Abstract

本发明涉及一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,属于功能纺织品加工制造领域。其通过高弹性聚氨酯预聚体的合成、高弹性聚氨酯乳化液的制备、夜光材料的准备、高弹性夜光聚氨酯胶浆的制备和高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备得到产品。本发明制备所得的高弹性夜光弹力织物,在较好保持原有织物弹性的条件下,赋予了织物夜光可见的性能,同时所得到高弹性夜光弹力织物的手感干爽、色牢度摩擦和水洗牢度优良,符合各项环保标准。

一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,属于功能纺织品加工制造领域。
背景技术
夜光织物因其具有黑暗环境下发光的性能,近年来也得到了广泛应用,如用于交通运输、娱乐生活、夜间作业和特殊服装等领域。中国专利CN1333402A、CN102154824B都公开了一种夜光织物的生产方法,但其所制作出的夜光类织物手感较硬,耐水洗、耐磨擦性能不好,同时处理后的织物不能保持弹力织物原有的弹性要求,影响夜光纺织品的进一步开发应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服克服现有夜光类纺织品不能保持原有弹力织物的弹性要求、手感较硬、穿着舒适性不优的缺点,提供一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)高弹性聚氨酯预聚体的合成:
a、减压蒸馏:在真空度67mmHg、温度60~100℃下将聚醚多元醇减压蒸馏0.6-1h,预先除去微量的水;
b、反应:将减压蒸馏后的聚醚多元醇220~350份,异氰酸酯70~100份、扩链剂15~30份放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀后加热升温至70~85℃,反应3~4h;然后再加入氨基硅烷偶联剂1.5~4份,调节温度至55~65℃,保温2~3h,保持反应体黏度为15~25mPa/s,得到高弹性聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)高弹性聚氨酯乳化液的制备:
c、乳化:将步骤(1)所得高弹性聚氨酯预聚体温度降至20~40℃,按照60%~110%的中和度加入中和剂1.5~3.5份,同时添加水1~30份以600~1300r/min的速度高速搅拌乳化20min;
d、乳化液的制备:继续添加溶液总质量1%~5%的胺类扩链剂,扩链后添加消泡剂0.01~1份,充分搅拌混合后,得到固含量40%~50%的高弹性聚氨酯乳化液;
(3)夜光材料的准备:取稀土铝酸锶发光材料在100℃进行烘干处理,然后在球磨仪上研磨细腻,至粒径为20~50um;
(4)高弹性夜光聚氨酯胶浆的制备:在40~60份高弹性聚氨酯乳化液中添加步骤(3)研磨后的稀土铝酸锶发光材料30~50份、固化剂0.1~2份、增稠剂0.3~4份,经1000~1500r/min的速度搅拌均匀后即得到高弹性夜光织物用聚氨酯胶浆;
(5)高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备:把高弹性夜光弹力织物用聚氨酯胶浆直接通过丝印的方式,均匀涂覆在弹力织物的表面,在90~140℃的条件下烘焙3~7min,即得到产品高弹性夜光弹力织物。
步骤(1)所述的聚醚多元醇为聚醚三醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇、聚氧化丙烯三醇或杂环聚醚多元醇中的一种或几种;
所述的异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述扩链剂为乙二醇、二羟甲基丁酸、一缩二乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇或三羟甲基丙烷中的一种或几种;
所述氨基硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷或N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;
步骤(2)所述中和剂为三乙胺;
所述胺类扩链剂为乙二胺、己二胺、异佛尔酮二胺、甲基戊二胺、二亚乙基三胺、三乙烯四胺、二亚乙基三胺或三亚乙基四胺中的一种或多种;
所述消泡剂为改性硅酮和二氧化硅混合物。
步骤(3)所述稀土铝酸锶发光材料为SrA12O4:Eu2+,Dy3+
步骤(4)所述固化剂为磺酸铵盐改性的多异氰酸酯类固化剂;
所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类、疏水基团改性的非离子型缔合增稠剂。
搅拌时采用高速搅拌机,搅拌头为非金属搅拌头。
步骤(5)丝印时压力为50~80N,厚度为0.02mm~0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备所得的高弹性夜光弹力织物,在较好保持原有织物弹性的条件下,赋予了织物夜光可见的性能,同时所得到高弹性夜光弹力织物的手感干爽、色牢度摩擦和水洗牢度优良,符合各项环保标准。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
以下实施例中所使用的消泡剂为SILOK-4019,固化剂为N3390,增稠剂为CA-908,分别购自于广州市斯洛柯高分子聚合物有限公司,德国拜耳公司,广州宣宁化工科技有限公司。
实施例1 一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)高弹性聚氨酯预聚体的合成:在反应釜中将聚氧化丙烯二醇115g、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇146g减压蒸馏(真空度67mmHg)0.6~l小时,温度控制在60~100℃下,预先除去微量的水。将减压蒸馏后的聚氧化丙烯二醇115g、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇146g,甲苯二异氰酸酯40.6g、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯46.5g、二羟甲基丁酸20.9g放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀后加热升温至70℃,反应时间为4h,然后再加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.8g,调节温度,使温度在55℃,保温2h,制成高弹性聚氨酯预聚体。
(2)高弹性聚氨酯乳化液的制备:温度降至20℃,按照60%的中和度加入三乙胺,同时添加水15g高速搅拌乳化,添加三乙烯四胺2.4g,扩链后添加0.01g SILOK-4019得到40%固含量的高弹性聚氨酯乳化液。
(3)夜光材料的准备:将稀土铝酸锶发光材料进行烘干处理,在球磨仪上研磨细腻。
(4)高弹性夜光聚氨酯胶浆的制备:在高弹性聚氨酯乳化液加研磨后的稀土铝酸锶发光材料49g、0.1g N3390、0.5gCA908,经高速搅拌机1500r/min搅拌均匀后得到高弹性夜光织物用聚氨酯胶浆。
(5)把高弹性夜光弹力织物用聚氨酯胶浆直接通过丝印的方式,均匀涂覆在弹力织物的表面,在90℃的条件下烘焙7分钟,即得到所述的高弹性夜光弹力织物。
实施例2 一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)高弹性聚氨酯预聚体的合成:在反应釜中将聚氧化丙烯三醇105g、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇153g减压蒸馏(真空度67mmHg)lh,温度控制在100℃下,预先除去微量的水。将减压蒸馏后的聚氧化丙烯二醇105g、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇153g,甲苯二异氰酸酯43.3g、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯47.8g、二羟甲基丁酸22.5g放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀后加热升温至85℃,反应时间为3h,然后再加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.7g,调节温度,使温度在65℃,保温2h,制成高弹性聚氨酯预聚体。
(2)高弹性聚氨酯乳化液的制备:温度降至40℃,按照110%的中和度加入三乙胺,同时添加水30g高速1300r/min搅拌乳化,添加三乙烯二胺3.2g,扩链后添加0.5g SILOK-4019得到50%固含量的高弹性聚氨酯乳化液。
(3)夜光材料的准备:将稀土铝酸锶发光材料进行烘干处理,在球磨仪上研磨细腻。
(4)高弹性夜光聚氨酯胶浆的制备:在高弹性聚氨酯乳化液加研磨后的稀土铝酸锶发光材料45g、1g N3390、2.1gCA908,经高速搅拌机搅拌均匀后得到高弹性夜光织物用聚氨酯胶浆。
(5)把高弹性夜光弹力织物用聚氨酯胶浆直接通过丝印的方式,均匀涂覆在弹力织物的表面,在140℃的条件下烘焙3分钟,即得到所述的高弹性夜光弹力织物。
实施例3 一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)高弹性聚氨酯预聚体的合成:在反应釜中将聚氧化丙烯三醇130g、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇189g减压蒸馏(真空度67mmHg)0.8h,温度控制在80℃下,预先除去微量的水。将减压蒸馏后的聚氧化丙烯二醇130g、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇189g,甲苯二异氰酸酯46.8g、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯37.2g、二羟甲基丁酸23g放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀后加热升温至80℃,反应时间为3.5h,然后再加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.5g,调节温度,使温度在60℃,保温2h,制成高弹性聚氨酯预聚体。
(2)高弹性聚氨酯乳化液的制备:温度降至30℃,按照72%的中和度加入三乙胺,同时添加水15g高速900r/min搅拌乳化,添加三乙烯二胺3.5g,扩链后添加0.5g SILOK-4019得到45%固含量的高弹性聚氨酯乳化液。
(3)夜光材料的准备:将稀土铝酸锶发光材料进行烘干处理,在球磨仪上研磨细腻。
(4)高弹性夜光聚氨酯胶浆的制备:在高弹性聚氨酯乳化液加研磨后的稀土铝酸锶发光材料52g、0.6g N3390、1.6gCA908,经高速搅拌机搅拌均匀后得到高弹性夜光织物用聚氨酯胶浆。
(5)把高弹性夜光弹力织物用聚氨酯胶浆直接通过丝印的方式,均匀涂覆在弹力织物的表面,在120℃的条件下烘焙6分钟,即得到所述的高弹性夜光弹力织物。

Claims (7)

1.一种高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,其特征是步骤如下:
(1)高弹性聚氨酯预聚体的合成:
a、减压蒸馏:在真空度67mmHg、温度60~100℃下将聚醚多元醇减压蒸馏0.6-1h,预先除去微量的水;
b、反应:将减压蒸馏后的聚醚多元醇220~350份,异氰酸酯70~100份、扩链剂15~30份放入通有氮气保护的反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀后加热升温至70-85℃,反应3-4h;然后再加入氨基硅烷偶联剂1.5~4份,调节温度至55~65℃,保温2~3h,保持反应体黏度为15~25mPa/s,得到高弹性聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)高弹性聚氨酯乳化液的制备:
c、乳化:将步骤(1)所得高弹性聚氨酯预聚体温度降至20~40℃,按照60%~110%的中和度加入中和剂1.5~3.5份,同时添加水1~30份以600~1300r/min的速度高速搅拌乳化20min;
d、乳化液的制备:继续添加溶液总质量1%~5%的胺类扩链剂,扩链后添加消泡剂0.01~1份,充分搅拌混合后,得到固含量40%~50%的高弹性聚氨酯乳化液;
(3)夜光材料的准备:取稀土铝酸锶发光材料在100℃进行烘干处理,然后在球磨仪上研磨细腻,至粒径为20~50um;
(4)高弹性夜光聚氨酯胶浆的制备:在40~60份高弹性聚氨酯乳化液中添加步骤(3)研磨后的稀土铝酸锶发光材料30~50份、固化剂0.1~2份、增稠剂0.3~4份,经1000~1500r/min的速度搅拌均匀后即得到高弹性夜光织物用聚氨酯胶浆;
(5)高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备:把高弹性夜光弹力织物用聚氨酯胶浆直接通过丝印的方式,均匀涂覆在弹力织物的表面,在90~140℃的条件下烘焙3~7min,即得到产品高弹性夜光弹力织物。
2.如权利要求1所述高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)所述的聚醚多元醇为聚醚三醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇、聚氧化丙烯三醇或杂环聚醚多元醇中的一种或几种;
所述的异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述扩链剂为乙二醇、二羟甲基丁酸、一缩二乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇或三羟甲基丙烷中的一种或几种;
所述氨基硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷或N-β(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(2)所述中和剂为三乙胺;
所述胺类扩链剂为乙二胺、己二胺、异佛尔酮二胺、甲基戊二胺、二亚乙基三胺、三乙烯四胺、二亚乙基三胺或三亚乙基四胺中的一种或多种;
所述消泡剂为改性硅酮和二氧化硅混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述稀土铝酸锶发光材料为SrA12O4:Eu2+,Dy3+
5.如权利要求1所述高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(4)所述固化剂为磺酸铵盐改性的多异氰酸酯类固化剂;
所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类、疏水基团改性的非离子型缔合增稠剂。
6.如权利要求1所述高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,其特征是:搅拌时采用高速搅拌机,搅拌头为非金属搅拌头。
7.如权利要求1所述高弹性夜光弹力织物的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(5)丝印时压力为50~80N,厚度为0.02mm~0.5mm。
