背景技术
无铬鞣汽车革是当前国内外皮革制造中要求最高、难度最大的高新技术代表，而无铬鞣汽车方向盘革比普通汽车座垫革在耐污、耐擦和手感等皮革物性上有更高要求。由于头层皮表面存在很多的天然微孔，在与人体皮肤直接接触中，灰尘、油污落在表面进入微孔，清洁时微孔中的脏污不易清洁干净，有脏污时会形成较强反差，更显得脏污，影响美观。目前少数能生产无铬鞣皮革厂家也因制造工艺或者其他条件的限制，无法生产在皮革功能性和其它物性上无法满足市场质量要求的无铬鞣汽车方向盘革。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足，提供了一种无铬鞣强度性能好、耐污耐擦，而且革身丰满、柔软有弹性、革面平滑光亮，物性良好的无铬鞣汽车方向盘革。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种无铬鞣汽车方向盘革，包括皮坯层，所述皮坯层下侧覆盖封里层，所述皮坯层上涂覆有底浆层，所述底浆层上设有面浆层和着色层，所述着色层上喷着顶浆层。
优选地，所述底浆层为涂料基层，所述顶浆层为高分子材料配以交联剂组成的耐擦顶涂喷浆层。
底浆层上色、遮盖伤残并使坯层紧密，通过辊速度和辊纹路深浅控制辊涂量，赋予坯层良好弹性和紧实强度。面浆层使用辊涂机操作的水性涂层配方，反方向辊涂增加皮革色牢度，封闭、隔绝灰尘。
顶浆层具有高强度、抗撕裂、耐磨等特性的涂层，在一定温度下固化形成柔韧性极好的弹性涂膜，进一步巩固皮革的色牢度，抗紫外线性能，调整明暗、提高光泽、增加皮革耐磨、延展性能。
本实用新型采用为无铬鞣而设计的层次结构和工艺配方形成耐磨性极好的弹性涂膜，使得皮革具有良好的外观性能和材料特性，色牢度高，耐酒精擦试和化学品侵蚀；耐磨性能优异，防机械磨损和涂层脱落。

如图1所示，一种无铬鞣汽车方向盘革，包括皮坯层2，皮坯层2下侧覆盖封里层1，所述皮坯层2上涂覆有底浆层3，所述底浆层3上设有面浆层4和着色层5，所述着色层5上喷着顶浆层6。底浆层3为涂料基层，顶浆层6为高分子材料配以交联剂组成的耐擦顶涂喷浆层。
