技术领域
本发明是灭杀钉螺的药物,属于吸血虫防治领域,具体涉及一种高效稳定的灭杀钉螺药物,N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷组合物以及水悬浮剂。
背景技术
目前的杀灭钉螺药物主要有各种规格的N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂及N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐与2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷按比例组成的水悬浮剂。可湿性粉剂:喷洒环境恶劣,而目前的复配型悬浮剂也因复配工艺的局限性,随着放置时间的延长易出现絮凝结团现象,从而在使用过程中影响了药效的发挥,杀灭钉螺效果差。
发明内容
本发明着重解决目前杀钉螺药物在储存过程中的凝聚结块现象,从而更好的提高悬浮剂的药效;为此提供一种高效稳定的含N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷二合一杀灭钉螺药物及其复配悬浮剂的制备。
本发明还着重解决了可制得高浓度农药复配悬浮剂的剂型,由于采用了高压均质,使悬浮剂细度达到超微细度,呈“牛乳状”,因此可以制备高浓度的含有N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷的悬浮剂,浓度范围可突破N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐1-50%和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷1-10%的范围,达到1-60%和1-12%;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷的水悬浮剂的制备;
本发明可通过以下步骤达到:一种含有N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷的组合物,该组合物以N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷为活性成分,其中N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐与2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷的质量比为1-,60:1-12,优选为1-60:1-6,进一步优选为1-60:1,最优选为25-30:1-6。
本发明还提供了N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐水悬浮剂和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷水悬浮剂各组分包括如下:
N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐1-60%,2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷1-12%,润湿剂1-5%,防冻剂1-12%,防腐剂0.1-1.5%,分散剂1-20%,增稠剂0.1-1.5%,pH调节剂0.1-1%,消泡剂0.1-1%
上述水悬浮剂中,润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷中的一种或几种复合使用;
分散剂为亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、SOPA(速泊)270中的一种或几种复合使用;
防冻剂为乙二醇、丙三醇、尿素、氯化钠。防腐剂选用苯甲酸钠、卡松、甲醛。pH调节剂为苯甲酸、冰醋酸、柠檬酸、盐酸。消泡剂为有机硅酮、聚醚、丁醇。增稠剂黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯胶、膨润土、硅酸镁铝;
将上述组分混合均匀后,通过研磨至2-3μm,再经50MPa压力下经均质机均质得到细度在0.5μm左右即得水悬浮剂。
该组合物的高效稳定体现在N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷及其专用助剂按比例充分混合后经砂磨至一定细度2-3μm后再经高压均质机在50MPa压力下使物料产生强烈的剪切、撞击和空穴作用,从而达到超微细度,粒径均小于0.5μm,达到了“牛乳状”,因此储存稳定,即使长久存放也不会絮凝。
所以上述发明的优点是:①产品经过高压均质后,物料细度在达到0.5μm左右,形态呈“牛乳状”,储存稳定,不易凝聚结块,杀灭钉螺效果好;②可制得高浓度复配悬浮剂农药,产品中N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐和2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷的含量可相应提高,克服了单纯以砂磨形式制成的悬浮剂因易凝聚结块而不能得到高浓度悬浮剂的缺陷。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
10%N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐+1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷悬浮剂;
以质量百分比计,N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐10%,1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚2%,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠盐5%,木质素磺酸钙5%,乙二醇5%,苯甲酸0.3%,有机硅酮消泡剂0.5%,卡松0.2%,黄原胶0.3%,去离子水补足至100%。各组分以此比例用高剪切乳化分散机混合均匀,经多级研磨机研磨至2-3um,再经50MPa压力下经均质机均质制得10%N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐+1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷悬浮剂;
实施例2:
25%N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐+1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷悬浮剂;
以质量百分比计,N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐25%,1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠盐5%,木质素磺酸钙5%,乙二醇5%,苯甲酸0.3%,有机硅酮消泡剂0.5%,卡松0.2%,黄原胶0.3%,去离子水补足至100%。各组分以此比例用高剪切乳化分散机混合均匀,经多级研磨机研磨至2-3um,再经50MPa压力下经均质机均质制得25%N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐+1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷悬浮剂;

以质量百分比计,N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐25%,2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷1%,十二烷基磺酸钠2%,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠盐5%,木质素磺酸钠5%,乙二醇5%,苯甲酸0.3%,有机硅酮消泡剂0.5%,卡松0.2%,黄原胶0.3%,去离子水补足至100%。各组分以此比例用高剪切乳化分散机混合均匀,经多级研磨机研磨至2-3um,直接制得25%N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐+1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷悬浮剂;
25℃时实验室用同时生产的均储存三个月的实施例2、实施例5和比较例6的悬浮液,做药效试验:配制好有效成分浓度0.5、0.25、0.125、0.0625和0.0313毫升/升,浸泡杀螺24小时、48小时和72小时,用50%N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂和1%2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷悬浮剂进行对比实验,实验数据见下表。
由上述实验数据可知,采用高压均质的实施例2、实施例5复配悬浮剂的杀螺效果均要高于比较例6的复配悬浮剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的杀灭钉螺药物,其特征在于,N-(2-氯-4-硝基苯基)-2-羟基-5-氯苯甲酰胺乙醇胺盐与2,4,6,8-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四氧杂环辛烷的优选质量比是25-40:1-6的任意比例。
