Abstract
本发明公开了一种可拆装的漏气漂浮产品自动收集器,其特征在于:为一前端开口且上方敞口的长方体器具,其宽度与网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽内侧等宽,长度为120~150cm,高度30~35cm;所述长方体器具的各面为圆孔不锈钢网板,所述长方体器具的两边上方设有挂钩,通过挂钩挂在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部。本发明安装在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部,能够将漂浮在水面漏气的不合格产品收集起来,能彻底防止漏气漂浮产品进入下一道工序,从而防止工伤事故的发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机杀菌时收集漏气漂浮产品的装置。
背景技术
在小包装休闲产品进入网带传输式巴氏杀菌机杀菌时,往往都有一些由于真空抽气不严的个别漏气产品漂浮在水面。现在通常的解决方法是人工捞出这些真空抽气不严的漏气产品,当漏气产品比较少时,这种办法还可行。当漂浮产品很多或工人临时处理突发故障、事件时,漏气漂浮产品往往会被网带传入下一工序,从而影响产品的整体质量;另外杀菌水温为100℃,且散发着高温蒸汽,工人在此环境中人工打捞漏气产品时,存在着烫伤的风险,同时也不利于工人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可拆装的漏气漂浮产品自动收集器,在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机杀菌时能够自动收集漏气漂浮产品,从而防止漏气漂浮产品进入下一道工序。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可拆装的漏气漂浮产品自动收集器,其特征在于:为一前端开口且上方敞口的长方体器具,其宽度与网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽内侧等宽,长度为120~150cm,高度30~35cm;所述长方体器具的各面为圆孔不锈钢网板,所述长方体器具的两边上方设有挂钩,通过挂钩挂在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部。
所述自动收集器安装后的吃水深度15~20cm。
本发明为了自动收集漏气的漂浮产品,还可以是:一种可拆装的漏气漂浮产品自动收集器,其特征在于:为一前端开口且上方敞口的长方体器具,其宽度与网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽内侧等宽,长度为120~150cm,高度30~35cm;在长方体器具的后端设有一旋转的收集斗和传输装置,所述长方体器具的各面为圆孔不锈钢网板,所述长方体器具的两边上方设有挂钩,通过挂钩挂在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部。
所述自动收集器安装后的吃水深度15~20cm。
本发明安装在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部,能够将漂浮在水面漏气的不合格产品收集起来,能彻底防止漏气漂浮产品进入下一道工序,从而防止工伤事故的发生。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
从图1、图2可知,本发明可拆装的漏气漂浮产品自动收集器,为一前端开口且上方敞口的长方体器具,其宽度与网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽内侧等宽,长度为120~150cm,高度30~35cm;所述长方体器具的各面为圆孔不锈钢网板,所述长方体器具的两边上方设有挂钩,通过挂钩挂在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部。自动收集器安装后的吃水深度15~20cm。
正常工作时,真空抽气严密、封口牢固的产品因重力作用沉到杀菌机底部的传送网带上,漏气产品漂浮在水面;在传送网带带着合格产品向出口端缓缓移动时,杀菌机水槽里的水同样也与传送网带相向移动,在水的带动下漂浮在水面漏气的不合格产品就缓缓进入安装在传送网带上方的收集器内,避免了漏气的不合格产品进入下一道工序。
从图3、图4可知,本发明可拆装的漏气漂浮产品自动收集器,为一前端开口且上方敞口的长方体器具,其宽度与网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽内侧等宽,长度为120~150cm,高度30~35cm;所述长方体器具的各面为圆孔不锈钢网板,所述长方体器具的两边上方设有挂钩,通过挂钩挂在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部。自动收集器安装后的吃水深度15~20cm。为了自动收集,可以在长方体器具的后端设有一旋转的收集斗和传输装置。
正常工作时,真空抽气严密、封口牢固的产品因重力作用沉到杀菌机底部的传送网带上,漏气产品漂浮在水面;在传送网带带着合格产品向出口端缓缓移动时,杀菌机水槽里的水同样也与传送网带相向移动,在水的带动下漂浮在水面漏气的不合格产品就缓缓进入安装在传送网带上方的收集器内。当不合格产品到达收集器后方时,旋转的收集斗从而将不合格产品送到传输装置上,实现自动收集,避免了漏气的不合格产品进入下一道工序。

1.一种可拆装的漏气漂浮产品自动收集器,其特征在于:为一前端开口且上方敞口的长方体器具,其宽度与网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽内侧等宽,长度为120~150cm,高度30~35cm;所述长方体器具的各面为圆孔不锈钢网板,所述长方体器具的两边上方设有挂钩,通过挂钩挂在网带传输式巴氏杀菌机水槽的中后部。
