Abstract
A super grinding particle tool having a super-grinding particle layer on the outer edge of the tool, which is characterized in that the super-grinding particle layer comprises a metal electroplated portion formed on the outer edge of the tool, and the metal electroplated portion has super grinding particles arranged in a layer, the super grinding particles having approximately an average particle diameter range of 20-1500 μm into the range of 3.0 μm relative to a reference line of predetermined shape, maximizing the effective grinding particle per unit area and enhancing the projection amount from metallic bonding layer of each super grinding particle to expand the space of grinding particles.
