技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封填料环,属于带有金属制作的密封环技术领域。
背景技术
在现有技术中,一般用于静止或线速度较小的轴类密封填料环,是以单一的柔性材料构成,材料的结构强度较低,不能抵抗较高压力的工况,容易在使用过程中材料被介质吹出或磨损,也有在填料环表面增加金属压盖或配合金属编织线来改善材料强度问题,但金属压盖为平滑的钢泊与柔性密封材料结合力差,安装时容易脱落和使用时出现泄漏问题,同时金属压盖仅存在表面,对强度提高很有限,金属编织线也同样存在强度不高的问题,且当某处出现工装问题导致接触面间摩擦力过大时,会磨损轴承,甚至会给填料环本身结构带来影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种低摩擦系数密封填料环。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种低摩擦系数密封填料环包括:若干层金属薄片和片状低摩擦系数柔性材质,所述密封填料环的最顶层和最底层为所述金属薄片,相邻的两层所述金属薄片之间设置有一层所述片状低摩擦系数柔性材质,所述金属薄片上均匀分布有冲刺加工所形成的多个凸孔和多个凹孔。
所述片状低摩擦系数柔性材质由如下的质量百分数原料制成:20%~40%植物纤维、20%~30%无机质、5%~10%浸润剂、5%~15%润滑剂、5%~15%增稠剂;其中,所述植物纤维各组分的质量百分数为10%~60%蓖麻线、15%~40%亚麻线、0~20%苎麻及0~20%黄麻;所述无机质各组分的质量百分数为35%~65%石墨、0~35%二硫化钼及0~35%二氧化硅,且该无机质的粒径为2500目;所述浸润剂为三甲氧基硅烷、亚甲基硅烷或纯度99%聚四氟乙烯乳液中的一种;所述润滑剂为蓖麻基润滑油、矿物基础油或PAO聚ɑ烯烃合成油中的一种;所述增稠剂为天然高分子及其衍生物,包括:淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂中的一种或几种;
所述片状低摩擦系数柔性材质依照上述组分按如下方法制备:
(1)将所述植物纤维常温浸入所述浸润剂中24~48小时;
(2)取出步骤(1)中浸润的植物纤维进行切碎处理,切碎后的植物纤维长度小于5mm;
(3)向第一分散釜中依次添加所述无机质及所述润滑剂,800转/分钟高速搅拌,混合均匀10~15min;
(4)向第二分散釜中依次添加切碎后的植物纤维和步骤(3)中获得的混合物,充分混合,以800转/分钟高速搅拌后,再向第二分散釜中加入增稠剂并以50~150转/分钟低速搅拌直至两者之间无明显分层;
(5)将步骤(4)中得到的混合物以50~80℃进行蒸发处理,使得最后混合物中水的质量百分数在13%~25%之间。

本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:本发将密封填料由多层环结构共同构成,在片状低摩擦系数柔性材质内层与外层设置用于起支撑骨作用和定型作用的金属薄片层,使低摩擦系数材质不会因为挤压或其他作用力影响而发生变形,并且相对于现有的填了环,其与填料之间摩擦系数较小不影响泵的正常运转。

本实施例的低摩擦系数密封填料环,如图1所示,由四层金属薄片1和三层片状低摩擦系数柔性材质2组成,密封填料环的最顶层和最底层为金属薄片1,相邻的两层金属薄片1之间设置有一层所述片状低摩擦系数柔性材质2,从图中可以看出,内侧的两层金属薄片1起的骨架作用,外侧的金属薄片1起定型作用,限定整个低摩擦系数柔性材质2组成,金属薄片1上均匀分布有冲刺加工所形成的多个凸孔3和多个凹孔4 ,凸孔3和凸孔4将金属薄片1与低摩擦系数柔性材质2紧密配合。
金属薄片1与片状低摩擦系数柔性材质2相连接的部分嵌入凸孔3和凹孔4中。
金属薄片1由不锈钢、镀锌板、铜中一种或几种制成。
凹孔4和凸孔3间隔排列。

片状低摩擦系数柔性材质依照上述组分按如下方法制备:

(5)将步骤(4)中得到的混合物以50~80℃进行蒸发处理,使得最后混合物中水的质量百分数在13%~25%之间。

1.一种低摩擦系数密封填料环的生产方法,其特征在于,该密封填料环包括:四层金属薄片和三层片状低摩擦系数柔性材质,所述密封填料环的最顶层和最底层为所述金属薄片,相邻的两层所述金属薄片之间设置有一层所述片状低摩擦系数柔性材质,所述金属薄片上均匀分布有冲刺加工所形成的多个凸孔和多个凹孔,凸孔和凸孔将金属薄片与低摩擦系数柔性材质紧密配合;
所述片状低摩擦系数柔性材质由如下的质量百分数原料制成:40%植物纤维、30%无机质、5%~10%浸润剂、5%~15%润滑剂、5%~15%增稠剂;其中,所述植物纤维各组分的质量百分数为60%蓖麻线、15%~40%亚麻线、0~20%苎麻及0~20%黄麻;所述无机质各组分的质量百分数为35%~65%石墨、0~35%二硫化钼及0~35%二氧化硅,且该无机质的粒径为2500目;
所述浸润剂为亚甲基硅烷;所述润滑剂为矿物基础油;所述增稠剂为明胶;
所述片状低摩擦系数柔性材质依照上述组分按如下方法制备:
(1)将所述植物纤维常温浸入所述浸润剂中24~48小时;
(2)取出步骤(1)中浸润的植物纤维进行切碎处理,切碎后的植物纤维长度小于5mm;
(3)向第一分散釜中依次添加所述无机质及所述润滑剂,800转/分钟高速搅拌,混合均匀10~15min;
