Description

本项发明适用于各种形式的剃刀,例如所谓的三件式剃刀,单件式剃刀或一次性剃刀,另外也适用于刀片放置在可换式刀片座内的剃刀。
在通常的剃刀上,盖板零件和挡板零件与皮肤接触面接触,盖板零件放置在刀片刃口的后边,而挡板零件放置在刀片刃口的前边。
曾经推出许多建议,在盖板面和(或)挡板面上制作成表面图形或表面网纹。例如,英国专利说明书1,458,356详细描述了一种具有这样挡板面的保安剃刀,至少挡板面的一部分具有算术平均值为0.5至10.0微米的粗糙度。尖峰的间距最好为0.5至10.0微米的粗糙度。
制作出希望的表面粗糙度,例如可以用石英砂粒,陶瓷粉粒,氧化物粉粒或金属粉粒研磨表面的方法,用机械弄糙法,或者将制作挡板面的压模表面弄粗糙。另外,挡板面还可用石英砂粒、陶瓷粉粒、氧化物粉粒或金属粉粒进行涂敷或浸渍,以得到所需要的表面粗糙度。
众所周知,脸面上宽约1毫米的独立小区域是由单独的神经网支配的,这样从主观上不可能分辨出作用在皮肤上的距离小于1毫米的两个分离的压力点。利用横越这些区域进行运动的压力点的连续作用,可以重复地刺激这些区域。将压力控制到低而合适的程度,可以确信,感觉是舒适的,而且意外地发现,这种情况可以提高不舒适的临界刺激值。这就是说,由于在剃刀的皮肤接触面上设置有合适网纹的预防措施,舒适的触觉有助于遮掩刀片刃口与皮肤接触的感觉,更重要的是,有助于遮掩面部毛须被切断时刀片刃口与面部毛须接触的感觉。
我们目前已经发现,至少在保安剃刀的皮肤接触面的一部分敷盖上粘附的涂层,就能收到特别良好的效果,该涂层坚固地构成聚合物基体上的球形弹性料颗粒,这些颗粒的大小和密集度是这样的,要使涂层表面具有的表面粗糙度以及主尖峰和次尖峰的间距都要在某一选定的范围内。
根据本项发明,提供一种具有单刀片或多刀片,以及盖板的和挡板的与皮肤接合面的保安剃刀,在这种剃刀上,至少有部分皮肤接触面敷盖以粘附的涂层,该涂层坚固地构成聚合物基体上的球形弹性料颗粒,这些颗粒的大小和密集度是这样的,要使涂层表面具有算术平均值为4至10微米的表面粗糙度,并且主尖峰的间距为表面粗糙度的20至30倍,而次尖峰的间距为表面粗糙度的6至10倍。
在英国标准BS1134:1961中,表面粗糙度的“中心线平均值”,它与美国标准ASA  B46中的术语“算术平均值”相对应。英国标准BS1134:1961中,还使用术语“Spacing”(间距),该术语是指所提到的主尖峰或次尖峰之间的平均距离。
涂层最好敷盖在挡板表面上,或者挡板和盖板的表面上。我们发现,当皮肤接触面上至少有75平方毫米,而最好是不低于120平方毫米被敷盖以涂层时,可得到最佳效果。

图1示出了普通型式的保安剃刀的刀片座。座体1是模压结构件(通常是由几个单独的压制件组装成的),一对刀片2,3被永久固定在该结构件内,刀片的切削刃口被布置成一前一后地作用到皮肤上。座体制作成具有挡板零件4和盖板零件5,它们的皮肤接触面6和7分别在刀片刃口的前边和后边与皮肤接触。

用于此目的合适的起网纹的涂料,桑内本(Sonneborn)和瑞克(Rieck)有限公司以牌名为杰色拉克(Jaxalac)的两组V.T.I.涂料可以大批供应。这种涂料被配制成两组聚氨脂涂料,并且使用脂族聚异氰酸酯硬化剂。
图2和图3为使用这种涂料得到的涂层的显微照片。图2是光学显微照片,放大倍数为25;起网纹的颗粒的球形特征可以清楚地看到。
图3是电子扫描显微照片,放大倍数为40(倾斜45°)可以看出,球形颗粒得出圆形尖峰,这种圆形尖峰可以与使用石英砂所得到的角形尖峰形成明显的差别。

Claims (4)

1、本保安剃刀具有单刀片或多刀片,以及与皮肤接触的盖板面和挡板面,在该剃刀上,至少有部分与皮肤接触的面敷盖以粘附的涂层,该涂层坚固地构成聚合物基体上的球形弹性料颗粒,这些颗粒的大小和密集度是这样的,要使涂层表面具有算术平均值为4至10微米的表面粗糙度,并且主尖峰的间距为表面粗糙度的20至30倍,而次尖峰的间距为表面粗糙度的6至10倍。
2、按照权利要求1的保安剃刀,其特征在于与皮肤接触的面最低限度有75平方毫米要敷盖以所谓的涂层。
3、按照权利要求1或2的保安剃刀,其特征在于涂层敷盖在挡板表面上。
4、按照权利要求1至3任一项的保安剃刀,其特征在于涂层是在剃刀与皮肤接触的面上用起网纹的涂料进行喷涂而形成的,这种起网纹的涂料可以坚固地构成弹性料聚氨脂粘合剂中的球形弹性料颗粒,大多数这些颗粒的直径小于70微米,其平均尺寸为30微米,这样可形成厚度为0.04至0.1毫米的干燥涂层。
