本发明涉及功能纤维的生产方法,特别是指一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法:步骤一,从竹子中提取竹原纤维;步骤二,将梧桐干树皮粉碎成300‑350目后,加入0.01%的氢氧化钠溶液,梧桐干树皮粉末与氢氧化钠溶液的重量比为1:100‑120,混匀;步骤三,将竹原纤维完全侵入到混有梧桐干树皮粉末的氢氧化钠溶液中,并加热到55℃保持2‑3h,然后进行超声处理10min;步骤四,最后将竹纤维取出,用清水清洗干净,自然晾干。通过本发明的处理方法,可将具有驱蚊功效的梧桐干树皮的有效成分结合在竹纤维内部的超细微孔结构上,使得制得的竹纤维具有驱蚊功能。

一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及功能纤维的生产方法,特别是指一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法。
背景技术
竹原纤维,是基于现代科技的工艺,从竹子中提取原生态植物纤维。最大限度地保留了竹子天然的抗菌功能;其具有良好的抗紫外线和除异味功能;纤维表面布满了细胞壁的空腔,可以有效调节空气中的干湿度,从而保持人体在睡眠状态时的水分平衡。
竹纤维床垫是采用竹原纤维,通过高科技加工处理,按照人体睡眠习惯制作生产的床垫。竹纤维床垫具有优于其他纤维的抗菌除臭、除螨、防紫外线、着色性、反弹性、悬垂性和耐磨性等功能,吸放湿快、透气性好、可降解、阻燃效果极佳。
不管在乡村还是城市,每到夏季,哪怕是二十几层的高楼都会有蚊子存在,给人们增加了很多生活烦恼,如果可以研发出具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维,将其制成床垫,将极大的解决人们的烦恼。
发明内容
本发明即在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法。
一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,从竹子中提取竹原纤维;
步骤二,将梧桐干树皮粉碎成300-350目后,加入0.01%的氢氧化钠溶液,梧桐干树皮粉末与氢氧化钠溶液的重量比为1:100-120,混匀;
步骤三,将竹原纤维完全浸入到混有梧桐干树皮粉末的氢氧化钠溶液中,并加热到55℃保持2-3h,然后进行超声处理10min;
步骤四,最后将竹纤维取出,用清水清洗干净,自然晾干。
优选地,所述步骤三中超声处理的频率为30KHz。
优选地,所述步骤一中从竹子中提取竹原纤维的方法如下:
a,将2-3年生的慈竹制成竹片,清洗干净,然后将竹片放入沸水中煮炼3-4h;
b,将竹片从沸水中取出,压碎锤成竹丝,然后用清水清洗干净,之后放入75-80℃的0.01%的琼脂水溶液中浸泡5-6h;
c,将竹丝从琼脂水溶液中取出,清水清洗干净,然后放入80-90℃的热水中煮18-20h;
d,最后从热水中取出竹丝梳理,自然晾干。
优选地,所述步骤a中制成的竹片长80-100mm、宽5-10mm、厚1-2mm。
优选地,所述步骤b中竹丝与琼脂水溶液的浴比为1:10。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法,通过本发明的处理方法,可将具有驱蚊功效的梧桐干树皮的有效成分结合在竹纤维内部的超细微孔结构上,使得制得的竹纤维具有驱蚊功能。
其次,本发明利用的竹原纤维是从慈竹中提取的,通过本发明的方法提取的竹原纤维可以更好的结合梧桐干树皮的有效成分,从而达到更佳的驱蚊效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,从竹子中提取竹原纤维:
a,将3年生的慈竹制成竹片,清洗干净,然后将竹片放入沸水中煮炼3.5h;
b,将竹片从沸水中取出,压碎锤成竹丝,然后用清水清洗干净,之后放入80℃的0.01%的琼脂水溶液中浸泡5.5h;
c,将竹丝从琼脂水溶液中取出,清水清洗干净,然后放入85℃的热水中煮19h;
d,最后从热水中取出竹丝梳理,自然晾干。
将制得的竹原纤维分别进行力学性能、抗菌性能、除臭性能测试,其结果如下:
力学性能测试采用ASTM D3822-2007标准测试单纤维拉伸性能,强力机夹持间距为10min,拉伸速率为1mm/min,测得本发明制得的竹原纤维的断裂强度为352.23Mp,断裂伸长率为5.6%。可见制得的竹原纤维力学性能优异。
对本发明制得的竹原纤维的抗菌性能进行测试发现,本发明制得的竹原纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌24h的杀死率为90%以上,不但远高于普通的棉、麻纤维,而且也好于采用其他工艺制备的竹原纤维,表明本发明制得的竹原纤维具有优良的抗菌性能。
对本发明制得的竹原纤维的抗菌性能进行除臭试验,试验条件设定为50m³的密闭空间内放入50kg本发明制得的竹原纤维,常温条件下,充入氨的初始浓度为20ppm,30min后氨的浓度变为1.5ppm,12h后氨的浓度变为0.2ppm,可见本发明制得的竹原纤维具有优异的除臭效果。
步骤二,将梧桐干树皮粉碎成300-350目后,加入0.01%的氢氧化钠溶液,梧桐干树皮粉末与氢氧化钠溶液的重量比为1:110,混匀。
步骤三,将竹原纤维完全浸入 到混有梧桐干树皮粉末的氢氧化钠溶液中,并加热到55℃保持2.5h,然后进行30KHz超声处理10min。
步骤四,最后将竹纤维取出,用清水清洗干净,自然晾干。
将制得的竹纤维在仓库存放3个月后,取出50kg,堆放在通风的50m³的空间内,放入实验室饲养库蚊100只,并且放入实验室用库蚊饲料,15min后查验,还剩约30日库蚊,1h后查验只剩数只库蚊。
而将步骤一制得的竹原纤维同样在仓库存放3个月后,取出50kg,堆放在通风的50m³的空间内,放入实验室饲养库蚊100只,并且放入实验室用库蚊饲料,15min后查验,还剩约80日库蚊,1h后查验还剩40库蚊。
由此可见,经过本发明制得的竹纤维具有一定的驱蚊效果,如果将其制成床垫,将极大的解决人们的蚊虫烦恼。

Claims (3)

1.一种制备具有驱蚊功能的竹纤维的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤一,从竹子中提取竹原纤维;
步骤二,将梧桐干树皮粉碎成300-350目后,加入0.01%的氢氧化钠溶液,梧桐干树皮粉末与氢氧化钠溶液的重量比为1:100-120,混匀;
步骤三,将竹原纤维完全浸入到混有梧桐干树皮粉末的氢氧化钠溶液中,并加热到55℃保持2-3h,然后进行超声处理10min,超声处理的频率为30KHz,将具有驱蚊功效的梧桐树干皮的有效成分结合在竹纤维内部的超细微孔结构上;
步骤四,最后将竹纤维取出,用清水清洗干净,自然晾干,
其中,所述步骤一中从竹子中提取竹原纤维的方法如下:
a,将2-3年生的慈竹制成竹片,清洗干净,然后将竹片放入沸水中煮炼3-4h;
