Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧制形成的保险杠,该保险杠有沿长度的原始条带恒定宽度,其截面有至少两个封闭腔室,该封闭腔室通过基本水平的中间壁来分离,其中,各腔室有背离车辆的侧部,具有沿整个长度的至少一个纵向向内弯曲部分。本发明还涉及用于制造杠的方法。
背景技术
US2012/0074420A1示出了这种轧制形成的保险杠,该保险杠具有沿整个长度的恒定截面。JP P2001-62532A示出了一种杠,该杠有方形截面和折叠在一起的端部,以便减小端部的水平尺寸。
发明内容
本发明的目的是能够以经济的方法来提供一种具有所需特性的保险杠。另一目的是能够在一个相同制造单元中制造适用于不同车辆的保险杠,而没有较大投资。
当轧制形成而使得腔室具有向外弯曲的侧部和向内弯曲的侧部,且在轧制形成之后通过按压在一起而改变特定部分的截面从而改变杠的特性时,将实现本发明的目的。本发明由权利要求限定。

具体实施方式
图1表示了保险杠11,该保险杠11有焊接于其上的两个碰撞盒12、13。保险杠11-13将作为车辆的前保险杠,碰撞盒用于附接在车辆的侧梁上。型材由具有恒定宽度的钢条在连续处理中轧制形成,该型材具有沿长度的恒定截面,然后,将该型材切成合适的长度。还能够轧制形成而使得型材为凸形,如由图1可知。或者,能够在切割后弯曲各长度段。
如由图3可知,型材轧制而形成,具有水平腹板14,即基本水平的隔板壁14,该隔板壁14将型材分成上部和下部封闭腔室15、16。与轧制形成相结合,型材的纵向边缘在17、18处连续激光焊接至型材的侧部上,从而获得刚性型材。腹板增加了扭转刚性以及弯曲刚性。腹板对于变形处理也很重要,并增加了在碰撞过程中的能量吸收。对于各腔室,从车辆前侧朝向外的侧部19(即,在前保险杠的实例中,前侧)有凹形(向内弯曲)部分,在所示实例中,该凹形部分包括两个相互成角度的基本平面形的侧部部分20、21;22、23。后侧部24(即,面对车辆的侧部)有相应的凸形(向外弯曲)部分,在所示实例中,该凸形部分包括相互成角度的基本平面形的侧部部分25、26;27、28。在所示实例中,朝向前的侧部19有基本沿直线(该直线基本竖直)的冲击表面。
保险杠的长度的一部分32(在所示实例中为中心部分)竖直地按压在一起,以使得它具有图4中所示的截面。各腔室15、16的前表面19为凸形,后侧部24为凹形,因此,在压缩过程中截面的宽度将增加,这局部增加了弯曲刚性。在保险杠中部处获得的增加的弯曲刚性将减小在来自正前方的碰撞负载下形成折叠的危险,该折叠导致保险杠局部塌缩。通过水平按压(而不是竖直按压),截面宽度减小,这样可以局部减小弯曲刚性。通过使用水平按压,还能够在减小型材宽度的同时改变保险杠的半径,通常在保险杠的端部处希望这样。
通过这样将保险杠的一部分长度按压在一起(在所示实例中小于一半长度),能够以非常低的成本来控制保险杠在碰撞负载时的性能,尽管材料的宽度和杠的基础型材不变。还能够使得一个相同的基础型材适用于不同车辆。型材在连续设备中轧制形成,并切成合适长度,且对基础型材进行合适的压缩,以便适合不同车辆。根据本发明制造的杠用作保险杠只是一个使用实例。

Claims (9)

1.轧制形成的保险杠,其沿着条带的长度具有恒定的宽度,所述保险杠由该条带形成,且该保险杠的截面具有通过基本水平的隔板壁(14)分开的至少两个封闭腔室(15、16),其中,各腔室有背离车辆的侧部(19),该侧部(19)有沿整个长度延伸的至少一个纵向向内弯曲的部分(20、21;22、23),其特征在于:各腔室(15、16)有面对车辆的侧部(24),所述侧部有沿整个长度延伸的至少一个纵向向外弯曲的部分(25、26;27、28),且沿保险杠一段长度的部分(32)由于腔室的侧部在该处竖直压缩而具有减小的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保险杠,其特征在于:所述向内弯曲的部分和向外弯曲的部分(20、21、22、23;25、26、27、28)构成各腔室的竖直高度的至少80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保险杠,其特征在于:所述向内弯曲的部分和向外弯曲的部分由两个侧部部分形成,这两个侧部部分基本为平面形,且相互成角度。
4.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的保险杠,其特征在于:在截面中,腔室(15、16)的竖直高度大于隔板壁(14)的水平延伸长度。
5.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的保险杠,其特征在于:所述部分(32)是沿长度的中心部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保险杠,其特征在于:所述部分(32)构成小于保险杠的长度的一半。
7.一种用于由钢板制造具有封闭截面的杠的方法,通过由平面形坯料轧制而形成杠,以使得所述杠有由隔板壁(14)分开的两个封闭腔室(15、16),并有恒定截面,且两个腔室都有具有弯曲部分的侧部(19),其特征在于:轧制形成这样进行:使得腔室(15、16)有向外弯曲的侧部(24)和向内弯曲的侧部(19),且在轧制形成后,截面的中心部分(32)通过压缩而变化。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:所述杠轧制而形成为这样:在截面中,所述腔室的、横向于所述隔板壁的高度大于所述隔板壁的延伸长度。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于:轧制形成的型材沿原始材料的纵向边缘而激光焊接在一起。
