本发明属于油漆技术领域，具体涉及一种聚合物材料家具油漆工艺。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面，和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料，有防腐、防水、防油、耐化学品、耐光、耐温等功能。物件暴露在大气之中，受到氧气、水分等的侵蚀，造成金属锈蚀、木材腐朽、水泥风化等破坏现象。在物件表面涂以涂料，形成一层保护膜，能够阻止或延迟这些破坏现象的发生和发展，使各种材料的使用寿命延长。所以，保护作用是涂料的一个主要作用。
现在家具用的油漆一般耐磨、防刮性不好，一不小心就会留照成脱漆，或者出现一条很大的划痕，不仅破坏了美观而且也导致家具的保护受到了影响，有些油漆因质量不好，透气性不好，导致家具内的温度不能有效排放，在表面起出很多的凸块，非常的不美观也容易对家具内部材料照成破坏。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种聚合物材料家具油漆工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种聚合物材料家具油漆工艺，所述方法步骤包括：
(1)、将聚合物材料家具的表面进行表面热处理，使其家具内的水分充分的蒸发；
(2)、将聚合物材料家具表面进行工艺处理；
(3)、在聚合物材料家具表面均匀喷洒清漆，所述清漆中加入防腐剂，等其干燥；
(4)、打磨、抛光、表面清理；
(5)、再在聚合物材料家具表面涂上喷上聚氨脂底漆，底漆中含有氢氧化铝，等其干燥固化；
(6)、再将聚合物材料家具表面进行处理，等其干燥固化；
(7)、在表面制作图案，使其更加美观，再进行表面清洁处理。
优选地，所述聚氨脂底漆内含有固化剂和添加剂，使油漆的干燥固化的时间缩短，所述添加剂能有效保证油漆更好的长时间保存。
优选地，所述清漆中含有10%-15%的铁粉。
本发明有益效果是：本发明制作方便，固化时间快，成本低廉、能长时间保存，能大规模的生产，比一般的油漆更加的耐磨和抗划伤能力，且使用寿命长，更加有效的保障我们家具的表面,铁粉的加入可以保证墙面免受破坏。

(1)、将聚合物材料家具的表面进行表面热处理，使其家具内的水分充分的蒸发；
(2)、将聚合物材料家具表面进行工艺处理；
(3)、在聚合物材料家具表面均匀喷洒清漆，所述清漆中加入防腐剂，等其干燥；
(4)、打磨、抛光、表面清理；
(5)、再在聚合物材料家具表面涂上喷上聚氨脂底漆，底漆中含有氢氧化铝，等其干燥固化；
(6)、再将聚合物材料家具表面进行处理，等其干燥固化；
(7)、在表面制作图案，使其更加美观，再进行表面清洁处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物材料家具油漆工艺，其特征在于，所述聚氨脂底漆内含有固化剂和添加剂，使油漆的干燥固化的时间缩短，所述添加剂能有效保证油漆更好的长时间保存。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物材料家具油漆工艺，其特征在于，所述清漆中含有10%-15%的铁粉。
