本发明涉及一种既能使不锈钢丝网表面光滑,不易挂纤,并且能使构成钢丝网的经纬向钢丝交织处的上下层夹角变得圆滑、产生纤维转移倒角,使纤维不会在交织处堆积的湿法水刺防粘纤水刺钢丝网,防粘纤水刺钢丝网为50‑130目单层不锈钢丝网且不锈钢丝网表面有镀镍层,镀镍后的50‑130目不锈钢丝网中的经纬向钢丝交织处上下层夹角被镍填补、夹角圆滑。优点:由于镀镍不锈钢丝网中的经纬向钢丝交织处上下层夹角被镍填补、夹角圆滑,因而从根本上解决了长期以来本领域尚未解决的钢丝网经纬向钢丝交织结构中在交织点处纤维易滞留并卡在交织点之间的难题,避免了纤维越积越多堆积堵塞网孔的现象,既保证了产品的品质,又保证了生产的稳定性和连续性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种既能使不锈钢丝网表面光滑,不易挂纤,并且能使构成钢丝网的经纬向钢丝交织处的上下层夹角变得圆滑、产生纤维转移倒角,使纤维不会在交织处堆积的湿法水刺防粘纤水刺钢丝网,属水刺钢丝网制造领域。
背景技术
CN 202830423 U、名称“水刺机之成型网结构”,包括有不锈钢网结构和金属镍网结构,该不锈钢网结构包括有依次层叠的网拖层、第一不锈钢丝网层及第二不锈钢丝网层;该金属镍网结构包括有依次层叠的网拖层、第三不锈钢丝网层及金属镍网层。其不足之处:一是由于湿法水刺产品所使用的原材料是长度为20mm以下的短纤维,以5-12mm长度居多,另外1-5mm的木浆也为最常使用的原料类别。这些纤维经过备浆、流送、成形,再经过钢丝网水刺时,水刺作用使得一部分纤维流失(以木浆纤维为主);二是由于不锈钢丝不光滑的表面,使纤维被挂住;三是由于钢丝网经纬向钢丝交织的结构,在交织点处纤维易滞留并卡在交织点之间(这这种情况居多),被挂住的纤维越积越多,从而堆积堵塞网孔,最终在钢丝网表面形成一层厚厚的纤维层,降低纤网透水率,从而导致在水流作用下无法形成缠结强力而断裂,影响生产连续性和稳定性。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既能使不锈钢丝网表面光滑,不易挂纤,并且能使构成钢丝网的经纬向钢丝交织处的上下层夹角变得圆滑、产生纤维转移倒角,使纤维不会在交织处堆积的湿法水刺防粘纤水刺钢丝网。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本发明在结构设计上,一是采用镀镍的方法使不锈钢丝表面形成一层光滑的镀镍层,目的达到不易挂纤的目;二是采用镍将构成不锈钢丝网的经纬向钢丝交织处的上下层夹角填补,使得上下层夹角变得圆滑,达到产生纤维转移倒角的目,从而使纤维不会在交织处堆积,即有利于水刺作用下流失的纤维更容易被真空抽吸抽走,而不会在钢丝网上滞留越积越多;三是在该水刺钢丝网外侧具有高压水喷洗装置,该喷洗装置的水压为60-150Bar,即在高压水喷洗的作用下,使滞留在钢丝网上的纤维,在高压水的冲击和转鼓内真空压力的抽吸双重作用下,被顺利的转移到水处理系统,解决纤维在钢丝网上堆积的问题,从而保证生产的稳定性和连续性。
技术方案:一种湿法水刺防粘纤水刺钢丝网,防粘纤水刺钢丝网为50-130目单层不锈钢丝网且不锈钢丝网表面有镀镍层,镀镍后的50 -130目不锈钢丝网中的经纬向钢丝交织处上下层夹角被镍填补、夹角圆滑。
本发明与背景技术相比,由于镀镍不锈钢丝网中的经纬向钢丝交织处上下层夹角被镍填补、夹角圆滑,因而从根本上解决了长期以来本领域尚未解决的钢丝网经纬向钢丝交织结构中在交织点处纤维易滞留并卡在交织点之间的难题,避免了纤维越积越多堆积堵塞网孔的现象,既保证了产品的品质,又保证了生产的稳定性和连续性。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1-3。一种湿法水刺防粘纤水刺钢丝网,防粘纤水刺钢丝网为50-130目单层不锈钢丝网1且不锈钢丝网1表面有镀镍层(未画出),镀镍后的50 -130目不锈钢丝网中的经纬向钢丝交织处上下层夹角2被镍填补、夹角圆滑。有利于水刺作用下流失的纤维更容易被真空抽吸抽走,而不会滞留在钢丝网上越积越多。该50 -130目镀镍不锈钢丝网在60-99Bar或100-150Bar(范围内任一压力值且包括端值)高压水的冲击和转鼓内真空压力的抽吸双重作用下,能使滞留在钢丝网上的纤维被顺利的转移到水处理系统,解决纤维在钢丝网上堆积的问题,从而保证生产的稳定性和连续性。

1.一种湿法水刺防粘纤水刺钢丝网,其特征是:防粘纤水刺钢丝网为50-130目单层不锈钢丝网(1)且不锈钢丝网表面有镀镍层,镀镍后的50 -130目不锈钢丝网中的经纬向钢丝交织处上下层夹角(2)被镍填补、夹角圆滑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿法水刺防粘纤水刺钢丝网,其特征是:50 -130目镀镍不锈钢丝网在60-99Bar或100-150Bar高压水的冲击和转鼓内真空压力的抽吸双重作用下,能使滞留在钢丝网上的纤维被顺利的转移到水处理系统。
