铝合金泵体化学组成为(重量):Zn:13.5﹪、Si:8.5﹪、Cu:4.5﹪、Ni:2.5﹪、Ti:0.85﹪、V:0.65﹪,Cr:0.65﹪、Mg:0.35﹪、Y:0.085﹪、Zr:0.075﹪、Fe:0.055﹪,Mn :0.025﹪,余量为Al以及不可避免的杂质;
铝合金泵体制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,原料熔炼、浇注:熔炼温度:765℃,浇注温度为723℃;脱模后,得到的泵体进行热处理:首先将泵体进行加热,升温至450℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温6小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温7小时,后升温至400℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温6小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率10℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵体表面进行酸洗和钝化处理,其中:
酸洗液组成为(重量):采取氢氟酸25份,丙酸15份,甲酸3份; 羟基乙酸1.5份,烷基咪唑啉季铵盐3份,乙二胺1.5份、水100份;
钝化液组成为(重量):N-(2-氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷25份,硫酸13份,2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷13份,聚酰亚胺3份,甲酸钠7份,氟硼酸钠3份,缓冲剂2份,水200份;
对钝化后泵体外表面进行涂覆碳化钨系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵体外表面形成碳化钨系陶瓷材料层,碳化钨系陶瓷材料层厚度0.4mm,碳化钨系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):碳化钨75份,氮化硅35份,碳化铬15份,氮化钛13份,氧化钛5份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至400℃,升温速率75℃/小时,保温5小时,后降温至250℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵体内表面进行涂覆氧化硼系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵体内表面形成氧化硼系陶瓷材料层,氧化硼系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化硼系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化硼45份,碳化硼35份,碳化铬 25份,碳化钛 15份,氮化钛7份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至450℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至350℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温5小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,得到最终泵体。

对钝化后叶轮外表面进行涂覆氧化锆系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在叶轮外表面形成氧化锆系陶瓷材料层,氧化锆系陶瓷材料层厚度0.4mm,氧化锆系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化锆100份,碳化钨55份,氮化钛15份,氧化钛13份,碳化铬10份,将涂覆后的叶轮进行加热,升温至800℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温6小时,后降温至500℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温5小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率25℃/小时,保温4小时,后空冷至室温,得到最终叶轮。
所述泵体内表面为被传输介质通过泵内部时可以接触到泵体内部表面的部分,泵体其余部分为泵体外表面。
泵还包括盖合于泵体端部的泵盖,泵体与泵盖形成空腔内有叶轮。
上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)铝合金和镍合金的成分简单可以达到耐酸碱化工泵的强度要求;2)对该成分的铝合金和镍合金进行酸洗及钝化的表面处理工序,避免出现任何表面黑点等问题,使获得表面整洁;3)通过在铝合金和镍合金表面涂覆陶瓷材料,提高材料的耐酸碱、耐高温、防垢性能。

1.一种耐酸碱化工泵,其包括一泵体和安装于所述泵体内部的叶轮,泵体包括:铝合金泵体、泵体外表面的碳化钨系陶瓷材料层和泵体内表面的氧化硼系陶瓷材料层,所述叶轮包括镍基合金叶轮本体和叶轮本体外氧化锆系陶瓷材料层;
铝合金泵体化学组成为重量:Zn:13.5﹪、Si:8.5﹪、Cu:4.5﹪、Ni:2.5﹪、Ti:0.85﹪、V:0.65﹪,Cr:0.65﹪、Mg:0.35﹪、Y:0.085﹪、Zr:0.075﹪、Fe:0.055﹪,Mn :0.025﹪,余量为Al以及不可避免的杂质;
铝合金泵体制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,原料熔炼、浇注:熔炼温度:765℃,浇注温度为723℃;脱模后,得到的泵体进行热处理:首先将泵体进行加热,升温至450℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温6小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温7小时,后升温至400℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温6小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率10℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵体表面进行酸洗和钝化处理,其中:
酸洗液组成为重量:采取氢氟酸25份,丙酸15份,甲酸3份; 羟基乙酸1.5份,烷基咪唑啉季铵盐3份,乙二胺1.5份、水100份;
钝化液组成为重量:N-(2-氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷25份,硫酸13份,2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷13份,聚酰亚胺3份,甲酸钠7份,氟硼酸钠3份,缓冲剂2份,水200份;
对钝化后泵体外表面进行涂覆碳化钨系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵体外表面形成碳化钨系陶瓷材料层,碳化钨系陶瓷材料层厚度0.4mm,碳化钨系陶瓷材料层包括重量:碳化钨75份,氮化硅35份,碳化铬15份,氮化钛13份,氧化钛5份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至400℃,升温速率75℃/小时,保温5小时,后降温至250℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵体内表面进行涂覆氧化硼系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵体内表面形成氧化硼系陶瓷材料层,氧化硼系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化硼系陶瓷材料层包括重量:氧化硼45份,碳化硼35份,碳化铬 25份,碳化钛 15份,氮化钛7份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至450℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至350℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温5小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,得到最终泵体,
镍基合金叶轮本体化学组成为重量:Cu:11.5﹪,Mo:7.5﹪,Cr:4.5﹪,Mn:2.5﹪,W:0.85﹪,V:0.55﹪,Ag:0.25﹪,Sb:0.085﹪,Mg:0.065﹪,Sn:0.045﹪,Fe:0.025﹪,Ce:0.015﹪,Bi:0.015﹪,余量为Ni及不可避免的杂质;
镍基合金叶轮本体制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,原料熔炼、浇注,脱模后,得到的叶轮进行热处理:首先将叶轮进行加热,升温至950℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温5小时,后降温至750℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后升温至850℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至550℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至350℃,降温速率70℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对叶轮表面进行酸洗和钝化处理,其中:
酸洗液组成为重量:采取氢氟酸25份,烷基咪唑啉季铵盐13份,硫脲5.5份,磷酸3份;羟基乙酸1.5份,乙二胺1.5份、水100份;
钝化液组成为重量:硫酸23份,亚硝酸钠13份, 2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷13份,聚酰亚胺3份,碳酸钠7份,氟硼酸钠3份,缓冲剂2份,水200份;
对钝化后叶轮外表面进行涂覆氧化锆系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在叶轮外表面形成氧化锆系陶瓷材料层,氧化锆系陶瓷材料层厚度0.4mm,氧化锆系陶瓷材料层包括重量:氧化锆100份,碳化钨55份,氮化钛15份,氧化钛13份,碳化铬10份,将涂覆后的叶轮进行加热,升温至800℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温6小时,后降温至500℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温5小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率25℃/小时,保温4小时,后空冷至室温,得到最终叶轮。
