一种医疗器械植入性血泵泵体,泵体包括:铸造钛合金泵体、泵体外表面的氧化锆系陶瓷材料层和泵体内表面的氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,通过在根据泵体接触人体细胞的种类和速度不同在泵体的内表面和外表面涂覆氧化钛系陶瓷材料和氧化锆系陶瓷材料层,提高材料的抗溶血和抗血栓等性能。

背景技术
目前,应用体外循环设备进行心脏外科手术治疗已经成为治疗心脏疾病的 一种常规方法。在手术前后有可能出现不同程度的心功能不全,需要心脏辅助 装置等手段来替代心脏的泵机能,维持全身血液循环,改善自体心脏功能。血 泵是心室辅助装置的核心组成部分,为心室辅助装置提供动力。目前商品化的心室辅助装置血泵多采用气囊挤压或者离心驱动原理,存在气栓、溶血等并发症。现有泵体材料已经很难满足抗溶血和抗血栓等性能要求。

本发明就是针对上述问题而提出的一种工艺简单、成本低、抗溶血性能良好的医疗器械植入性血泵泵体。

其特征在于,铸造钛合金泵体化学组成为(重量):Fe:10.3﹪,Al:8.2﹪、Si:5.4﹪、Zn:2.1﹪、Mg 1.2﹪、Y:0.33﹪、Cu:0.82﹪、Cd:0.21﹪、Zr:0.073﹪、 V:0.064﹪,B:0.082﹪,余量为Ti以及不可避免的杂质;
铸造钛合金泵体制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,合金材料熔炼、浇注:熔炼温度:1811℃,浇注温度为1753℃;脱模后,得到的泵体进行热处理:首先将泵体进行加热,升温至900℃,升温速率300℃/小时,保温5小时,后降温至600℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温7小时,后升温至750℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至400℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温8小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵体表面进行酸洗和钝化处理,其中:
酸洗液组成为(重量):采取98%浓H2SO4 15份,36.5%的HCL 3份,丙酸6 份,乙二胺2份、烷基咪唑啉季铵盐11份;水12份;
钝化液组成为(重量):聚酰亚胺1.3份,2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷5份,N-(2-氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷9份,氟硼酸钠10.4份,硫酸1.4份,二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼21份,水27份;
对钝化后泵体外表面进行涂覆氧化锆系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵体外表面形成氧化锆系陶瓷材料层,氧化锆系陶瓷材料层厚度0.4mm,氧化锆系陶瓷材料层成分包括(重量):氧化锆 73份,硼化钛31份,碳化钨 24份,氧化硅1.3份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至800℃,升温速率250℃/小时,保温5小时,后降温至600℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温4小时,后再次降温至300℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温8小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对泵体内表面进行涂覆氧化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在泵体内表面形成氧化钛系陶瓷材料层,氧化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化钛系陶瓷材料层成分包括(重量):氧化钛 51份,氮化钛22份,碳化铬 7份,氧化硅1.1份,将涂覆后的泵体进行加热,升温至700℃,升温速率200℃/小时,保温3小时,后降温至500℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温7小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温10小时,后空冷至室温,得到最终泵体。
所述泵体内表面为血液通过泵内部时可以接触到泵体内部表面的部分,泵体其余部分为泵体外表面。
上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)钛合金的成分简单;2)对该成分的钛合金进行酸洗及钝化的表面处理工序,避免出现任何表面黑点等问题,使获得表面整洁; 3)通过在根据泵体接触人体细胞的种类和速度不同在泵体的内表面和外表面涂覆氧化钛系陶瓷材料和氧化锆系陶瓷材料层,提高材料的抗溶血和抗血栓等性能。
