技术领域
本申请属于导电浆领域,具体地说,涉及一种能够提升太阳能电池转换效率的导电浆,以及使用其制造太阳能电池的方法。
背景技术
导电浆对于现今电子产品而言实为一种不可缺少的产品,举凡太阳能电池、玻璃灯板、平面显示器等的制造均需使用到导电浆,因此如何能达到良好电能传输及减少功率传输损耗便是导电浆优良与否的判断依据。
以太阳能电池的制造而言,导电浆为结晶硅太阳能电池的主要材料,在太阳能电池以网印生产的过程中,一般浆料网印顺序要先印刷银铝浆、干燥,再印刷铝浆、干燥,最后印刷银浆、再干燥,之后再进入共烧的流程。银浆主要用來当做太阳能电池的正面电极;铝浆则作为背面电极与电场增加电池转换效率,而银铝浆则应用于太阳能电池背面作为模组串连的导线。
在太阳能电池的制造上,如何提供太阳能电池的正面银电极在烧结后能有良好的欧姆接触(Ohmic Contact)、较高的填充因子(Fill Factor,F.F.)与转换效率(conversionefficiency,Eff%)的导电浆乃是业界极欲解决的课题。
为了解决上述课题,本案申请人曾提出台湾发明专利申请号102105109「用于提升太阳能电池转换效率之导电浆」的专利申请案,其公开的技术中虽提及使用两类的玻璃料来构成复合玻璃料,但其中却未针对该两类玻璃料之间的比例成分加以定义,另外,所获得的导电浆的转换效率仍有改善之空间。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请所要解决的技术问题是改善仅使用单一玻璃料的导电浆能源转换效率,复合玻璃料的导电浆比例成分不明确,以及复合玻璃料的导电浆能源转换效率不佳的问题
本案发明人有鉴于此,便基于上述的发明申请案积极着手从事改良,并经由不断试验,终于研发出本申请。
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种能够提升太阳能电池转换效率的导电浆及使用其制造太阳能电池的方法。
为了达成上述发明目的,本申请采取以下的技术手段予以完成。
本发明提供一种导电浆,至少包含银粉;复合玻璃料,所述复合玻璃料包含第一类子玻璃料及第二类子玻璃料,所述第一类子玻璃料包含铅氧化合物及硅氧化合物,所述第二类子玻璃料包含碲氧化合物及锌氧化合物,所述第一类子玻璃料于所述复合玻璃料中所占的重量百分比为93%~44%,所述第二类子玻璃料于所述复合玻璃料中所占的重量百分比为7%~56%;以及有机载体。
于所述第一类子玻璃料中,所述铅氧化合物所占之重量百分比为40%~74%,所述硅氧化合物的重量百分比为1%~15%;于所述第二类子玻璃料中,所述碲氧化合物的重量百分比为55%~85%,锌氧化合物的重量百分比为10%~40%。
较佳地,所述第一类子玻璃料更包含至少一种以下的元素或其氧化物:锡(Sn)、磷(P)、铋(Bi)、碲(Te)、氟(F)、锂(Li)、钡(Ba)、铝(Al)、镁(Mg)、钛(Ti)、锆(Zr)、钒(V)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、钨(W)、镍(Ni)、银(Ag)、铒(Er)、锗(Ge)、镓(Ga)、铈(Ce)、铌(Nb)、钐(Sm)及镧(La)。
较佳地,所述第二类子玻璃料更包含至少一种以下的元素或其氧化物:锡(Sn)、磷(P)、钡(Ba)、铝(Al)、镁(Mg)、硅(Si)、铅(Pb)、钛(Ti)、锆(Zr)、钒(V)、硒(Se)、银(Ag)、铒(Er)、锗(Ge)、镓(Ga)、铈(Ce)、铌(Nb)、铋(Bi)、氟(F)及锂(Li)。
较佳地,所述第一类子玻璃料的所述铅氧化合物为氧化铅(PbO),所述硅氧化合物为二氧化硅(SiO2);所述第二类子玻璃料的所述碲氧化合物为二氧化碲(TeO2),所述锌氧化合物为氧化锌(ZnO)。
较佳地,本申请的导电浆更包括添加剂。
较佳地,所述添加剂选自下列所构成的群组:氧化锆、五氧化二钒、氧化银、三氧化二铒、氧化锡、氧化镁、三氧化二钕、二氧化钛、二氧化硒、三氧化二铬、五氧化二磷、三氧化钨、三氧化二铋、二氧化锰、氧化镍、三氧化二钐、二氧化锗、氟化锌、三氧化二铟、三氧化二镓及其衍生物。
本申请另提供一种使用所述导电浆制造太阳能电池的方法,其中所述导电浆用于形成太阳能电池基板的正面电极。
与现有技术相比,本申请的技术效果在于藉由本申请上述的构成,便能提供一种较以往的导电浆具有更优异转换效率的导电浆。
与现有技术相比,本申请的另一技术效果在于藉由本申请上述的构成,本发明的导电浆能在低温下进行烧结。
与现有技术相比,本申请的另一技术效果在于以本申请导电浆所制作的太阳能电池,便能拥有更优异的光电转换效率。

以下将配合实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,藉此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
本申请所提供的导电浆用于提升太阳能电池的光电转换效率,可用于形成太阳能电池基板的正面电极(即受光面)。本发明的导电浆能在低温下进行烧结,使得所制作的太阳能电池能具备有优异的光电转换效率。

又,所述第二类子玻璃料更包含至少一种以下的元素或其氧化物:锡(Sn)、磷(P)、钡(Ba)、铝(Al)、镁(Mg)、硅(Si)、铅(Pb)、钛(Ti)、锆(Zr)、钒(V)、硒(Se)、银(Ag)、铒(Er)、锗(Ge)、镓(Ga)、铈(Ce)、铌(Nb)、铋(Bi)、氟(F)及锂(Li)。
又,于一实施例中,于第一类子玻璃料中的铅氧化合物为氧化铅(PbO),硅氧化物为二氧化硅(SiO2);第二类子玻璃料中的碲氧化合物为二氧化碲(TeO2),锌氧化合物为氧化锌(ZnO)。
再者,本申请的导电浆更包含添加剂。
另外,添加剂选自下列所构成的群组:氧化锆、五氧化二钒、氧化银、三氧化二铒、氧化锡、氧化镁、三氧化二钕、二氧化钛、二氧化硒、三氧化二铬、五氧化二磷、三氧化钨、三氧化二铋、二氧化锰、氧化镍、三氧化二钐、二氧化锗、氟化锌、三氧化二铟、三氧化二镓及其衍生物。
实施例
以下便就本申请的实施例具有较以往导电浆更优异的光电转换效率的实施形态来加以说明。
复合玻璃料制备
1.第一类子玻璃料的制备
第一类子玻璃料主要包含铅氧化合物及硅氧化合物,以下述表一的成分比例制作第一类子玻璃料试料。

由表一可知,第一类子玻璃料试料的玻璃转移温度(Tg)与玻璃软化温度(Ts)的范围分别为357℃~391℃及371℃~421℃。
2.第二类子玻璃料的制备
第二类子玻璃料主要包含碲氧化合物及锌氧化合物,以下述表二的成分比例制作第二类子玻璃料试料。

由表二可知,第二类子玻璃料试料的玻璃转移温度(Tg)与玻璃软化温度(Ts)的范围分别为323℃~380℃及338℃~400℃。
比较例的导电浆(单一玻璃料成分)制备
仅以上述第一类子玻璃料(A1~A7)或第二类子玻璃料(B1~B7)单独使用以制作导电浆,经测试比较例导电浆的性质,即开路电压(Voc)、短路电流(Isc)、串联电阻(Rs)、填充因子(FF)及转换效率(NCell)如下表三及表四。

由表三及表四可知,单一成分的玻璃料所制成的导电浆,其转换效率(NCell)普遍落在15.29%~16.63%。
实施例的导电浆(复合玻璃料成分)制备
使用上述表一及表二所列的子玻璃料,以900℃进行烧结成复合玻璃料后制成导电浆,并测试其性质。本实验中,采用A3及B3成分的子玻璃料,并以重量比例A3:B3=2g~4.5g:0g~2.5g的配比来制作实验组及单一成分玻璃料的对照组,将其测试结果列于表五。

由表五可知,含复合玻璃料的导电浆的转换效率普遍在17%以上,其中,又以实验组3所获得的电性特性及转换效率较佳。
复合玻璃料中各成分对导电浆性质表现的影响
采用上述实验组3的重量比例,即A:B=3.6g:0.9g,固定采用表一所列的A3玻璃料成分,搭配使用表二中的B1~B7玻璃料以制作复合玻璃料,烧结温度为900℃,测试其性质表现,并将其结果列于表六。

由上述表六及表七可知,本申请的导电浆因含有复合玻璃料,因此其转换效率普遍落在17.08%~17.64%,相较于单一成分玻璃料的导电浆,其转换效率可提升约1%左右。
导电浆之制备程序
以单一玻璃料A3为例,先将86wt%银粉、4.5wt%玻璃料加到含有9.5wt%有机载体中混合成导电浆。又,例如复合玻璃料(A+B)的混合配比方式,可如表一与表二中的A3及B3,即包含铅氧化合物及硅氧化合物的第一类子玻璃料A3与包含碲氧化合物及锌氧化合物的第二类子玻璃料B3来制作导电浆。
以实验组3为例,将86wt%银粉、A3成分重量及B3成分重量分别为3.6g及0.9g,总重量为4.5g,占比为4.5wt%的玻璃料加到含有9.5wt%有机载体中,再用混合器(mixer)进行脱泡预混合。
该两种玻璃料重量比例可为例如A3为2g至4.5g比B3为0g至2.5g。或者,将表一中的A3玻璃料重量固定在3.6g,再搭配表二中固定重量为0.9g的B1~B7玻璃料来制作导电浆。
或者,将表二中的B3玻璃料重量固定在3.6g,再搭配表一中固定量为0.9g的A1~A7玻璃料来制作导电浆。
其中,银粉可为金属银、银衍生物或其混合物的形式。例示性的衍生物包括:银的合金、氧化银(Ag 2O)、银盐,诸如AgCl、AgNO 3、AgOOCCH 3(醋酸银)、AgOOCF 3(三氟醋酸银)或正磷酸银,例如Ag3PO 4。亦可使用相容于其他厚膜膏成分的其他形式的银。
适合的有机载体具备可提供稳定的固体分散性、适合网印的黏度及摇变性、适当的基材及膏固体可湿性、优良的干燥速率以及优良的烧制性质的流变特性。所述有机载体可包括增稠剂、安定剂、表面活性剂及/或其他常见的添加剂。所述有机载体可为一种聚合物溶于溶剂中的溶液。适合的聚合物包括乙基纤维素、乙基羟乙基纤维素、木松香、乙基纤维素及苯酚树脂的混合物、低级醇的聚甲基丙烯酸酯以及乙二醇单乙酸酯的单丁醚。适合的溶剂包括萜类例如阿伐或贝他萜品醇或其混合物与其他溶剂例如煤油、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、丁卡必醇、丁卡必醇乙酸酯、伸己甘醇及沸点在150℃以上的醇类,以及醇酯。其他适合的有机介质成分包括:己二酸双(2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙酯(bis(2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethyl adipate)、二元酯例如DBE、DBE-2、DBE-3、DBE-4、DBE-5、DBE-6、DBE-9及DBE 1B、环氧妥尔酸辛酯(octyl epoxy tallate)、异十四醇以及氢化松香之季戊四醇酯。所述有机载体亦可包括挥发性液体以促进将该厚膜膏组成物施用在基材上后的快速硬化。值得注意的是,所述玻璃料中的氧化物并不以例示为限。含铅氧化物例如可以为四氧化三铅(Pb3O4)等。
预混完成后,包含银粉、玻璃料、有机载体以及添加剂的混合物会使用三滚筒捏合机(three-roll mill)帮助分散研磨均匀,混合后所得到的糊状或膏状物即为导电银浆。
另外,本申请导电浆在制备中,有机载体例如将5~25克重的乙基纤维素(EC)溶于5~75克重的有机溶剂中;其中,乙基纤维素(EC)可以为5克重,10克重,15克重,20克重或25克重;有机溶剂可以为5克重,10克重,20克重,30克重,40克重,50克重,60克重,70克重或75克重。。在导电浆之制备上,除了上述复合玻璃料的制备外,可以下述方式制备本申请的导电浆。亦即,例如取70~95克重的银粉(粒径分布在0.1~10.0μm之间)、10~30克重的有机载体及1~10克重的复合玻璃料,以混筒机将其混合分散均匀,即可获得本申请的导电浆;其中,银粉可以为70克重,75克重,80克重,85克重,90克重或95克重;有机载体可以为10克重,15克重,20克重,25克重或30克重;复合玻璃料可以为1克重,2克重,3克重,4克重,5克重,6克重,7克重,8克重,9克重或10克重。
综上所述,由于本申请藉由具有上述成分比例的玻璃料以构成复合玻璃料来混合分散于导电浆中,因此所获得的导电浆可以获得优异的转换效率,相较于既有单一玻璃料成分的导电浆可提升1%左右的转换效率,从而能够提升使用本发明导电浆所制作的太阳能电池的光电转换效率。
Claims (8)
1.一种导电浆,其特征在于,至少包括:
银粉;
复合玻璃料,所述复合玻璃料包含第一类子玻璃料及第二类子玻璃料,所述第一类子玻璃料包含铅氧化合物及硅氧化合物,所述第二类子玻璃料包含碲氧化合物及锌氧化合物,所述第一类子玻璃料于所述复合玻璃料中所占的重量百分比为93%~44%,所述第二类子玻璃料于所述复合玻璃料中所占的重量百分比为7%~56%,所述第一类子玻璃料的玻璃软化温度为371℃至421℃,所述第二类子玻璃料的玻璃软化温度为338℃至400℃;以及
有机载体。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电浆,其特征在于,其中所述第一类子玻璃料中,铅氧化合物的重量百分比为40%~74%,所述硅氧化合物的重量百分比为1%~15%;所述第二类子玻璃料中,碲氧化合物的重量百分比为55%~85%,锌氧化合物的重量百分比为10%~40%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的导电浆,其特征在于,其中所述第一类子玻璃料更包含至少一种以下的元素或其氧化物:锡(Sn)、磷(P)、铋(Bi)、碲(Te)、氟(F)、锂(Li)、钡(Ba)、铝(Al)、镁(Mg)、钛(Ti)、锆(Zr)、钒(V)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、钨(W)、镍(Ni)、银(Ag)、铒(Er)、锗(Ge)、镓(Ga)、铈(Ce)、铌(Nb)、钐(Sm)及镧(La)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的导电浆,其特征在于,其中所述第二类子玻璃料更包含至少一种以下的元素或其氧化物:锡(Sn)、磷(P)、钡(Ba)、铝(Al)、镁(Mg)、硅(Si)、铅(Pb)、钛(Ti)、锆(Zr)、钒(V)、硒(Se)、银(Ag)、铒(Er)、锗(Ge)、镓(Ga)、铈(Ce)、铌(Nb)、铋(Bi)、氟(F)及锂(Li)。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的导电浆,其特征在于,其中所述第一类子玻璃料的所述铅氧化合物为氧化铅(PbO),所述硅氧化合物为二氧化硅(SiO2);所述第二类子玻璃料的所述碲氧化合物为二氧化碲(TeO2),所述锌氧化合物为氧化锌(ZnO)。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的导电浆,其特征在于,更包含添加剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的导电浆,其特征在于,其中所述添加剂选自下列所构成的群组:氧化锆、五氧化二钒、氧化银、三氧化二铒、氧化锡、氧化镁、三氧化二钕、二氧化钛、二氧化硒、三氧化二铬、五氧化二磷、三氧化钨、三氧化二铋、二氧化锰、氧化镍、三氧化二钐、二氧化锗、氟化锌、三氧化二铟、三氧化二镓及其衍生物。
8.一种制造太阳能电池的方法,其特征在于,使用权利要求1至7中任一项的导电浆来形成太阳能电池基板的正面电极。
