Abstract
本发明公开了一种无纺布及其制备方法,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维20‑40份、金属纤维60‑80份。本发明环境负荷低、柔软、耐久性高,同时价格低廉、可循环再用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布,尤其涉及一种无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布由包括化学纤维和植物纤维等在以水或空气作为悬浮介质的条件下在湿法或干法抄纸机上制成,虽为布而不经纺织故称其为无纺布。无纺布是新一代环保材料,具有强力好、透气防水、环保、柔韧、无毒无味,且价格便宜等优点。它是新一代环保材料,具有拒水、透气、柔韧、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富等特点。该材料若置于室外经自然分解,其最长寿命只有90天,置于室内在8年内分解,燃烧时无毒、无害、从而不污染环境,故环保由此而来。
现有技术无纺布环境负荷高、价格高,容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种环境负荷低、柔软、耐久性高,同时价格低廉、可循环再用的无纺布。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种无纺布,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维20-40份、金属纤维60-80份。
进一步的,一种无纺布,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维30份、金属纤维70份。
再进一步的,所述金属纤维包括改性空心金属纤维以及附着物,所述改性空心金属纤维是由空心金属纤维侵渍酚醛树脂溶液而成,所述附着物为丙烯聚合物组合物。
本发明还公布一种无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将至少一层的金属纤维在传送带上纺纱,在其上使用环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维通过熔喷法将结晶度30%-50%的环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维熔喷多层后,将使用的金属纤维热压至多层,最后使用平辊压接进行一体化形成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明环境负荷低、柔软、耐久性高,同时价格低廉、可循环再用。

具体实施例1:一种无纺布,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维20份、金属纤维80份,其中金属纤维包括改性空心金属纤维以及附着物,所述改性空心金属纤维是由空心金属纤维侵渍酚醛树脂溶液而成,所述附着物为丙烯聚合物组合物。
一种无纺布的制备方法:将至少一层的金属纤维在传送带上纺纱,在其上使用环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维通过熔喷法将结晶度30%-50%的环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维熔喷多层后,将使用的金属纤维热压至多层,最后使用平辊压接进行一体化形成。

1.一种无纺布,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维20-40份、金属纤维60-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维30份、金属纤维70份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布,其特征在于:所述金属纤维包括改性空心金属纤维以及附着物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种无纺布,其特征在于:所述改性空心金属纤维是由空心金属纤维侵渍酚醛树脂溶液而成,所述附着物为丙烯聚合物组合物。
5.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的一种无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将至少一层的金属纤维在传送带上纺纱,在其上使用环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维通过熔喷法将结晶度30%-50%的环氧类化合物的聚乳酸短纤维熔喷多层后,将使用的金属纤维热压至多层,最后使用平辊压接进行一体化形成。
