本发明涉及水带的生产工艺,具体涉及一种涂层水带的生产工艺。本发明采用的技术方案是:涂层水带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:把TPU涂料稀释,并加入颜料和专用固化剂,制成TPU浆料;在水带的内衬管打入空气,将水带撑圆,将TPU浆料打入到染带模具的模腔中;把水带穿过染带模具,TPU浆料均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面;水带牵引至烘箱,烘干固化,形成聚氨酯漆膜涂层;e、把适量TPU粒子烘干后装入挤出机,挤出膜后包覆在上步所得涂层水带上,在涂层水带上形成一层聚氨酯耐磨层;冷却后,卷取、切割、分装。本发明的优点是:TPU粘度大,固含量高,漆膜涂层厚,在耐候,耐腐蚀,耐刺穿,耐磨和使用寿命上都远远大于现有产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及水带的生产工艺,具体涉及一种涂层水带的生产工艺。
背景技术
消防水带通常是指由经纬线编织的筒状织物层和衬里或覆盖层通过蒸汽硫化或胶粘剂组合而成的一定长度的柔软可盘卷的圆形或扁平管状体。由于消防水带品种较多,其结构也具有多种类型,但基本结构均包含织物层、衬里、涂层、覆盖层和胶粘层5个部分。织物层是水带的骨架材料,为水带提供耐高压和耐磨性能,一般由棉、聚酯和锦纶等纤维材料编织而成。衬里是织物层内壁的一层光滑且具有一定强度的防水层,保证了水或其他液体的输送畅通,使用的材料主要有橡胶、PVC、TPU等。涂层和覆盖层是织物层外层的高分子材料,具有防水、耐热、耐磨、防腐蚀、耐老化、阻燃等性能,对织物层和衬里起保护作用,使用的材料主要有聚氨酯、PU涂料、丙烯酸酯涂料等材料。胶粘层是织物层与衬里或织物层与覆盖层之间起粘合作用的高分子材料,使织物层、衬里和覆盖层牢牢地组成一个整体,使用的材料主要有橡胶型固体胶粘剂、溶剂型PU胶水、PU固体热熔胶、聚烯烃热熔胶和间苯二酚-甲醛树脂粘合剂等。
作为对织物层和衬里起保护作用的聚氨酯涂层,其是一种高固含量的水性pu乳液,传统的聚氨酯涂层的形成方式是:把聚氨酯涂料加水稀释加颜料加固化剂,倒入槽中,水带从里面浸泽,然后加热固化烘干而成。这种工艺的缺点是由于涂料渗特别稀,容易透到编织层缝隙之间,水带特别的硬、挺,而且固含量少,耐磨性不好,使用时候容易磨坏,影响使用寿命。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决以上问题。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种耐磨性高、耐候性强、柔软性好、使用寿命长的涂层水带的生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种涂层水带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、把TPU涂料加水稀释,并加入适量所需颜料,然后再加入专用固化剂,制成TPU浆料,控制TPU浆固含量≥45%,粘度≥5万mPa·s;
b、在水带的内衬管打入压力为0.05-0.3Mpa空气,将水带撑圆,同时将步骤a制备的TPU浆料用泵打入到染带模具的模腔中;
c、启动牵引压辊,把没有染色的水带穿过染带模具,牵引速度为10-30米/分钟,TPU浆料均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面;
d、将表面涂覆有TPU浆料的水带继续牵引至烘箱,在80-150℃下烘干固化,控制烘干固化时间为60s-1800s,在水带的外表面形成聚氨酯漆膜涂层;
e、把适量TPU粒子烘干后装入挤出机,温度设定在从喂料口到挤出模具温度依次为90-130℃、150-170℃、160-170℃、160-185℃和160-220℃,挤出膜后包覆在步骤d制备的涂层水带上,在涂层水带上形成一层聚氨酯耐磨层;
f、冷却后,即待温度低于45℃后,卷取、切割、分装。
进一步的技术方案:
所述步骤a中,所述专用固化剂为脂肪异氰酸酯聚合物。
所述步骤d中,聚氨酯漆膜涂层的厚度为0.1—0.3㎜。
所述步骤e中,所述聚氨酯耐磨层的厚度为0.1—0.3㎜。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的涂层水带染色的TPU粘度大,固含量高,普通的水带染色TPU粘度的一般只有18-23%,本发明的水带染色的TPU固含量在45%以上,所以漆膜涂层厚,在耐候,耐腐蚀,耐刺穿,耐磨和使用寿命上都远远大于现有产品。
2、本发明的涂层水带采用将水带穿过染带模具,使TPU浆料均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面,这种涂覆的方式相比将水带浸泽在涂料槽中的浸润方式,可以避免涂料渗透到织物层的间隙中去,避免水带变硬,继而避免使用时候折叠的地方有尖角而磨损水带。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
一种涂层水带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、把TPU涂料加水稀释,并加入适量所需颜料,然后再加入专用固化剂,所述专用固化剂为脂肪异氰酸酯聚合物,制成TPU浆料,控制TPU浆固含量≥45%,粘度≥5万mPa·s;
b、在水带的内衬管打入压力为0.05-0.3Mpa空气,将水带撑圆,同时将步骤a制备的TPU浆料用泵打入到染带模具的模腔中;
c、启动牵引压辊,把没有染色的水带穿过染带模具,牵引速度为10米/分钟,TPU浆料均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面;
d、将表面涂覆有TPU浆料的水带继续牵引至烘箱,在80℃下烘干固化,控制烘干固化时间为1800s,在水带的外表面形成厚度为0.1㎜的聚氨酯漆膜涂层;
e、把适量TPU粒子烘干后装入挤出机,温度设定在从喂料口到挤出模具温度依次为90℃、150℃、160℃、160℃和160℃,挤出膜后包覆在步骤d制备的涂层水带上,在涂层水带上形成一层厚度为0.1㎜的聚氨酯耐磨层;
f、冷却后,即待温度低于45℃后,卷取、切割、分装。
实施例二:
一种涂层水带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、把TPU涂料加水稀释,并加入适量所需颜料,然后再加入专用固化剂,所述专用固化剂为脂肪异氰酸酯聚合物,制成TPU浆料,控制TPU浆固含量≥45%,粘度≥5万mPa·s;
b、在水带的内衬管打入压力为0.15Mpa空气,将水带撑圆,同时将步骤a制备的TPU浆料用泵打入到染带模具的模腔中;
c、启动牵引压辊,把没有染色的水带穿过染带模具,牵引速度为20米/分钟,TPU浆料均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面;
d、将表面涂覆有TPU浆料的水带继续牵引至烘箱,在115℃下烘干固化,控制烘干固化时间为900s,在水带的外表面形成厚度为0.2㎜的聚氨酯漆膜涂层;
e、把适量TPU粒子烘干后装入挤出机,温度设定在从喂料口到挤出模具温度依次为110℃、160℃、165℃、170℃和190℃,挤出膜后包覆在步骤d制备的涂层水带上,在涂层水带上形成一层厚度为0.2㎜的聚氨酯耐磨层;
f、冷却后,即待温度低于45℃后,卷取、切割、分装。
实施例三:
一种涂层水带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、把TPU涂料加水稀释,并加入适量所需颜料,然后再加入专用固化剂,所述专用固化剂为脂肪异氰酸酯聚合物,制成TPU浆料,控制TPU浆固含量≥45%,粘度≥5万mPa·s;
b、在水带的内衬管打入压力为0.3Mpa空气,将水带撑圆,同时将步骤a制备的TPU浆料用泵打入到染带模具的模腔中;
c、启动牵引压辊,把没有染色的水带穿过染带模具,牵引速度为30米/分钟,TPU浆料均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面;
d、将表面涂覆有TPU浆料的水带继续牵引至烘箱,在150℃下烘干固化,控制烘干固化时间为60s,在水带的外表面形成厚度为0.3㎜的聚氨酯漆膜涂层;
e、把适量TPU粒子烘干后装入挤出机,温度设定在从喂料口到挤出模具温度依次为130℃、170℃、170℃、185℃和220℃,挤出膜后包覆在步骤d制备的涂层水带上,在涂层水带上形成一层聚氨酯耐磨层;
f、冷却后,即待温度低于45℃后,卷取、切割、分装。
本发明的涂层水带的生产工艺,在将水带穿过染带模具之前,先在水带的内衬管打入一定压力的空气,将水带撑圆,然后对染带模具进出口进行电镀处理,使进出口表面更光滑,内腔球型中空,水带穿过模具由于打气把进出口密封,TPU浆被封在模腔中,在一定速度下,浆均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面,TPU浆固含量在45%以上,这种涂覆的方式相比将水带浸泽在涂料槽中的浸润方式,可以避免涂料渗透到织物层的间隙中去,避免水带变硬,继而避免使用时候折叠的地方有尖角而磨损水带。

1.一种涂层水带的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、把TPU涂料加水稀释,并加入适量所需颜料,然后再加入专用固化剂,制成TPU浆料,所述专用固化剂为脂肪异氰酸酯聚合物,控制TPU浆固含量≥45%,粘度≥5万mPa·s;
b、在水带的内衬管打入压力为0.05-0.3Mpa空气,将水带撑圆,同时将步骤a制备的TPU浆料用泵打入到染带模具的模腔中;
c、启动牵引压辊,把没有染色的水带穿过染带模具,牵引速度为10-30米/分钟,TPU浆料均匀涂覆在水带织物层表面;
d、将表面涂覆有TPU浆料的水带继续牵引至烘箱,在80-150℃下烘干固化,控制烘干固化时间为60s-1800s,在水带的外表面形成聚氨酯漆膜涂层;
e、把适量TPU粒子烘干后装入挤出机,温度设定在从喂料口到挤出模具温度依次为90-130℃、150-170℃、160-170℃、160-185℃和160-220℃,挤出膜后包覆在步骤d制备的涂层水带上,在涂层水带上形成一层聚氨酯耐磨层;
f、冷却后,即待温度低于45℃后,卷取、切割、分装。
