Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂料用催干剂,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙1‑4份、环烷酸铜1‑2份、碳酸锰1‑2份、氧化锌1‑2份、聚丙烯酰胺1‑5份、乙醇5‑10份、甘油5‑10份。本发明的催干剂,制备简单,不仅催干性能好,还具有溶解性好,稳定性好等优点,适合工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及催干剂技术领域,具体涉及一种涂料用催干剂。
背景技术
催干剂是涂料工业的主要助剂,其作用是加速漆膜的氧化、聚合、干燥,达到快干的目的。涂料催干剂最注重是速度,快干才能保证工业生产的高效,故大多数催干剂追求的都是催干速度,而溶解性较差。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种涂料用催干剂,其溶解性好,不皂化物含量低,具有良好的催干性能。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种涂料用催干剂,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙1-4份、环烷酸铜1-2份、碳酸锰1-2份、氧化锌1-2份、聚丙烯酰胺1-5份、乙醇5-10份、甘油5-10份。
优选地,所述的涂料用催干剂,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙2.5份、环烷酸铜1.5份、碳酸锰1.5份、氧化锌1.5份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、乙醇7.5份、甘油7.5份。
上述涂料用催干剂的制备方法为:
(1)、将聚丙烯酰胺、乙醇和甘油混入容器中,加热至65-70℃;
(2)、待聚丙烯酰胺充分溶解后,再加入环烷酸钙、环烷酸铜、碳酸锰,保持60℃以上的温度,继续溶解;
(3)加入氧化锌,搅拌均匀即可。
溶解性试验:
试剂:200#溶剂油;
测定步骤:取本发明的样品20g置于50ml烧杯中,加入200#溶剂油20g(必要时可水溶加热),混合均匀后,不分层,无冻状物和沉淀析出。
稳定性试验:
试剂:二甲苯、亚麻仁油;
测定步骤:准确称取本发明的样品10g置于100ml烧杯中,加入5g二甲苯摇匀,再加入预热后的亚麻仁油,混合均匀后,无析出物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的催干剂,制备简单,不仅催干性能好,还具有溶解性好,稳定性好等优点,适合工业化生产。

实施例1
一种涂料用催干剂,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙1份、环烷酸铜1份、碳酸锰1份、氧化锌1份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、乙醇5份、甘油5份。
上述涂料用催干剂的制备方法为:
(1)、将聚丙烯酰胺、乙醇和甘油混入容器中,加热至65-70℃;
(2)、待聚丙烯酰胺充分溶解后,再加入环烷酸钙、环烷酸铜、碳酸锰,保持60℃以上的温度,继续溶解;
(3)加入氧化锌,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
一种涂料用催干剂,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙2.5份、环烷酸铜1.5份、碳酸锰1.5份、氧化锌1.5份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、乙醇7.5份、甘油7.5份。
上述涂料用催干剂的制备方法为:
(1)、将聚丙烯酰胺、乙醇和甘油混入容器中,加热至65-70℃;
(2)、待聚丙烯酰胺充分溶解后,再加入环烷酸钙、环烷酸铜、碳酸锰,保持60℃以上的温度,继续溶解;
(3)加入氧化锌,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3
一种涂料用催干剂,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙4份、环烷酸铜2份、碳酸锰2份、氧化锌2份、聚丙烯酰胺5份、乙醇10份、甘油10份。
上述涂料用催干剂的制备方法为:
(1)、将聚丙烯酰胺、乙醇和甘油混入容器中,加热至65-70℃;
(2)、待聚丙烯酰胺充分溶解后,再加入环烷酸钙、环烷酸铜、碳酸锰,保持60℃以上的温度,继续溶解;
(3)加入氧化锌,搅拌均匀即可。

1.一种涂料用催干剂,其特征在于由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙1-4份、环烷酸铜1-2份、碳酸锰1-2份、氧化锌1-2份、聚丙烯酰胺1-5份、乙醇5-10份、甘油5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料用催干剂,其特征在于由以下重量份配比的原料组成:环烷酸钙2.5份、环烷酸铜1.5份、碳酸锰1.5份、氧化锌1.5份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、乙醇7.5份、甘油7.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂料用催干剂,其特征在于制备方法为:
(1)、将聚丙烯酰胺、乙醇和甘油混入容器中,加热至65-70℃;
(2)、待聚丙烯酰胺充分溶解后,再加入环烷酸钙、环烷酸铜、碳酸锰,保持60℃以上的温度,继续溶解;
(3)加入氧化锌,搅拌均匀即可。
