Abstract
一种医用心脏泵泵体,泵体包括:铸造钛合金泵本体、泵本体外表面的氮化钛系陶瓷材料层和泵本体内表面的氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,通过在根据泵体接触人体细胞的种类和速度不同在泵本体的内表面和外表面涂覆氧化钛系陶瓷材料和氮化钛系陶瓷材料层,提高材料的抗溶血和抗血栓等性能。

技术领域
本发明涉一种医用心脏泵泵体,属于植入泵,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
目前,应用体外循环设备进行心脏外科手术治疗已经成为治疗心脏疾病的 一种常规方法。在手术前后有可能出现不同程度的心功能不全,需要心脏辅助 装置等手段来替代心脏的泵机能,维持全身血液循环,改善自体心脏功能。血 泵是心室辅助装置的核心组成部分,为心室辅助装置提供动力。目前商品化的心室辅助装置血泵多采用气囊挤压或者离心驱动原理,存在气栓、溶血等并发症。现有泵体材料已经很难满足抗溶血和抗血栓等性能要求。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题而提出的一种工艺简单、成本低、抗溶血性能良好的医用心脏泵泵体。
一种医用心脏泵泵体,泵体包括:铸造钛合金泵本体、泵本体外表面的氮化钛系陶瓷材料层和泵本体内表面的氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,
其特征在于,铸造钛合金泵本体化学组成为(重量):Fe:11.7﹪,Mg:6.8﹪、Zn:5.9﹪、Co:2.6﹪、Si:0.78﹪、Y:0.39﹪、Cu:0.86﹪、Cd:0.28﹪、Zr:0.079﹪、Cr:0.056 ﹪、V:0.069﹪,B:0.088﹪,余量为Ti以及不可避免的杂质;
铸造钛合金泵本体制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,合金材料熔炼、浇注:熔炼温度:1816℃,浇注温度为1759℃;脱模后,得到的泵本体进行热处理:首先将泵本体进行加热,升温至800℃,升温速率300℃/小时,保温3小时,后降温至500℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温5小时,后升温至650℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温1小时,后再次降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温6小时,后再次降温至100℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温3小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵本体表面进行酸洗和钝化处理,其中:
酸洗液组成为(重量):采取98%浓H2SO4 77份,36.5%的HCL 8份,丙酸8.8 份,乙二胺4.5份、烷基咪唑啉季铵盐28份;水39份;
钝化液组成为(重量):聚酰亚胺2.6份,2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷8份,N-(2-氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷5.9份,氟硼酸钠12.8份,硫酸7.7份,二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼24.份,水30份;
对钝化后泵本体外表面进行涂覆氮化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵本体外表面形成氮化钛系陶瓷材料层,氮化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.4mm,氮化钛系陶瓷材料层成分包括(重量):氮化钛 68份,碳化钨 14份,硼化钛6.8份,碳化硅3.8份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至900℃,升温速率250℃/小时,保温7小时,后降温至700℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温6小时,后再次降温至400℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温10小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵本体内表面进行涂覆氧化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵本体内表面形成氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,氧化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化钛系陶瓷材料层成分包括(重量):氧化钛 100份,氮化钛39份,碳化铬9份,氧化硅9份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至600℃,升温速率200℃/小时,保温5小时,后降温至400℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至100℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温15小时,后空冷至室温,得到最终泵体。
所述泵本体内表面为血液通过泵内部时可以接触到泵本体内部表面的部分,泵本体其余部分为泵本体外表面。
上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)钛合金的成分简单;2)对该成分的钛合金进行酸洗及钝化的表面处理工序,避免出现任何表面黑点等问题,使获得表面整洁;3)通过在根据泵体接触人体细胞的种类和速度不同在泵本体的内表面和外表面涂覆氧化钛系陶瓷材料和氮化钛系陶瓷材料层,提高材料的抗溶血和抗血栓等性能。

实施例1
一种医用心脏泵泵体,泵体包括:铸造钛合金泵本体、泵本体外表面的氮化钛系陶瓷材料层和泵本体内表面的氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,

1.一种医用心脏泵泵体,泵体包括:泵体包括:铸造钛合金泵本体、泵本体外表面的氮化钛系陶瓷材料层和泵本体内表面的氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,
其特征在于,铸造钛合金泵本体化学组成为(重量):Fe:11.7﹪,Mg:6.8﹪、Zn:5.9﹪、Co:2.6﹪、Si:0.78﹪、Y:0.39﹪、Cu:0.86﹪、Cd:0.28﹪、Zr:0.079﹪、Cr:0.056 ﹪、V:0.069﹪,B:0.088﹪,余量为Ti以及不可避免的杂质;
铸造钛合金泵本体制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,合金材料熔炼、浇注:熔炼温度:1816℃,浇注温度为1759℃;脱模后,得到的泵本体进行热处理:首先将泵本体进行加热,升温至800℃,升温速率300℃/小时,保温3小时,后降温至500℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温5小时,后升温至650℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温1小时,后再次降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温6小时,后再次降温至100℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温3小时,后空冷至室温,

酸洗液组成为(重量):采取98%浓H2SO4 77份,36.5%的HCL 8份,丙酸8.8 份,乙二胺4.5份、烷基咪唑啉季铵盐28份;水39份;
钝化液组成为(重量):聚酰亚胺2.6份,2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷8份,N-(2-氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷5.9份,氟硼酸钠12.8份,硫酸7.7份,二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼24.份,水30份;
对钝化后泵本体外表面进行涂覆氮化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵本体外表面形成氮化钛系陶瓷材料层,氮化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.4mm,氮化钛系陶瓷材料层成分包括(重量):氮化钛 68份,碳化钨 14份,硼化钛6.8份,碳化硅3.8份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至900℃,升温速率250℃/小时,保温7小时,后降温至700℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温6小时,后再次降温至400℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温10小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵本体内表面进行涂覆氧化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵本体内表面形成氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,氧化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化钛系陶瓷材料层成分包括(重量):氧化钛 100份,氮化钛39份,碳化铬9份,氧化硅9份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至600℃,升温速率200℃/小时,保温5小时,后降温至400℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至100℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温15小时,后空冷至室温,得到最终泵体。
