技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力配电柜用安装电缆,属于电力技术领域。
背景技术
配电柜分动力配电柜和照明配电柜、计量柜,是配电系统的末级设备。配电柜是电动机控制中心的统称。配电柜使用在负荷比较分散、回路较少的场合;电动机控制中心用于负荷集中、回路较多的场合。它们把上一级配电设备某一电路的电能分配给就近的负荷。这级设备应对负荷提供保护、监视和控制。电力配电柜在使用过程中,经常需要用到多种多样的电缆,以便能改善其使用性能,满足需要。一般的电力电缆无法满足更多要求,有必要予以改进

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴苯、腈氯纶、十溴二苯乙烷、二氨基二苯基甲烷、二苯基硅二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺、二丙酮醇、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得混合物料;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的混合物料予以热熔,热熔温度为290~300℃,再利用设置有通孔的模具挤出制备出符合要求的防护套,随后在室温下予以过水冷却降温,并在60~70℃下进行干燥处理,即获得成品。

本实施例中的电力配电柜用安装电缆,包含有多根铜合金导线及防护套,铜合金导线相互平行放置,每根铜合金导线外层均利用防护套包覆,防护套由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚丙烯树脂12份、聚醛树脂10份、溴代二酚基丙烷环氧树脂10份、山苍子油8份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮10份、蓖麻油10份、丙酸戊酯8份、丙环唑10份、单氟磷酸钠10份、多菌灵8份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆8份、电气石粉8份、二硅化钼粉末10份、二氧化钛粉末8份、风化煤6份、刚玉粉10份、锆酸钠粉末8份、铬酸锶粉末6份、硅胶粉8份、三氯乙基磷酸酯6份、六溴苯6份、腈氯纶8份、十溴二苯乙烷8份、二氨基二苯基甲烷8份、二苯基硅二醇8份、二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺8份、二丙酮醇8份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯8份、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯8份、二甲基酮肟6份。。

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴苯、腈氯纶、十溴二苯乙烷、二氨基二苯基甲烷、二苯基硅二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺、二丙酮醇、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得混合物料;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的混合物料予以热熔,热熔温度为290~300℃,再利用设置有通孔的模具挤出制备出符合要求的防护套,随后在室温下予以过水冷却降温,并在60~70℃下进行干燥处理,即获得成品。
实施例2

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴苯、腈氯纶、十溴二苯乙烷、二氨基二苯基甲烷、二苯基硅二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺、二丙酮醇、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得混合物料;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的混合物料予以热熔,热熔温度为290~300℃,再利用设置有通孔的模具挤出制备出符合要求的防护套,随后在室温下予以过水冷却降温,并在60~70℃下进行干燥处理,即获得成品。
实施例3

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴苯、腈氯纶、十溴二苯乙烷、二氨基二苯基甲烷、二苯基硅二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺、二丙酮醇、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得混合物料;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的混合物料予以热熔,热熔温度为290~300℃,再利用设置有通孔的模具挤出制备出符合要求的防护套,随后在室温下予以过水冷却降温,并在60~70℃下进行干燥处理,即获得成品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品进行性能测量,并以某市售产品作为对照组,所测得的数据如表1所示,可见,本发明产品具有较为优越的性能。

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴苯、腈氯纶、十溴二苯乙烷、二氨基二苯基甲烷、二苯基硅二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺、二丙酮醇、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得混合物料;
(4)将步骤(3)获得的混合物料予以热熔,热熔温度为290~300℃,再利用设置有通孔的模具挤出制备出符合要求的防护套,随后在室温下予以过水冷却降温,并在60~70℃下进行干燥处理,即获得成品。
