Abstract

一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,由A:电晕层/B:中间层/C:热封层三层结构组成,其特征在于,所述的三层结构的层厚比例分别为:A:电晕层5%‑60%;B:中间层10%‑80%;C:热封层5%‑60%。本发明所选用原料均不含爽滑剂成分,可提供薄膜高摩擦系数性能;电晕层加入一定比例成核剂,可改善结晶性能,提高薄膜透明度;热封层选用茂金属丙烯共聚物,可降低薄膜热封温度,同时也可提高薄膜透明度。

一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于印刷、复合、包装领域,具体涉及一种具有高摩擦系数、高透明、低温热封的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
背景技术
目前的食品包装行业,对包装要求越来越高。如蛋糕、面包类食品的自动化包装机械,对包装材料的主要要求体现在三个方面:一是要求薄膜具有低温热封性能,以提高包装速度和降低能源消耗;二是要求能够清晰的看到包装内容物,这就要求包装材料必须具有很高的透明性和光泽度;三是要求薄膜具有高摩擦系数,包装内容物在薄膜上不能打滑,否则影响自动包装效率。普通未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜则无法兼具低温热封、高透明和高摩擦系数三个性能指标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题而提供一种具有高透明、高摩擦系数和低温热封性能的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
通过以下技术方案实现:
一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,由A:电晕层/B:中间层/C:热封层三层结构组成,所述的三层结构的层厚比例分别为:
A:电晕层5%-60%;
B:中间层10%-80%;
C:热封层5%-60%。
所述的电晕层由均聚聚丙烯、共聚聚丙烯或二者的共混物及成核剂共混组成;其中,聚丙烯占98-99wt%,成核剂占1-2wt%。
对电晕层表面进行电晕处理,以增加复合强度。
所述中间层由均聚聚丙烯组成。
所述均聚聚丙烯为只含抗氧剂和氯俘获剂的等规均聚聚丙烯。
所述热封层由丙烯共聚物组成,丙烯共聚物的种类包括茂金属丙烯-乙烯共聚物,丙烯-丁烯共聚物,丙烯-乙烯-丁烯三聚物或丙烯-乙烯-辛烯三聚物,用于此层的防粘剂可以防止膜与膜的粘连,其中,丙烯共聚物占95%-98wt%,防粘剂占2%-5wt%。
所述的薄膜厚度范围为10-80微米。
所述的薄膜厚度范围为18-60微米。
所述的薄膜,具有高透明、高摩擦系数和低温热封性能,30微米厚度的薄膜雾度实测值1.2%,动摩擦系数0.7,起封温度124℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所选用原料均不含爽滑剂成分,可提供薄膜高摩擦系数性能;电晕层加入一定比例成核剂,可改善结晶性能,提高薄膜透明度;热封层选用茂金属丙烯共聚物,可降低薄膜热封温度,同时也可提高薄膜透明度。本发明制备的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜兼具低温热封、高透明和高摩擦系数三个性能指标,综合性能好,而且成本较低。

具体实施方式
本发明选取的主要材料举例如下,相同材质的原料有多家厂商生产,但不限于此。
1# 中国,金山石化,FC801MX,等规均聚聚丙烯,含300ppm的抗粘剂,不含爽滑剂。TM(melt point)=162℃,MI=8.0
2# 日本,三井,WFX4T,茂金属共聚聚丙烯,不含抗粘剂,不含爽滑剂。
TM(melt point)=125℃,MI=7.0
3# 新加坡,TPC,FL7540L,聚丙烯共聚物,含抗粘剂,不含爽滑剂。TM(melt point)=138℃,MI=7.5
4# 美国,舒尔曼,NA10942,成核剂,有效成分为有机物,有效成分占10%。
5# 日本,三井,EAZ-10,合成硅石,有效成分占10%。
本发明所选用原料均不含爽滑剂成分,可提供薄膜高摩擦系数性能;电晕层一定比例成核剂,可改善结晶性能,提高薄膜透明度;热封层选用茂金属丙烯共聚物,可降低薄膜热封温度,同时也可提高薄膜透明度。

出于对薄膜润湿张力保持能力、热封性能、制造成本等综合质量因素的考虑,实施实例4效果较好。
本发明的未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜厚度范围为70微米,优选厚度范围为45微米,其中:电晕层占薄膜总厚度的45%,中间层占20%,热封层占35%。
进一步地,一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,热封层三层结构组成,所述的三层结构的层厚比例分别为:
A:电晕层30%;
B:中间层40%;
C:热封层30%。

Claims (9)

1.一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,由A:电晕层/B:中间层/C:热封层三层结构组成,其特征在于,所述的三层结构的层厚比例分别为:
A:电晕层5%-60%;
B:中间层10%-80%;
C:热封层5%-60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,所述的电晕层由均聚聚丙烯、共聚聚丙烯或二者的共混物及成核剂共混组成;其中,聚丙烯占98-99wt%,成核剂占1-2wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,对电晕层表面进行电晕处理,以增加复合强度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,所述中间层由均聚聚丙烯组成。
5.根据权利要求4述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,所述均聚聚丙烯为只含抗氧剂和氯俘获剂的等规均聚聚丙烯。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或5述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,所述热封层由丙烯共聚物组成,丙烯共聚物的种类包括茂金属丙烯-乙烯共聚物,丙烯-丁烯共聚物,丙烯-乙烯-丁烯三聚物或丙烯-乙烯-辛烯三聚物,用于此层的防粘剂可以防止膜与膜的粘连,其中,丙烯共聚物占95%-98wt%,防粘剂占2%-5wt%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,所述的薄膜厚度范围为10-80微米。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,所述的薄膜厚度范围为18-60微米。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的一种未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其特征在于,所述的薄膜,具有高透明、高摩擦系数和低温热封性能,30微米厚度的薄膜雾度实测值1.2%,动摩擦系数0.7,起封温度124℃。
