本发明公开了一种红外自发热保暖内衣,以纤维纺丝作为基底材料,辅以二氧化钛、电气石、微米发热素、远红外负离子粉,通过曝气反应在纤维基底上形成磁性离子薄膜,从而通过低温加热形成稳固的磁性红外离子纤维,编纺后得到织物内衣。本发明与人体磁场形成共振共鸣,并通过人体自身能量发出远红外光波,持续释放热能。

本发明属于内衣技术领域,具体涉及一种红外自发热保暖内衣。
背景技术
保暖内衣 是一种保暖的衣服,适合晚秋及寒冷的冬天穿,并且穿上不会显得臃肿,轻便利落。
秋衣秋裤套装,女士保暖内衣套装以优质面料精制而成,吸水性和垂悬性较好,穿起来质地轻盈,材质柔软,保暖效果极佳。女士保暖内衣套装将脂肪流动原理应用于设计中,因此能够有效塑造身材曲线,创造优美而平衡的体态,并带来更加舒适的感受。随着社会的需要,保暖内衣的功能化成为未来竞争的对象,也是研发的主要方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种红外自发热保暖内衣,本发明与人体磁场形成共振共鸣,并通过人体自身能量发出远红外光波,持续释放热能。
一种红外自发热保暖内衣,以纤维纺丝作为基底材料,辅以二氧化钛、电气石、微米发热素、远红外负离子粉,通过曝气反应在纤维基底上形成磁性离子薄膜,从而通过低温加热形成稳固的磁性红外离子纤维,编纺后得到织物内衣。
所述红外自发热保暖内衣的配方如下,纤维纺丝11-13份、二氧化钛2-4份、电气石4-6份、微米发热素1-3份、远红外负离子粉2-6份、溶剂20-30份、分散剂1-3份,流平剂2-3份。
所述溶剂采用乙醇水溶液,所述乙醇水溶液中的乙醇浓度为50-80%。
所述二氧化钛采用纳米二氧化钛,所述纳米二氧化钛粒径为0.3-0.7μm。
所述纳米二氧化钛采用锐钛型纳米二氧化钛。
所述分散剂采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮
所述流平剂采用丙烯酸酯流平剂。
所述红外自发热保暖内衣的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤1,将纤维纺丝进行混纺得到纤维网;
步骤2,将二氧化钛、电气石、微米发热素、远红外负离子粉加入溶剂中搅拌均匀,然后加入分散剂与流平剂,形成悬浊液;
步骤3,将纤维网放置悬浊液中,曝气搅拌加热,得到镀膜纤维网;
步骤4,将镀膜纤维网放入密封马弗炉中,缓慢加热,自然冷却后得到红外自发热纤维网;
步骤5,采用红外自发热纤维网制作保暖内衣。
所述步骤3中的曝气气体采用氮气或惰性气体。
所述步骤3中的搅拌加热温度为90-100℃,搅拌速度为1000-2000r/min。
所述步骤4中的加热反应的时间为150-180℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明与人体磁场形成共振共鸣,并通过人体自身能量发出远红外光波,持续释放热能。
2、本发明解中电气石能够永久的产生微电流,这种电流和人体神经的电流类似,可以起到促使血液循环、顺畅的作用。
3、本发明中的电气石和远红外负离子粉能释放负离子,这些负离子能够调节人体离子平衡,身心放松,活化细胞,提高自愈率等很多作用,并能抑制身体的氧化和除异味的功效
3、本发明制备流程简洁,易于操作,节省原材料,适宜推广。

实施例1
一种红外自发热保暖内衣,以纤维纺丝作为基底材料,辅以二氧化钛、电气石、微米发热素、远红外负离子粉,通过曝气反应在纤维基底上形成磁性离子薄膜,从而通过低温加热形成稳固的磁性红外离子纤维,编纺后得到织物内衣。
所述红外自发热保暖内衣的配方如下,纤维纺丝11份、二氧化钛2份、电气石4份、微米发热素1份、远红外负离子粉2份、溶剂20份、分散剂1份,流平剂2份。
所述溶剂采用乙醇水溶液,所述乙醇水溶液中的乙醇浓度为50%。
所述二氧化钛采用纳米二氧化钛,所述纳米二氧化钛粒径为0.3μm。
所述纳米二氧化钛采用锐钛型纳米二氧化钛。
所述分散剂采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮
所述流平剂采用丙烯酸酯流平剂。

所述纳米二氧化钛采用锐钛型纳米二氧化钛。
所述分散剂采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮
所述流平剂采用丙烯酸酯流平剂。

步骤1,将纤维纺丝进行混纺得到纤维网;
步骤2,将二氧化钛、电气石、微米发热素、远红外负离子粉加入溶剂中搅拌均匀,然后加入分散剂与流平剂,形成悬浊液;
步骤3,将纤维网放置悬浊液中,曝气搅拌加热,得到镀膜纤维网;
步骤4,将镀膜纤维网放入密封马弗炉中,缓慢加热,自然冷却后得到红外自发热纤维网;
步骤5,采用红外自发热纤维网制作保暖内衣。

步骤3,将纤维网放置悬浊液中,曝气搅拌加热,得到镀膜纤维网;所述曝气气体采用氮气或惰性气体,所述搅拌加热温度为90-100℃,搅拌速度为1000-2000r/min;
步骤4,将镀膜纤维网放入密封马弗炉中,缓慢加热,自然冷却后得到红外自发热纤维网;
步骤5,采用红外自发热纤维网制作保暖内衣。
