Abstract

本发明涉及一种榫卯式U形钢管束,其属于建筑物的技术领域。其用于解决U形钢管之间焊缝连接带来的生产效率低和扭曲变形的问题。榫卯式U形钢管束,由腹板(4)两侧通过内侧板(6)与槽卯(5)连接,槽卯(5)通过外侧板(2)与弯榫(1)连接组成榫卯式U形钢管,将毎个榫卯式U形钢管的弯榫(1)依次插入另一个榫卯式U形钢管的槽卯(5)内连接构成。采用这种榫卯式U形钢管束可广泛地应用于建筑物材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢管束,特别涉及一种榫卯式U形钢管束。
背景技术
目前建筑中使用的钢管束,大多为生产出U型钢管后,依次逐根叠加拼装,并对上、下U型钢管的接触处形成的焊缝进行连续焊接,直到形成要求的一字型钢管束。
该方法大多使用二氧化碳保护焊进行焊接,其缺点在于速度缓慢,最快只有每分钟1.5米左右。为满足产量,生产厂只好多购买钢管束拼装焊接设备,造成投资规模过大;同时由于焊缝长度较长,还会造成钢管束内应力分布不均,因而扭曲变形。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种生产效率高、产品质量稳定的榫卯式U形钢管束。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:榫卯式U形钢管束,由腹板两侧通过内侧板与槽卯连接,槽卯通过外侧板与弯榫连接组成榫卯式U形钢管,将每个榫卯式U形钢管的弯榫依次插入另一个榫卯式U形钢管的槽卯内,连接构成榫卯式U形钢管束。
本发明还可以通过以下技术方案实现:以上所述的槽卯与弯榫之间用焊点连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一、生产效率大幅提高。二、工人劳动强度降低数倍。三、消除成品钢管束的扭曲变形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:腹板4两侧通过内侧板6与槽卯5连接,槽卯5通过外侧板2与弯榫1连接组成榫卯式U形钢管,将每个榫卯式U形钢管的弯榫1依次插入另一个榫卯式U形钢管的槽卯5内,连接构成榫卯式U形钢管束。用5毫米厚的钢材制成榫卯式U形钢管,弯榫1顶部到腹板4底部的尺寸为240毫米,二个外侧板2宽度为150毫米,二个内侧板6宽度为140毫米。根据钢管束长度的需要,将多个榫卯式U形钢管依次利用钢材的弹力将弯榫1压入槽卯5内,同时利用钢材的弹力将弯榫1与槽卯5压紧,从而连接构成榫卯式U形钢管束。也可将弯榫1压入槽卯5内后,将弯榫1与槽卯5之间用焊点3连接。槽卯5与弯榫1之间的焊点3间距为200毫米。从而实现本发明的发明目的和效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种榫卯式U形钢管束,其特征在于腹板(4)两侧通过内侧板(6)与槽卯(5)连接,槽卯(5)通过外侧板(2)与弯榫(1)连接组成榫卯式U形钢管,将毎个榫卯式U形钢管的弯榫(1)依次插入另一个榫卯式U形钢管的槽卯(5)内,连接构成榫卯式U形钢管束。
2.如权利要求1所述的榫卯式U形钢管束,其特征在于所述的槽卯(5)与弯榫(1)之间用焊点(3)连接。
