厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构,包括模具定模块和动模块,定模块与动模块之间设置模腔,模腔中注塑成型汽车仪表的左下护板,左下护板的左端制有上沿口和端板,所述的动模块左侧上设置平面镶块,平面镶块的内侧壁上设置平面型腔,平面型腔与上沿口相配合,在平面镶块中设置吹气孔,吹气孔的外头连接气源,吹气孔的里头连通平面型腔,在动模块的后侧上设置溢流道,溢流道与平面型腔之间有开关相连通。本方案通过气辅吹料保压,实现产品定型,无需斜顶结构,模具结构简单,脱模容易,加工成本低,有效提高生产效率,具有非常显著的积极效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于气辅成型的厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具成型机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车仪表的左下护板,在护板的左端设有装饰用的上沿口,且该上沿口为不规则的曲面沿口,而上沿口的内侧还设有装配用的端板,在模具设计中,如果是平面沿口,则可以直接设置平面镶块脱模,而不规则的沿口肯定存在互相干涉的部位,平面镶块无法直接脱模,因此,这类沿口一般采用内抽斜顶结构,但是,在本模具中,内抽斜顶结构设置必定与端板发生干涉,导致没有足够的模具空间来设置斜顶结构,造成改变产品结构,影响使用功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种无需斜顶,采用气辅吹料保压成型,结构简单,成本低的厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构。
本发明厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构的技术方案是:包括模具定模块和动模块,定模块与动模块之间设置模腔,模腔中注塑成型汽车仪表的左下护板,左下护板的左端制有上沿口和端板,其特征在于所述的动模块左侧上设置平面镶块,平面镶块的内侧壁上设置平面型腔,平面型腔与上沿口相配合,在平面镶块中设置吹气孔,吹气孔的外头连接气源,吹气孔的里头连通平面型腔,在动模块的后侧上设置溢流道,溢流道与平面型腔之间有开关相连通。
本发明公开了一种厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构,主要特点就是直接采用平面型腔与上沿口配合,这样做的目的就是为了平面镶块能够直接外滑脱模,而平面型腔成型的上沿口此时也是一块壁很厚的沿口初坯,沿口初坯的壁厚,而护板的其它部位壁薄,在实际产品中,护板其它部位的壁厚为3mm左右,沿口初坯的壁厚达到12mm左右,所以在模具保压成型时,护板其它部位的原料先冷却定型,而沿口初坯部位的原料一部冷却凝固,一部分还处于熔融状态,此时吹气孔工作,开关打开,平面型腔与溢流道连通,从气源输送来的氮气进入吹气孔,对平面型腔吹气,将平面型腔中还处于熔融状态的原料吹入溢流道中,吹气至开模,最终通过持续吹气将沿口初坯定型,得到不规则的薄壁曲面上沿口,再开模,脱模,完成整个加工过程。本方案通过气辅吹料保压,实现产品定型,无需斜顶结构,模具结构简单,脱模容易,加工成本低,有效提高生产效率,具有非常显著的积极效果。
本发明的厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构,所述的开关包括安装在定模块上的油缸,油缸连接堵头,定模块的底面安装堵头定位块,堵头定位块与平面型腔一端相对应,堵头穿过堵头定位块与平面型腔相配合,由油缸带动堵头堵塞或打开,动作稳定。所述的溢流道呈阶梯状分布,包括溢料孔和溢料槽,溢料孔在上,并连通平面型腔,溢料槽在下,溢料槽与溢料孔连通,阶梯状分布利于溢流通畅,也可节省溢流道的占用空间。所述的溢料孔和溢料槽中均设置顶针孔,顶针孔中伸入模具顶出机构的顶针,将溢料孔和溢料槽中的余料一起顶出。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构,如图1—图5所示,包括模具定模块1和动模块2,定模块与动模块之间设置模腔,模腔中注塑成型汽车仪表的左下护板3,左下护板3的左端制有上沿口31和端板32,所述的动模块2左侧上设置平面镶块4,平面镶块的内侧壁上设置平面型腔5,平面型腔5与上沿口31相配合,在平面镶块4中设置吹气孔6,吹气孔的外头连接气源,吹气孔的里头连通平面型腔5,在动模块2的后侧上设置溢流道7,溢流道7与平面型腔5之间有开关相连通。本方案的主要特点就是直接采用平面型腔5与上沿口31配合,这样做的目的就是为了平面镶块能够直接外滑脱模,而平面型腔5成型的上沿口此时也是一块壁很厚的沿口初坯,沿口初坯的壁厚,而护板的其它部位壁薄,在实际产品中,护板其它部位的壁厚为3mm左右,沿口初坯的壁厚达到12mm左右,所以在模具保压成型时,护板其它部位的原料先冷却定型,而沿口初坯部位的原料一部冷却凝固,一部分还处于熔融状态,此时吹气孔6工作,开关打开,平面型腔5与溢流道7连通,从气源输送来的氮气进入吹气孔,对平面型腔5吹气,将平面型腔5中还处于熔融状态的原料吹入溢流道7中,吹气至开模,最终通过持续吹气将沿口初坯定型,得到不规则的薄壁曲面上沿口,再开模,脱模,完成整个加工过程。本方案通过气辅吹料保压,实现产品定型,无需斜顶结构,模具结构简单,脱模容易,加工成本低,有效提高生产效率,具有非常显著的积极效果。所述的开关包括安装在定模块1上的油缸10,油缸10连接堵头11,定模块的底面安装堵头定位块12,堵头定位块12与平面型腔5一端相对应,堵头11穿过堵头定位块12与平面型腔5相配合,由油缸带动堵头堵塞或打开,动作稳定。所述的溢流道7呈阶梯状分布,包括溢料孔71和溢料槽72,溢料孔71在上,并连通平面型腔5,溢料槽72在下,溢料槽72与溢料孔71连通,阶梯状分布利于溢流通畅,也可节省溢流道的占用空间。所述的溢料孔71和溢料槽72中均设置顶针孔73,顶针孔中伸入模具顶出机构的顶针,将溢料孔和溢料槽中的余料一起顶出。

1.厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构,包括模具定模块(1)和动模块(2),定模块与动模块之间设置模腔,模腔中注塑成型汽车仪表的左下护板(3),左下护板(3)的左端制有上沿口(31)和端板(32),其特征在于所述的动模块(2)左侧上设置平面镶块(4),平面镶块的内侧壁上设置平面型腔(5),平面型腔(5)与上沿口(31)相配合,在平面镶块(4)中设置吹气孔(6),吹气孔的外头连接气源,吹气孔的里头连通平面型腔(5),在动模块(2)的后侧上设置溢流道(7),溢流道(7)与平面型腔(5)之间有开关相连通,所述的溢流道(7)呈阶梯状分布,包括溢料孔(71)和溢料槽(72),溢料孔(71)在上,并连通平面型腔(5),溢料槽(72)在下,溢料槽(72)与溢料孔(71)连通,所述的溢料孔(71)和溢料槽(72)中均设置顶针孔(73)。
2.如权利要求1所述的厚壁汽车仪表左下护板模具气辅成型机构,其特征在于所述的开关包括安装在定模块(1)上的油缸(10),油缸(10)连接堵头(11),定模块的底面安装堵头定位块(12),堵头定位块(12)与平面型腔(5)一端相对应,堵头(11)穿过堵头定位块(12)与平面型腔(5)相配合。
