Abstract

本发明提供一种脱蜡釜，包括炉胆；所述炉胆包括侧壁和底壁；所述炉胆上设置有排水口和排蜡口；在所述底壁上，设置有与所述排水口连通的排水暗管；在所述炉胆侧壁上设置有多条冷凝水流道；多条所述冷凝水流道将冷凝水汇集于所述排水暗管；在所述底壁上设置有排蜡明沟；所述排蜡明沟与所述排蜡口连通与现有技术相比，本发明采用在胆侧壁上设置冷凝水的流道暗沟，并与胆底壁上的排水暗管汇集，使冷凝水从侧壁上的流道入口进入到暗管内，继而排走，而蜡在高温下融化后直接经过胆底壁上的明沟排走，二者没有交集，减少了蜡的含水量，减小了后期蜡脱水的工作量。

技术领域
本发明涉及珐琅器生产设备技术领域，具体来说是一种脱蜡釜。
背景技术
目前工厂广泛采用的脱蜡及蜡料输送办法中，脱蜡后水和液体蜡料完全混和，靠人工送到除水桶内，因其温度高达150℃，无论通过先静置后搅拌除水，还是直接搅拌除水，都要经过24h以上的处理，才能得到理想的蜡料，而在其工作过程中，由于脱蜡釜自身的散热和脱蜡釜门的打开和关闭，造成脱蜡釜四周筒壁温度下降，脱蜡釜中的水蒸气在筒壁上直接冷凝成水。蜡水混合在一起，增加了蜡的含水量，使除水时间延长，使得生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中冷凝水与蜡混合在一起的缺陷，提供一种脱蜡釜来解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种脱蜡釜，包括炉胆；所述炉胆包括侧壁和底壁；所述炉胆上设置有排水口和排蜡口；在所述底壁上，设置有与所述排水口连通的排水暗管；在所述炉胆侧壁上设置有多条冷凝水流道；多条所述冷凝水流道将冷凝水汇集于所述排水暗管；在所述底壁上设置有排蜡明沟；所述排蜡明沟与所述排蜡口连通。
优选的，所述排水暗管沿所述底壁四周布置。
优选的，所述冷凝水流道为设置在所述炉胆侧壁上的暗沟；所述冷凝水流道上端开设有冷凝水入口；所述冷凝水流道的低端与所述排水暗管连通。
优选的，所述冷凝水入口设置有导向板；所述导向板自下向上呈半个喇叭口状。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：
本发明采用在胆侧壁上设置冷凝水的流道暗沟，并与胆底壁上的排水暗管汇集，使冷凝水从侧壁上的流道入口进入到暗管内，继而排走，而蜡在高温下融化后直接经过胆底壁上的明沟排走，二者没有交集，减少了蜡的含水量，减小了后期蜡脱水的工作量。

为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识，用以较佳的实施例及附图配合详细的说明，说明如下：
如图1、图2所示，一种脱蜡釜，包括炉胆1；炉胆1包括侧壁和底壁；炉胆1上设置有排水口和排蜡口；在底壁上，设置有与排水口连通的排水暗管11；在炉胆1侧壁上设置有多条冷凝水流道12；多条冷凝水流道12将冷凝水汇集于排水暗管11；在底壁上设置有排蜡明沟13；排蜡明沟13与排蜡口连通。
本发明提供排水暗管11沿底壁四周布置。冷凝水流道12为均匀分散在炉胆1的侧壁上的暗沟；冷凝水流道12上端开设有冷凝水入口121；冷凝水流道12的低端与排水暗管11连通。冷凝水入口121设置有导向板122；导向板122自下向上呈半个喇叭口状，便于冷凝水顺利进入流道12内。
本发明采用在胆侧壁上设置冷凝水的流道12暗沟，并与胆底壁上的排水暗管11汇集，使冷凝水从侧壁上的流道12入口进入到暗管内，继而排走，而蜡在高温下融化后直接经过胆底壁上的明沟排走，二者没有交集，减少了蜡的含水量，减小了后期蜡脱水的工作量。

1.一种脱蜡釜，包括炉胆；所述炉胆包括侧壁和底壁；其特征在于：所述炉胆上设置有排水口和排蜡口；在所述底壁上，设置有与所述排水口连通的排水暗管；在所述炉胆侧壁上设置有多条冷凝水流道；多条所述冷凝水流道将冷凝水汇集于所述排水暗管；在所述底壁上设置有排蜡明沟；所述排蜡明沟与所述排蜡口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱蜡釜，其特征在于：所述排水暗管沿所述底壁四周布置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种脱蜡釜，其特征在于：所述冷凝水流道为设置在所述炉胆侧壁上的暗沟；所述冷凝水流道上端开设有冷凝水入口；所述冷凝水流道的低端与所述排水暗管连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种脱蜡釜，其特征在于：所述冷凝水入口设置有导向板；所述导向板自下向上呈半个喇叭口状。
