Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有不锈钢光泽的3D打印耗材,其特征在于,以重量百分比计算包含以下组分:PLA塑料,60%~70%,所述的PLA塑料的密度为1.2~1.3kg/L,特性粘度IV为0.2‑8dL/g;不锈钢粉末,20%~40%,所述的不锈钢粉末为平均粒径在400~500目,球形度大于0.7的球形粉末;助剂,包含偶联剂0.4%~0.6%,润滑剂2%~3%,相容剂0.2%~0.4%;所述的以上各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。作为本发明的优先,所述的不锈钢粉末为316L不锈钢。本发明的3D打印耗材在PLA塑料中增加球形不锈钢粉末,并配合以助剂,利于螺杆机的挤压和成形,打印出来的物品均有不锈钢的哑光光泽。经过打工打磨,能得到光亮的不锈钢光泽度。

Description

具有不锈钢光泽的3D打印耗材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种3D打印耗材,更确切地说,是一种具有不锈钢光泽的3D打印耗材。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,3D打印技术开始得到广泛的普及,通过电脑控制可以把“打印材料”一层层叠加起来,最终把计算机上的蓝图变成实物。现有的打印材料通常包含两类:ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)和PLA(通常指聚乳酸),尤其是后者,由于能在自然环境中降解,因此备受重视。现有的PLA耗打印的产品的表面呈塑料光泽,目前市场上尚无一种呈现不锈钢光泽的耗材。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种具有不锈钢光泽的3D打印耗材。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本发明公开了一种具有不锈钢光泽的3D打印耗材,其特征在于,以重量百分比计算包含以下组分:
PLA塑料,60%~70%,所述的PLA塑料的密度为1.2~1.3kg/L,特性粘度IV为0.2-8dL/g;
不锈钢粉末,20%~40%,所述的不锈钢粉末为平均粒径在400~500目,球形度大于0.7的球形粉末;
助剂,包含偶联剂0.4%~0.6%,润滑剂2%~3%,相容剂0.2%~0.4%;
所述的以上各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。
作为本发明的优先,所述的不锈钢粉末为316L不锈钢。
本发明的3D打印耗材在PLA塑料中增加球形不锈钢粉末,并配合以助剂,利于螺杆机的挤压和成形,打印出来的物品均有不锈钢的哑光光泽。经过打工打磨,能得到光亮的不锈钢光泽度。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1
按照表1对应的实施例1的数据进行配料。

其中,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂kh550,购于南京创世化工助剂有限公司,也可以利用其它牌号的进行替代,比如KH560,KH570,KH792等。不锈钢粉末购于成都华寅粉体科技有限公司,平均粒径在450目,球形度0.8的球形粉末,不锈钢牌号为316L。润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡,为北京化工大学乳山联营化工厂的旭昇牌(25公斤/包)。相容剂为马来酸酐接枝颗粒,购于东莞市一辛才新材料科技有限公司,型号JZ-20。PLA塑料购于东莞市住友塑料有限公司,型号4032D。
制作过程:
1、将各配料烘干,使得配料的含水率低于0.08%;
2、将配料在混料机中进行混料;
3、将混合配料利用螺杆挤压机进行挤压拉丝,得到1.75±0.05毫米的3D打印耗材。
4、将耗材水冷,干燥,卷盘。

对照表1进行配料,采用实施例1中的方法进行制备。

对照表1进行配料,采用实施例1中的方法进行制备。
测试例:
利用实施例1~4的得到的耗材分别打印得到100毫米x100毫米的板材,厚度为10毫米。
根据国家标准JJG 696-2002《镜像光泽度计和光泽度板》的计量规定进行测试,采用光泽度仪进行测试,购于成都华衡仪器有限公司,型号WG60G。

经过300目、400目和500目的细目砂纸先后打磨后,实施例1的光泽度可以达到400Gu,几乎可以达到以假乱真的不锈钢的光泽。
由于采用高牌号的316L不锈钢粉末,打印出来的物品不易出现氧化斑点,展示效果好。
本发明的3D打印耗材在PLA塑料中增加球形不锈钢粉末,并配合以助剂,利于螺杆机的挤压和成形,打印出来的物品均有不锈钢的哑光光泽。经过打工打磨,能得到光亮的不锈钢光泽度。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (1)

1.一种具有不锈钢光泽的3D打印耗材,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:
PLA塑料60%,所述的PLA塑料的密度为1.2~1.3kg/L,特性粘度IV为0.2-8dL/g;
不锈钢粉末37.3%,所述的不锈钢粉末为平均粒径在400~500目,球形度大于0.7的球形粉末;
硅烷偶联剂kh550 0.4%,
氧化聚乙烯蜡2%,
马来酸酐接枝颗粒0.3%;
所述的不锈钢粉末为316L不锈钢。
