本发明属于坐垫革技术领域,涉及一种抗污型汽车坐垫革。
背景技术
随着中国汽车用品市场的消费持续增高,汽车坐垫也成为有车一族的主要消费品,汽车坐垫的种类十分多,牛皮革就是其中的一种。
在现有牛皮革中,由于成品革的表面存在很多的微孔,在使用过程中,灰尘、油污落在表面,会进入微孔,清洁时微孔中的脏污不易清洁干净,浅色皮有脏污时会形成较强反差,更显得脏污。而目前汽车坐垫革功能比较单一,无法满足人们的需求,另外在汽车停放至太阳照射处时,常常会使得汽车坐垫发烫,乘坐人员不知道其温度有多高就坐上去,容易造成湿疹、汗疹等现象的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种多功能的抗污型汽车坐垫革,既具有抗污效果,又能避免高温对人们造成的损失。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种抗污型汽车坐垫革,包括皮革本体,其特征在于,所述皮革本体上开有若干用于透气的透气孔,所述皮革本体上端设有抗菌层,抗菌层上端设有抗污层,抗污层由纳米抗污材料组成,所述抗污层上端设有若干半圆状的按摩球,所述按摩球上端设有一层变色涂层,所述皮革本体下端设有保温层,保温层下端设有防滑层。
透气孔的设置提高了坐垫革的透气性;抗菌层的设置可以避免皮革本体上滋生出细菌,防止细菌对乘坐者造成感染;抗污层的设置不仅能够抵御污物的渗透进入,而且对污物产生排斥作用,让污物无法溶入表层内,保持坐垫革的洁净度,大大缩短了清洗周期;按摩球位于最上端,乘坐者在乘坐时,不仅能起到按摩、减缓疲劳,而且能进一步提高了乘坐者与坐垫革之间的透气性,避免湿疹、汗疹现象的发生;变色涂层会随温度的变化而改变其颜色,便于乘坐者了解其大致温度,避免温度过高对乘坐者造成损失;保温层的设置使得天气较冷时,乘坐者坐在坐垫革上能保存坐垫革的温度,加强了其舒适性;防滑层的设置可加强坐垫革与汽车座位之间的摩擦系数,防止坐垫革移动。
纳米抗污材料是一种经特殊工艺加工而成的低分子量白色超细微粉,因有稳定的的分子结构,具有优异的耐化学性,热稳定性,高耐候性,耐温性,不粘性,电绝缘性,阻燃性和自润滑性。
在上述的抗污型汽车坐垫革中,所述皮革本体的加工步骤如下:组批、浸水、去肉、浸灰、去肉片皮、脱灰、软化、浸酸、鞣制、陈化、回湿、复鞣、中和、染色、静电调理、挤水伸展、干燥、震荡、摔软、涂饰。
在上述的抗污型汽车坐垫革中,所述抗菌层由喷涂在上皮革本体的纳米复合光触媒溶胶构成。
采用以上结构,可使得本坐垫革具有较好的抗菌效果,降低皮革生菌的可能性。
在上述的抗污型汽车坐垫革中,所述按摩球采用聚氯乙烯材料制成。
聚氯乙烯相对其它高分子材料,不但价格便宜、来源广泛,而且可以回收利用、卫生环保,另外还具有具有一定绝缘性和阻燃性。
在上述的抗污型汽车坐垫革中,所述变色涂层为热敏化合物。
热敏化合物对温度敏感,在不同温度下呈不同颜色,从而达到变色效果。乘坐人员可以根据变色涂层所显现出来的颜色分辨坐垫革的问题,避免温度过高,对人体造成一定的损害,另外颜色的变化还能满足人们的与众不同、标新立异的需求心理。
在上述的抗污型汽车坐垫革中,所述保温层由聚氯乙烯与三唑二巯基胺盐交联而成。
采用以上结构,可使得坐垫革具有保温效果的同时,还具有耐紫外、耐溶剂、耐温、冲击增韧等性能。
在上述的抗污型汽车坐垫革中,所述防滑层表面为波浪状,且防滑层采用40份的PE、40份PP/PE/EVA共混料和20份PIB/PE共混料组合而成。
PE为聚乙烯、PP聚丙烯、EVA为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混料、PIB为聚异丁烯。在40份PP/PE/EVA共混料中PP占15份、PE占10份、EVA占15份,在20份PIB/PE共混料中PIB占12份、PE占6份、剩下2份为分散剂。另外防滑层的波浪状为向下设置,与汽车座位直接接触,可以避免座垫革与汽车座位之间偏移现象。
与现有技术相比,本抗污型汽车坐垫革的优点在于本抗污型汽车坐垫革具有抗菌、抗污、按摩、保温和防滑功能,另外变色涂层,不仅能满足人们的与众不同、标新立异的需求心理,而且能使得乘坐人员可根据变色涂层所显现出来的颜色了解其温度,避免温度过高,对人体造成一定的损害。

如图1所示,本抗污型汽车坐垫革,包括皮革本体1,皮革本体1上开有若干用于透气的透气孔,其中皮革本体1的加工步骤如下:组批、浸水、去肉、浸灰、去肉片皮、脱灰、软化、浸酸、鞣制、陈化、回湿、复鞣、中和、染色、静电调理、挤水伸展、干燥、震荡、摔软、涂饰。
皮革本体1上端设有抗菌层2,抗菌层2由喷涂在上皮革本体1的纳米复合光触媒溶胶构成,可使得本坐垫革具有较好的抗菌效果,降低皮革生菌的可能性。
抗菌层2上端设有抗污层3,抗污层3的设置不仅能够抵御污物的渗透进入,而且对污物产生排斥作用,让污物无法溶入表层内,保持坐垫革的洁净度,大大缩短了清洗周期。其中抗污层3由纳米抗污材料组成,纳米抗污材料是一种经特殊工艺加工而成的低分子量白色超细微粉,因有稳定的的分子结构,具有优异的耐化学性,热稳定性,高耐候性,耐温性,不粘性,电绝缘性,阻燃性和自润滑性。
抗污层3上端设有若干半圆状的按摩球4,按摩球4采用聚氯乙烯材料制成。聚氯乙烯相对其它高分子材料,不但价格便宜、来源广泛,而且可以回收利用、卫生环保,另外还具有具有一定绝缘性和阻燃性。
按摩球4上端设有一层变色涂层5,变色涂层5为热敏化合物。热敏化合物对温度敏感,在不同温度下呈不同颜色,从而达到变色效果。乘坐人员可以根据变色涂层5所显现出来的颜色分辨坐垫革的问题,避免温度过高,对人体造成一定的损害,另外颜色的变化还能满足人们的与众不同、标新立异的需求心理。
皮革本体1下端设有保温层6,保温层6由聚氯乙烯与三唑二巯基胺盐交联而成,可使得坐垫革具有保温效果的同时,还具有耐紫外、耐溶剂、耐温、冲击增韧等性能。
保温层6下端设有防滑层7。防滑层7表面为波浪状,且防滑层7采用40份的PE、40份PP/PE/EVA共混料和20份PIB/PE共混料组合而成。PE为聚乙烯、PP聚丙烯、EVA为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混料、PIB为聚异丁烯。在40份PP/PE/EVA共混料中PP占15份、PE占10份、EVA占15份,在20份PIB/PE共混料中PIB占12份、PE占6份、剩下2份为分散剂。另外防滑层7的波浪状为向下设置,与汽车座位直接接触,可以避免座垫革与汽车座位之间偏移现象。
