Description

本发明涉及电灯,该电灯包含有:
装有使该灯工作的电路的壳体,
固定于壳体并与电路电连接的光源,
带有外壳和底座并装有触点的灯头,该灯头紧固于壳体而其触点和电路相连接,
嵌在同时构成壳体的合成树脂中的电路。
这种灯可从WO83/014139中了解到。
由于必须安装大量元件,因此灯的制造相当费时。这对于DG-GM8  701  424号中公开的灯也同样成立。这种灯中,电路是在装在分开的壳体并与之组成一体的印刷电路板上而该壳体填有合成树脂。
本发明的目的是提供一种起始段所述类型具有很容易实现的简单结构的电灯。
实现该目的的电路包含印刷电路板,灯头外壳与所述印刷电路板通过坚固导体相连接。
灯可用非常简单的方式得到,将已进行全部电连接的光源,电路和灯头的组件导入填有合成树脂的模件。在加入合成树脂完成灯泡之前对组件进行处理有助于通过坚固导体将灯头与印刷电路板相连接。在外壳未构成触点的卡口灯头的情形下,该结构可用于将导体机械连接到该板而不是电气连接到板上电路。
该结构以及由于该结构而成为可能的简单的制造方法具有许多重要优点。
电路元件间、电路和灯头触点之间以及电路与光源间的电连接同时进行或相继进行。如使用爱迪生灯头,可例如用焊剂进行灯头外壳内部与电路的连接。结果是主要缺陷不再出现。对常规灯要专门检验的这种缺陷包括通常紧固在爱迪生灯头外部壳上的导体例如与光源并排地延伸超过该紧固件。那么就有可能触摸到导体而使该导体带市电。
其它中间制造步骤例如将电路安装于壳体内以及将灯头紧固于壳体也被免去。
被免去的其它步骤是分立外壳的制造、供应和使用,也包括例如用胶或在安装后对灯头进行局部变形将灯头紧固于壳体。
按照本发明的灯的构造有可能提供极为紧凑的灯。
使用两个或更多的将灯头连接到电路板的坚固导体是有好处的。该导体可通过例如焊接与外壳构成一体或以销子或条片形式固定于外壳。
在好的实施例中,嵌有电路并也构成壳体的合成树脂同时在灯头底座上。该底座上的触点这样便与外壳电绝缘。该实施例的好处在于使用便宜的灯头,以及外壳无须预先形成的镜煤(vitrite)底座。而且,没有镜煤意味着灯头内有更多空间可为例如电解电容器所利用。
在该实施例有益的变型中,底座部分触点通过坚固导体与电路相连接。在带有卡口灯头的灯中两个这种触头这样与电路相连接。
这种变型避免使用导线进行所述连接,这些导线被导引通过窄孔。
可用的合成树脂的例子是环氧树脂。聚氨基甲酸酯树脂、聚醚亚氨和聚醚砜。它们可含例如多达重量50%的填料、粉末或纤维,例如SiO2、CaCO3、Al2O3
在附图中以侧面立视图,部分纵向横断面形式示出本发明灯的实施例。
在附图中,电灯有壳体1,该壳体内含包括使灯工作的电路的印刷电路板2。电路的变压器3和电解电容器4是可视见的。印刷电路板2由两部分组成。各部分由坚固导体14互连。
光源5固定到壳体,在图中通过导体6电连接到电路3、4。所画光源为紧凑的带有四根有荧光粉涂层的灯管的低压水银放电灯。
灯头7带外壳8和底座9并设置有触头,该灯头7固定于壳体1。灯头7在底座9上有一第一触点10,在所示的爱迪生灯头中,外壳本身作为第二触点。触点8、10连接到电路3、4。电路3、4嵌在填充壳体1同时构成壳体1本身的合成树脂11中。
灯头17的外过8通过坚固导体12连接到印刷电路板2。导体12通过焊接固定在外壳8内部。导体12固定于板2,电连接到电路3、4。
嵌有电路3、4同时构成壳体1的合成树脂11也构成图中灯头底座9。底座9的触点10通过坚固导体13电连接到电路3、4,两个这种导体在所画电灯中可见。
在灯的制造期间,首先进行所有电连接。由于所画的结构,从而同时形成印刷电路板2、灯头7的外壳8以及该底座9的触点10之间的坚固连接。将该非常坚固组件放入模具,然后注入合成树脂。

Claims (4)

1、一种电灯,包含有:
装有使灯工作的电路(3、4)的壳体(1),
固定于壳体(1)并与电路(3、4)电连接的光源(5),
带有外壳(8)和底座(9)以及设置有触点(8,10)的灯头(7),该灯头固定在壳体(1)并且其触点连接到电路(3、4),
嵌在同时构成壳体(1)的合成树脂(11)中的电路(3、4),
该电灯的特征在于,电路(3、4)包含印刷电路板(2)而灯头(7)的外壳(8)通过坚固导体(12)连接到所述印刷电路板(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述电灯,其特征在于导体(12)将电路(3、4)连接到爱迪生灯头外壳(8),该导体固定于外壳内部。
3、如权利要求1或2所述电灯,其特征在于,合成树脂(11)同时构成灯头(7)的底座(9)。
4、如权利要求3所述电灯,其特征在于,灯头底座(9)的触头(10)通过坚固导体(13)连接到电路(3、4)。
