Abstract

为了解决现有立体车库尚未向电动汽车配备相应的充电电源接头,或无法为所有车位均配备相应的充电电源接头的问题,本发明提供一种多功能立体车库用电源接头,该电源接头可以满足所有的充电。该多功能立体车库用电源接头包括固定导向体、母电源接头,弹簧及公电源接头。该多功能立体车库用电源接头结构简单、实用、稳定及安装方便,具有多功能性,同时还具有防摆功能。

一种多功能立体车库用电源接头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能立体车库用电源接头。
背景技术
随着国家对新能源汽车,尤其是电动汽车发展的大力支持,为之配套的立体车库也需要为电动汽车增加相应的充电装置,而现在市场上使用最多升降横移类立体车库尚未提供充电功能,即使部分升降横移类立体车库提供了充电功能,但由于其自身结构限制,导致无法满足所有车位,因此急需增加充电装置为更好客户及新能源车主提供方便。
发明内容
为了解决现有立体车库尚未向电动汽车配备相应的充电电源接头,或无法为所有车位均配备相应的充电电源接头的问题,本发明提供一种多功能立体车库用电源接头,该电源接头可以满足所有的充电。
本发明的具体技术解决方案如下:
该多功能立体车库用电源接头包括固定导向体、母电源接头,弹簧及公电源接头;所述母电源接头设置在固定导向体内,母电源接头一端与固定导向体内壁之间设置有弹簧,母电源接头另一端与供电源接头接触;所示固定导向体与升降车库车位的框架连接,公电源接头与载车板连接。
所述固定导向体为一端开口的T型结构,包括底板和导向筒,底板用于和升降车库车位的框架连接并固定导向筒;所述导向筒上设置有用于对母电源接头进行限位的定位装置。
所述定位装置是定位螺钉或三角形定位块。
所述固定导向体与升降车库车位的框架的连接采用活动连接,即保证固定导向体可相对升降车库车位的框架在一定范围内移动,相当于增设了微调功能,方便公母插头的对正但不脱开。也可采用螺栓直接进行固定,方便运输以及在原有未安装充电的立体车库中安装。
本发明的优点在于:
该多功能立体车库用电源接头结构简单、实用、稳定及安装方便,具有多功能性,适用于升降横移类、垂直升降类以及智能类等各类车库中使用,也可以在于现有升降横移类车库、垂直升降类车库以及智能库里面中增加使用;除此之外,该多功能立体车库用电源接头还可以实现防止车板在移动过程中摆动的问题发生,实现防摆功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
1、应用于升降横移类车库
在升降横移类车库中,先将电源接头母组固定在框架(横移框架)上,电源接头母组包括固定导向体、母电源接头,弹簧及定位装置;由于增设了弹簧,且母电源接头是可动的,从而延长母电源接头的使用寿命。定位装置可以选择定位螺钉、三角形定位块或其他能够实现该功能的构件。
固定导向体与升降车库车位的框架的连接可以采用活动连接活固定连接,活动连接具体可采用将固定导向体上的连接孔设置为条形孔,这样采用螺栓进行固定时可以调整固定导向体的固定位置,即保证固定导向体可相对升降车库车位的框架在一定范围内移动,相当于增设了微调功能,方便公母插头的对正但不脱开,避免了因误差导致强行安装时损坏母电源接头,又确保了连接的可靠性。
也可采用圆孔配合螺栓直接进行固定,方便运输以及在原有未安装充电的立体车库中安装,但对精度要求较高。
当载车板上升到位时,公电源接头与母电源接头相互接通,电气检测到位,控制通电,实现电源供电。由于电源接头具有足够强度,升到位时即可实现防止车板在横移过程中摆动的功能。
2、应用于垂直升降类车库
在垂直升降类车库中,例如交换载车板式车库,先将电源接头母组固定在钢结构上,再将公电源接头固定于载车板上;电源接头母组包括固定导向体、母电源接头,弹簧及定位螺钉;同样的,上述固定位置均可调换,但应确保公电源接头与母电源接头的位置相适配。
当载车板停到位时,公电源接头与母电源接头相互接通,电气检测到位,控制通电,实现电源供电。
3、应用于智能库AGV小车
同上,可以将该多功能立体车库用电源接头应用于智能库中AGV小车上。
上述三种车库为常见车库,本发明仅以上述三种车库为例,其技术方案的使用并不限于以上三种形式及立体车库行业。

1.一种多功能立体车库用电源接头,其特征在于:包括固定导向体、母电源接头,弹簧及公电源接头;所述母电源接头设置在固定导向体内,母电源接头一端与固定导向体内壁之间设置有弹簧,母电源接头另一端与供电源接头接触;所示固定导向体与升降车库车位的框架连接,公电源接头与载车板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能立体车库用电源接头,其特征在于:所述固定导向体为一端开口的T型结构,包括底板和导向筒,底板用于和升降车库车位的框架连接并固定导向筒;所述导向筒上设置有用于对母电源接头进行限位的定位装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能立体车库用电源接头,其特征在于:所述固定导向体与升降车库车位的框架的连接采用活动连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多功能立体车库用电源接头,其特征在于:所述定位装置是定位螺钉或三角形定位块。
