一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,包括本体和自动送料机构,自动送料机构设于本体上,所述自动送料机构包括底座、外壳、进料管,所述底座上部设有外壳,所述外壳从背面到正面设有一水平通道,所述进料管设于背面上部,所述水平通道与进料管连通;所述底座上还设有一推料气缸,所述推料气缸的推杆能从外壳背面伸入所述水平通道。采用本送料机构送料迅速,可以可以根据需要设置送料的间隔时间,批量有序进行加工,有效提高送料速度,而且效率高,提高操作人员的安全性。

一种自动送料的螺纹加工机
技术领域
本发明属于螺纹式连接件的加工设备领域,具体涉及一种自动送料的螺纹加工机。
背景技术
现有的很多连接件都需要两端加工来实现对其他两个主要部件的连接关系,针对该工件,传统加工是单一转孔或单独攻丝,一道道工序进行,工件的两个端面都需要加工,当其中一面已经钻孔或攻丝后需要加工另一面时,即对半成品的进一步加工,传统操作大都只能采用手工,即人工将工件待加工的一面定向放置,放到钻孔机或者攻丝机的下方,手工进行操作,一个个工件人工送料加工,其送料操作的工作效率低下,而且人工操作存在很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决目前人工送料加工效率低下的问题,提供一种具有自动送料机构的螺纹加工机。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,包括本体和自动送料机构,自动送料机构设于本体上,所述自动送料机构包括底座、外壳、进料管,所述底座上部设有外壳,所述外壳从背面到正面设有一水平通道,所述进料管设于背面上部,所述水平通道与进料管连通;所述底座上还设有一推料气缸,所述推料气缸的推杆能从外壳背面伸入所述水平通道。
进一步,所述水平通道上设有一拦料板,拦料板翻转能打开和闭合水平通道。
进一步,所述拦料板两端的上部设有支撑部,所述外壳上设有通孔,所述支撑部伸出所述通孔。
进一步,所述通孔为长圆孔。可以根据工件长短调整拦料版的位置。
进一步,所述拦料板与水平通道底部之间留有空隙。
进一步,拦料板的高度大于水平通道高度的2/3。
进一步,所述壳体上方设有一支架、第一气缸、取料气缸,所述支架固定安装第一气缸,所述第一气缸的连杆顶部通过一横杆与支杆顶部固接,所述取料气缸上部固设有连接块,所述连接块与支杆底部连接;所述取料气缸上设有夹持部。
进一步,所述水平通道出口设有一凹槽。该凹槽便于夹持部的工件夹取。
进一步,所述第一气缸上端、下端分别设有一光电探头。光电探头用于确定连杆移动是否到位,起着检测运行位置的作用。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果是:采用本送料机构送料迅速,可以根据需要设置送料的间隔时间,批量有序进行加工,有效提高送料速度,而且效率高,提高操作人员的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明,使得方案更加清楚明白。
如图所示,自动送料的螺纹加工机,包括本体322和送料机构,所述送料机构包括底座31、外壳32、进料管33,外壳设于底座上部,进料管设于外壳背面32b的上部,外壳内设有一水平通道35,水平通道上部连通设有进料管36,待加工的工件从进料管进入,推料气缸37的推杆38能从外壳背面伸入水平通道对水平通道内的工件进行推送。
水平通道上设有一拦料板39,在推杆38的作用下,能翻转打开和闭合水平通道。拦料板两端的上部设有支撑部310,支撑部伸出外壳上的通孔311固定在外壳上。通孔可以设置为长圆孔,支撑部上通过螺帽等其他固定方式固定在长圆孔上。
拦料板与水平通道底部之间留有空隙312,也就是说拦料板不与水平通道底面顶触,拦料板的高度大于水平通道高度的2/3。
在壳体上方设有一支架320、第一气缸314、取料气缸315,第一气缸通过支架固设在壳体上方,第一气缸上的连杆316顶部与支杆318顶部分别固接在横杆317两端,所述支杆与连接块319连接,连接块下方固设取料气缸315,第一气缸上下顶推,带动连接块上下运动,从而带动取料气缸也上下移动。取料气缸上设有夹持部321,取料气缸为夹持部夹取水平通道内的工件36提供动力。夹持部可以直接为中空管,推杆8将工件推送到中空管内。
水平通道出口处(也就是靠近外壳正面32a)一侧设有一凹槽313,便于夹持部进入夹取工件。第一气缸上端、下端分别设有一光电探头34。光电探头用于检测第一气缸上下运行的位置是否到位。

1.一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,包括本体和自动送料机构,自动送料机构设于本体上,所述自动送料机构包括底座、外壳、进料管,所述底座上部设有外壳,所述外壳从背面到正面设有一水平通道,所述进料管设于背面上部,所述水平通道与进料管连通;所述底座上还设有一推料气缸,所述推料气缸的推杆能从外壳背面伸入所述水平通道;所述水平通道上设有一拦料板,拦料板翻转能打开和闭合水平通道;
所述外壳上方设有一支架、第一气缸、取料气缸,所述支架固定安装第一气缸,所述第一气缸的连杆顶部通过一横杆与支杆顶部固接,所述取料气缸上部固设有连接块,所述连接块与支杆底部连接;所述取料气缸上设有夹持部;所述水平通道出口设有一凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,其特征在于,所述拦料板两端的上部设有支撑部,所述外壳上设有通孔,所述支撑部伸出所述通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,其特征在于,所述通孔为长圆孔。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,其特征在于,所述拦料板与水平通道底部之间留有空隙。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,其特征在于,拦料板的高度大于水平通道高度的2/3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动送料的螺纹加工机,其特征在于,所述第一气缸上端、下端分别设有一光电探头。
