断裂,从而影响了装饰效果,且装配时安装和拆卸均十分不便。因此,有必要提供一种汽车仪表板装饰件,以解决上述问题。
另外,现有技术中的汽车仪表板装饰件多采用塑料制品,存在阻燃性能不佳等缺陷,在遇到事故时易引发火灾,从而造成严重的人生财产损失。而且现有技术中的某些塑料制品的原料来源不环保,常会挥发出一些有毒有害物质,人在车内会吸入这些有毒有害物质,长期以往会对人体健康造成较大的危害。因此,汽车仪表板装饰件的材料也需要作出一定改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车仪表板装饰件,以解决现有的汽车仪表板装饰件的强度不够好,易发生变形,甚至发生断裂,从而影响了装饰效果,且装配时安装和拆卸均十分不便的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种汽车仪表板装饰件用阻燃复合材料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车仪表板装饰件,包括:木纹装饰板和固定于所述木纹装饰板内表面的安装板;所述木纹装饰板的横截面成弧状;所述木纹装饰板的内表面的四角处分别设有定位柱;所述安装板的面积小于所述木纹装饰板的面积;所述安装板的形状与所述木纹装饰板的形状相适配;所述安装板的四角分别通过螺钉与所述木纹装饰板相固定;所述安装板表面设有均匀分布的四个卡扣。
所述安装板位于所述木纹装饰板的中央位置。
汽车仪表板装饰件用阻燃复合材料,按照重量份计,由增强剂玻璃纤维5份、次磷酸盐2份、含氮阻燃剂3份、聚醚多元醇20份、聚酯多元醇20份、增塑剂5份、聚氨酯硅油2份、异丁基乙烯基醚0.5份和水5份制成。
汽车仪表板装饰件用阻燃复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、制备预混料,将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、聚氨酯硅油、异丁基乙烯基醚和水放入反应釜中,于30℃下反应5小时,然后将反应产物过滤,烘干得预混料A;
2)、依次向搅拌器中投入预混料A、增强剂玻璃纤维、次磷酸盐、含氮阻燃剂,于室温下搅拌混合30分钟,得预混料B;
3)、将预混料B加热至200℃,经熔融共混,再经挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒和烘干。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、一种汽车仪表板装饰件,包括:木纹装饰板和固定于所述木纹装饰板内表面的安装板;所述木纹装饰板的横截面成弧状;所述木纹装饰板的内表面的四角处分别设有定位柱;所述安装板的面积小于所述木纹装饰板的面积;所述安装板的形状与所述木纹装饰板的形状相适配;所述安装板的四角分别通过螺钉与所述木纹装饰板相固定;所述安装板表面设有均匀分布的四个卡扣;可通过定位柱进行定位,通过卡扣进行安装固定,木纹装饰板的强度高,不易发生变形,且装饰效果好,装配时安装和拆卸均十分方便。
2)、安装板采用阻燃复合材料制成,该阻燃复合材料的阻燃性能高,对人体健康无危害,保障了车辆的行驶安全。阻燃复合材料由次磷酸盐、含氮阻燃剂组成的无卤阻燃体系,产生协同阻燃作用,进一步提高复合材料的阻燃性能。
3)、汽车仪表板装饰件用阻燃复合材料的制备方法,工艺简单、易于工业化生产,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种汽车仪表板装饰件,包括:木纹装饰板1和固定于木纹装饰板1内表面的安装板2,用于与汽车仪表板进行安装固定,木纹装饰板1为木质,具有较高的强度的同时,具有较佳的装饰效果,可提升汽车内饰的档次。
其中,木纹装饰板1的横截面呈弧状,以适应汽车仪表板的形状;木纹装饰板1的内表面的四角处分别设有定位柱11,可在汽车仪表板装饰件安装到汽车仪表板上时起到定位作用,以保证安装的精确性。
进一步,安装板2的面积小于木纹装饰板1的面积,且位于木纹装饰板1的中央位置,安装板2的形状与木纹装饰板1的形状相适配,以保证汽车仪表板装饰件安装到汽车仪表板后的平稳性。安装板2的四角分别通过螺钉21与木纹装饰板1相固定;安装板2表面设有均匀分布的四个卡扣22。可通过四个卡扣22卡合于汽车仪表板上从而实现汽车仪表板装饰件与汽车仪表板的安装固定,使得汽车仪表板装饰件与汽车仪表板的安装和拆卸较为方便。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明的汽车仪表板装饰件,可通过定位柱11进行定位,通过卡扣22进行安装固定,木纹装饰板1的强度高,不易发生变形,且装饰效果好,装配时安装和拆卸均十分方便。
实施例2
汽车仪表板装饰件用阻燃复合材料,按照重量份计,由增强剂玻璃纤维5份、次磷酸盐2份、含氮阻燃剂3份、聚醚多元醇20份、聚酯多元醇20份、增塑剂5份、聚氨酯硅油2份、异丁基乙烯基醚0.5份和水5份制成。
实施例3
汽车仪表板装饰件用阻燃复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、制备预混料,将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、聚氨酯硅油、异丁基乙烯基醚和水放入反应釜中,于30℃下反应5小时,然后将反应产物过滤,烘干得预混料A;
2)、依次向搅拌器中投入预混料A、增强剂玻璃纤维、次磷酸盐、含氮阻燃剂,于室温下搅拌混合30分钟,得预混料B;
3)、将预混料B加热至200℃,经熔融共混,再经挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒和烘干。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,实施例只是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。

1.一种汽车仪表板装饰件,其特征在于,包括:木纹装饰板(1)和固定于所述木纹装饰板(1)内表面的安装板(2);所述木纹装饰板(1)的横截面成弧状;所述木纹装饰板(1)的内表面的四角处分别设有定位柱(11);所述安装板(2)的面积小于所述木纹装饰板(1)的面积;所述安装板(2)的形状与所述木纹装饰板(1)的形状相适配;所述安装板(2)的四角分别通过螺钉(21)与所述木纹装饰板(1)相固定;所述安装板(2)表面设有均匀分布的四个卡扣(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车仪表板装饰件,其特征在于,所述安装板(2)位于所述木纹装饰板(1)的中央位置。
