Abstract
一种PERT保温管道一次法成型工艺,属于保温管生产领域。其步骤是:首先对挤出工作内管;随后工作内管在输送装置的作用下进入外护层挤出机的机头处的中心孔,当工作内管从中心孔的另一侧伸出外护层挤出机的距离达到设计长度后,外护层挤出机挤出外护层,外护层与工作内管同轴布置,通过钢丝绳牵引通过发泡挡板环孔;外护层通过发泡挡板环孔后与工作内管同步匀速向前运动,在发泡平台对外护管进行开注射孔,高压发泡机的枪管通过注射孔向外护层与工作内管之间的空腔注入发泡原液,发泡原液随即发泡形成保温层;发泡后管材通过牵引机后进行定长切割。本发明解决了保温管道无法在线发泡的难题,具有生产工艺简单、效率高、成本低的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于聚乙烯保温管的生产技术领域, 特别涉及一种生产PERT保温管的一步法成型工艺。
背景技术
聚乙烯保温管是绝热管道的简称,用于液体、气体及其他介质的输送,在石油、化工、航天、军事、 集中供热、中央空调、市政等管道的绝热保温工程均有广泛应用。PERT保温管道具有耐高温、承压高、使用寿命长,输送流量大、易安装、敷设无需补偿等诸多优异性能。
PERT保温管道从内向外分为三层结构,第一层:工作内管,使用耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT)挤出成型。第二层:聚氨酯保温层,简称保温层。保温层包覆在工作内管的外表面,生产中由高压发泡机发泡制成。第三层 :高密度聚乙烯保护层,简称外护层或外护管。通常是具有一定壁厚的黑色或黄色聚乙烯塑料管材。其作用一是保护保温层免遭机械硬物破坏,二是防腐、防水。
现有PERT保温管道生产多采用二步法成型工艺。分别挤出工作内管和外护管,在发泡平台将工作内管和外护管组装后进行发泡。这种生产工艺存在工艺繁琐、生产效率低和材料浪大的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有生产PERT保温管道采用二步法成型工艺存在的不足之处,提供一种生产PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述保温管包括由内向外逐层设置的工作内管、保温层、外护层。改进后,所述一步法成型工艺包括以下步骤 :
步骤1:工作内管经挤出机挤出,定型后,通过外护层挤出机头中心孔,当工作内管通过外护层挤出机中心孔设计长度后,外护层挤出机的出料端挤出外护层,外护层环绕工作内管,并与工作内管同步匀速向前运动。
步骤2:工作内管和外护层同时运动通过发泡挡板后,进入发泡平台。
步骤3:工作内管和外护层一端通过发泡平台一段距离后,发泡平台开孔装置对外护层进行开注射孔,高压发泡机的枪管向注射孔注入发泡原液,发泡原液随即发泡形成保温层。
步骤4:发泡后管材通过牵引机进行定长切割。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺中,所述外护层挤出模具具有和工作内管外径相适配的圆形通孔。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述发泡挡板为两个环形装置构成。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述发泡挡板内环形结构一侧具有(DIN:1.2738)718S型号钢材制作环形发泡挡板,发泡挡板端面粗糙度为Ra0.01-0.05。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述发泡挡板上均布锥形结构,每个锥形结构长度15mm。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述注射孔开孔装置为圆盘锯,孔径25mm。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述发泡机枪管可随管道同轴往复运动,运动周期与牵引速度相适应。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述发泡机通过定时开关控制器控制发泡原液的注入和停止。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述注射孔注射发泡原液后加盖堵头,堵头中心具有排气针孔。
上述PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述管线切割机具有三个刀头,直接加工出管材熔接预留长度。
本发明具有如下显著效果:
1.本发明在一步法成型制作PERT保温管道的过程中,巧妙设计在工作内管和外护管之间设置发泡挡板,解决了PERT保温管道无法在线发泡的难题。
2.本发明在一步法成型制作PERT保温管道的过程中,将发泡机注射枪管设计为可往复运动,解决了PERT保温管道无法在线发泡的难题。
3.本发明在一步法成型制作PERT保温管道的过程中,将注射孔堵头设计为中间带有排气针孔,避免发泡过程产生的气压对设备和模具的影响。
4.本发明在一步法成型制作PERT保温管道的过程中,将发泡挡板端面设计为粗糙度Ra0.01-0.05,均布锥形结构,增加两次发泡连接面接触面积,使保温层粘接强度达到要求。
5.本发明具有生产工艺简单、效率高、成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式结合附图及实施例做进一步详细说明。
实施例:
如图1所示:PERT保温管道由内向外包括工作内管2,保温层13,外护层5。
PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺为:
步骤A、工作内管挤出机1挤出工作内管2,工作内管牵引通过工作内管定径箱3。
步骤B、工作内管2通过牵引机11牵引从外护层挤出机4一侧进入外护层挤出机4中心孔,并从中心孔的另一侧(即外护层挤出机4的出料端)伸出外护层挤出机4。当工作内管2通过外护层挤出机4出料端、外护管定径箱6和发泡挡板8的中心孔801后达到一定长度后,外护层挤出机4内的塑料原料从出料端挤出形成外护层5。挤出的外护层5与工作内管同轴布置,外护层5通过钢丝绳牵引,并与工作内管同轴、同速运动。
步骤C、外护层5通过外护层定径箱6后,牵引进入发泡挡板环孔802。当外护管通过发泡平台7一定距离后,使用卡箍将外护层5固定于工作内管外侧,同时取掉外护管5牵引绳。
步骤D、开孔装置9对外护管进行开注射孔,高压发泡机10枪管通过注射孔向工作内管2和外护层5之间注入发泡原液,随即将堵头塞入外护层5上的注射孔,发泡原液随即发泡形成保温层。
步骤E、发泡后的工作内管2、保温层、外护管5同轴运动至切割机12,从切割机一侧中心孔通过设计长度后,切割机对保温管道进行定长切割。
如图2所示,801-发泡挡板中心孔,802-发泡挡板环孔,803-固定螺栓孔,804-锥形结构,805-挡板内圈,806-挡板外圈。发泡挡板(8)为两个环形结构,其中挡板内圈805中心为与工作内管2外径相匹配的发泡挡板中心孔801,挡板外圈806与挡板内圈805中间形成发泡挡板环孔802。挡板内圈805上均匀布置有锥形结构(804)。挡板内圈805,挡板外圈806,锥形结构804为18S型号钢材制作,其表面粗糙度为Ra0.01-0.05。发泡挡板上均布的锥形结构,可增加两次发泡间发泡层的接触面积。
Claims (4)
1.一种PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,所述保温管由内向外逐层布置为工作内管(2)、保温层(13)、外护层 (5),其特征在于所述的一步法成型工艺包括以下步骤 :
步骤A.工作内管挤出机(1)挤出工作内管(2),工作内管在输送装置的作用下通过外护管挤出机中心孔,当工作内管通过中心孔一定距离后,外护管挤出机(4)挤出外护层(5),外护层(5)与工作内管(2)同轴匀速向前运动;
步骤B.工作内管(2)与外护层(5)同轴向前运动,通过固定在发泡平台(7)的发泡挡板(8),通过发泡挡板后使用卡箍将外护层固定在工作内管上;
步骤C.当工作内管(2)和外护层(5)通过发泡挡板(8)一定距离后,发泡平台(7)开孔装置(9)在外护层进行开注射孔,高压发泡机(10)枪管通过注射孔向工作内管(2)和外护层(5)之间注入发泡原液,随即将堵头塞入外护层(5)上的注射孔,发泡原液随即发泡形成保温层;
步骤D.发泡后的工作内管(2)、保温层、外护层(5)同轴运动至切割机(12),从切割机一侧中心孔通过设计长度后,切割机对保温管道进行定长切割;
所述步骤B中,发泡挡板(8)为两个环形结构,其中挡板内圈(805)中心为与工作内管(2)外径相匹配的发泡挡板中心孔(801),挡板外圈(806)与挡板内圈(805)中间形成的环孔为发泡挡板环孔(802)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的挡板内圈(805)上均匀布置有锥形结构(804)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,其特征在于:挡板内圈(805),挡板外圈(806),锥形结构(804)为718S型号钢材制作,其表面粗糙度为Ra0.01-0.05。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PERT保温管道一步法成型工艺,其特征在于:发泡平台开孔装置(9)、高压发泡机(10)与牵引机(11)通过控制器同步工作。
