背景技术
北枳椇是十几米的高大乔木,但是秉承了鼠李科花小的特点,每朵花不到一个指甲大。花序形态可以用来区分枳椇与北枳椇,北枳椇的花序是聚伞圆锥花序,而枳椇是二歧式聚伞圆锥花序。
枳椇果实利用价值高,其肥大的果序梗,肉质多汁、营养丰富,经化验,枳椇含有多种营养元素和成分,每100克果中葡萄糖含量高达45%,氨基酸总量达2.41%,100克鲜重含维生素C含量23毫克,酸345.8毫克、钙1.22克、蛋白质0.31毫克,铁3.47毫克、磷0.8毫克、锌0.12毫克、铜0.74毫克、锰0.2毫克,营养价值远大于常见水果。

本发明的目的在于提供一种北枳椇风味饼干的加工方法,本产品不仅味道鲜美、营养丰富,还有强身健体、防病治病、延年益寿的功效,是一种不含任何激素,无任何副作用的绿色食品。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种北枳椇风味饼干的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)北枳椇处理:将北枳椇清洗后压榨,取北枳椇的汁液备用;
2)制饼皮:将面粉加入适量水、蜂蜜和北枳椇汁,搅拌均匀再加入膨松剂继续搅拌,揉制成型;
3)烘烤:将成型的饼皮用烤箱150℃烘烤30-40分钟;
4)包装:将烤熟的饼干筛选掉形状不合格的,然后分装。
本发明的优点在于:本产品不仅味道鲜美、营养丰富,还有强身健体、防病治病、延年益寿的功效,是一种不含任何激素,无任何副作用的绿色食品。

本发明一种北枳椇风味饼干的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)北枳椇处理:将北枳椇清洗后压榨,取北枳椇的汁液备用;
2)制饼皮:将面粉加入适量水、蜂蜜和北枳椇汁,搅拌均匀再加入膨松剂继续搅拌,揉制成型;
3)烘烤:将成型的饼皮用烤箱150℃烘烤40分钟;
4)包装:将烤熟的饼干筛选掉形状不合格的,然后分装。

3)烘烤:将成型的饼皮用烤箱150℃烘烤30-40分钟;
4)包装:将烤熟的饼干筛选掉形状不合格的,然后分装。
