本发明涉及一种适合用于管形反应器与颗粒催化剂组合的催化装置,特别是与适合用于催化流重整处理的催化剂组合。
背景技术
管形反应器(反应物在该管形反应器中通过充满催化剂的管)为公知,并可以用于多种化学处理。管通常充满颗粒催化剂。
结构催化剂(催化剂支承在该结构催化剂上,或者颗粒催化剂可以容纳于该结构催化剂中)提供了对于管形反应器的性能的潜在改进,但是在它们的使用中产生困难。我们已经设计了一种方案,其中,结构催化剂布置在管中并在颗粒催化剂的上面。
不过,在使用中,在两个催化剂之间的交接面处可能发展空隙,例如由于颗粒催化剂在使用中的沉积或皱缩。空隙是不希望的,因为它能够导致在该空隙附近的管壁的过热或过冷。特别是,如在催化流重整中的情况,过热是不希望的,因为它可能导致管损坏和缩短管寿命,管的更换将昂贵和不希望。

催化剂支承装置有用于与结构催化剂连接的第一端。因此,第一端包括杆、销或其它定位凸起,该杆、销或其它定位凸与在结构催化剂中的合适孔匹配,并使它保持就位。因此,这种连接也可以用于将支承装置沿中心地布置在管内,这是优选的。因为催化装置使得结构催化剂布置在颗粒催化剂的上面,因此第一端将是在催化装置中的圆柱形本体的顶端。
圆柱形本体有第二端,该第二端将首先至少与颗粒催化剂接触。因为催化装置将结构催化剂布置在颗粒催化剂上面,因此第二端将是催化装置中的圆柱形本体的底端。
催化剂支承装置的圆柱形本体产生了在装置和管的内壁之间的环形间隙。当圆柱形本体沿中心定位在管中时,环形间隙的宽度将为管的内径的5-15%。间隙产生在管壁处的高速气体流,根据催化反应,这用于冷却或加热在任何下游空隙中的管壁,该空隙可能形成于结构催化剂和颗粒催化剂之间。当直径小于管内径的70%时,气体速度并不如此有效,而当直径大于管内径的90%时,将产生不可接受的高压力降。圆柱形本体的长度(L)为这样,使得本体的长度除以本体的直径(D)(L/D比率)在0.5-2.5的范围内。当<0.5时,气体可能并不充分地沿管的内壁引导。当>2.5时,本体可能占据太多的管高度,且压力降可能不可接受的高。

圆柱形本体可以包括在第一端中的多个孔,该孔通向穿过装置的槽道,该槽道在沿它的长度的一个或多个点和/或第二端处开口于圆柱体的外表面上。因此,槽道朝向环绕催化剂支承装置的管的内表面引导。这样的槽道可以在催化剂支承装置和管壁之间的空间中提供增加的气体流,因此增加装置在可能形成的任意空隙中的所希望效果。这些槽道可以提供一系列离散的射流,该射流径向或者径向和轴向方向组合地朝向管壁引导。在两种情况下,都可以通过将旋流运动叠加在气体流或射流上而提供附加传热。
圆柱形本体可以包括颗粒催化剂的储存器,该颗粒催化剂可以在重力的作用下流入在装置下面形成的任何空隙中。在本例中,圆柱体的第二端可以包括可热分解的材料,该材料在反应管起动之前或起动过程中通过加热而分解,以便在第二端中提供开口,颗粒催化剂可以通过该开口。因此,圆柱形本体的第二端可以由薄隔膜例如聚丙烯或卡片来密封或关闭,该薄隔膜将在起动过程中烧掉,从而释放颗粒催化剂。在本例中,圆柱体的长度优选是使得合适容积的催化剂颗粒可以容纳于该装置中,例如,长度可以是颗粒催化剂的颗粒尺寸的至少5-10倍。
在本发明中,结构催化剂支承在中间催化剂支承装置上。当结构催化剂支承在中心杆上时,催化剂支承装置还有防止在颗粒催化剂上的点负载的优点。
在催化装置中,结构催化剂和催化剂支承装置优选是自由地在管内上下运动,以便减小可能在颗粒催化剂和结构催化剂之间形成的任何空隙的尺寸。
管容纳在管出口附近的颗粒催化剂和在管进口附近的结构催化剂。在管内的结构催化剂与颗粒催化剂的比例优选是在1:9至9:1的范围内,更优选是1:3至2:1。当有多个管时,优选是全部的管容纳相同比例的结构催化剂和颗粒催化剂,尽管这并不必须。这提供了在进口端的结构催化剂的更高活性、更高传热和低压力降的优点以及在出口端的更便宜和更结实的颗粒催化剂的优点。
在优选实施例中,催化装置包括结构蒸汽重整催化剂和颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂,竖直反应管布置在催化蒸汽重整器内。因此,下面介绍的本发明实施例涉及催化蒸汽重整,尽管应当知道,本发明可以用于在管形反应器中进行的、利用任何结构催化剂和任何颗粒催化剂的其它反应。
催化蒸汽重整器通常包括多个竖直管,包括烃和蒸汽的气体混合物可以通过该竖直管,且通过环绕该管流动的热气体来向该竖直管传热。管进口通常在顶端,从而供给气体混合物通常供给蒸汽重整器的顶部,并向下流动通过该管。蒸汽重整反应是吸热的,且通过环绕管的外表面流动的热气体来向该管传热。可以使用多种蒸汽重整器装置。因此,蒸汽重整器可以是普通的顶烧式(top-fired)蒸汽重整器或者侧烧式蒸汽重整器。在这些重整器中,热气体通过使用多个燃烧器燃烧燃料气体来提供,这些燃烧器布置在管的顶端,或者沿管的长度布置。也可选择,蒸汽重整器可以是气体加热重整器(GHR),其中,热气体可以通过来自燃烧处理的燃料气体来提供,或者可以是通过烃的催化或非催化局部氧化或通过烃和/或已重整气体混合物的自热重整而产生的气体。而且,热气体可以与已经通过多个管的已重整气体混合。
蒸汽重整器管可以有圆形截面,可以有5至15m的长度,优选是5至30cm范围内的内径。因此,催化剂支承装置的圆柱形本体的直径可以是管的内径的70-90%,例如,在10cm内径的管中为7-9cm。装置的圆柱形本体的长度为使得L/D在0.5至2.5的范围内,例如,对于直径为7.5cm的本体,长度为3.75cm至18.75cm。
管可以容纳在管出口附近的颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂和在管进口附近的结构蒸汽重整催化剂。因此,管可以容纳在管的下部部分中的颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂和在管的上部部分中的结构蒸汽重整催化剂。
颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂可以是成形单元的形式,例如圆柱体、环、鞍形件和具有多个通孔的圆柱体,且通常由耐火支承材料形成,例如氧化铝、二氧化铈、铝酸钙水泥、铝酸镁、氧化镁或氧化锆,浸渍有合适催化活性金属例如镍。我们发现,当催化剂的至少一部分包括贵金属例如钌时,可以提高在低蒸汽比率下的催化性能。还有,优选是,颗粒催化剂为有凸起或有槽的圆柱体形式,该圆柱体有通道,或者优选是超过一个通道,该通道纵向穿过延伸,因为发现这将提供较高催化活性,同时有通过管的较低压力降。颗粒催化剂的颗粒尺寸通常为这样,颗粒的宽度或直径在3-50mm的范围内,优选是5-25mm。优选是,颗粒催化剂是具有一个或多个通孔的圆柱形丸粒,特别是有4-10个孔的圆柱体,直径在3-50mm的范围内,优选是5-25mm,长度/直径比率在0.5-2.0的范围内。特别合适的催化剂在WO2010/029323和WO2010/029324中介绍。一个或多个颗粒催化剂可以提供为混合物,或者提供为在管内的多层。颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂通过合适固定在管的底部处的穿孔网或格栅而防止跌落至管外。
结构蒸汽重整催化剂可以是支承在结构上的蒸汽重整催化剂。这样的结构催化剂为已知,包括金属或陶瓷结构,该金属或陶瓷结构包括多个通道,处理流体可以以有序、非随机的方向通过该通道。结构通常涂覆有一层蒸汽重整催化剂,该蒸汽重整催化剂可以有利地施加为洗涤涂层。蒸汽重整催化剂可以包括在耐火氧化物上的镍或贵金属,例如铂、钌或者它们的混合物,所述耐火氧化物例如氧化铝或氧化镁,包括有二氧化铈、氧化锆或氧化镧的混合氧化物。

烃原料可以是甲烷、天然气或石脑油,优选是包含较高(即>90%)甲烷含量的天然气。在重整之前,烃原料优选是脱硫,例如使得烃通过合适的硫化合物吸收剂(例如氧化锌)的床。
在重整处理过程中,甲烷与蒸汽反应,以便产生氢气和氧化碳。包含存在的两个或更多碳原子的任何烃都转变成甲烷、一氧化碳和氢气。另外,发生可逆的水-气体转移反应。
蒸汽重整反应在高于350℃的温度下在管中在蒸汽重整催化剂上进行,通常,离开管的处理流体的温度在650-950℃的范围内。环绕管的外部流动的热气体可以有在500-2000℃范围内的温度。
通向管形反应器的进口质量速率G定义为在进口端处的质量流速w(例如具有单位kg/s)除以管的截面流动面积A(例如具有单位m2),即G=w/A。如在Perry的ChemicalEngineers Handbook,第6版第18-24页至18-27页中所述,术语G/Ф的使用能够使得其它气体与空气比较,其中,Ф是(ρgair)的平方根,其中,ρg是感兴趣的气体的密度,ρair是空气的密度。对于本发明,ρg是在蒸汽重整器的进口处的供给气体混合物的密度,单位是kg/m3,而ρair是1.2kg/m3。这里,术语G/Ф称为变化密度进口质量速率。供给气体混合物可以引入为具有5.7kg/m2s至30kg/m2s的变化密度进口质量速率,或者7kg/m2s至30kg/m2s,或者8kg/m2s至30kg/m2s。可能不希望使得在管的整个长度上具有普通丸粒催化剂的重整器在这些高变化密度质量速率下操作,因为产生的高压力降需要更高压缩能量。
通过结构催化剂的压力降可以是5000Pa至50000Pa每米长度结构催化剂。
本发明的装置和方法可以用作用于制造氢气、甲醇、二甲醚、石蜡、氨、尿素或烃液体例如柴油燃料(通过Fischer-Tropsch合成而获得)的过程的一部分。因此,使用本发明的装置或在本发明的方法中获得的已重整气体混合物可以进行进一步的处理步骤,包括氢气分离、甲醇合成、二甲醚合成、石蜡合成、氨合成或烃液体合成的步骤。已知的方法可以用于完成这些步骤。

具体实施方式
在图1中表示了气体加热重整器(GHR),该气体加热重整器(GHR)有外部隔离压力壳10,该外部隔离压力壳10包围三个区域11、12、13,这三个区域11、12、13由壳壁和管板14、15来确定。区域11(处理流体供给区域)由壳壁和管板14来确定。它设有处理流体供给导管16,具有多个竖直换热管17,这些竖直换热管17固定在管板14上,并从该管板14向下延伸。使用的管的数目将取决于操作的规模:尽管只表示了5个管,但是通常可以有50个或更多这样的管。为了流重整,管17将在从靠近管出口的位置至中间位置处(A-A’至B-B’)充满合适的颗粒流重整催化剂18,例如根据WO2010/029323或WO2010/029324的、耐火氧化物支承镍催化剂的多孔圆柱体,并在从该中间位置至管的进口处(B-B’至C-C’)充满结构催化剂19,例如根据US2012/0195801的波状扇形结构催化剂。中间支承装置布置在颗粒催化剂和结构催化剂之间(未示出)。区域12(换热区域)由壳壁和管板14、15来确定。换热管17穿过换热区域12延伸,并通过文氏管密封件20而可运动地附接在管板15上。换热区域12通过导管21而供送热介质,例如热气体,该导管21位于壳10中并在管17的底部附近。加热介质向上通入换热区域中,它在该换热区域中与管17换热,然后通过导管22而除去,该导管22位于壳10中并在管17的顶部附近。横向导流板23用于使得加热介质在换热区域12内横过重整器水平转向,并提高它与管的换热。区域13(处理流体取出区域)由壳10的壁和管板15来确定。文氏管密封件20端部开口,并在管板15下面延伸至取出区域13内。已重整气体从管17通过文氏管密封件20进入取出区域13,它们通过处理流体取出导管24而从该取出区域13中除去。在使用中,包括烃和蒸汽的处理流体在升高的温度和压力下通过供给导管16而供给至处理流体供给区域11,从那里向下通过充满催化剂的管17,首先与结构催化剂19接触,然后与颗粒催化剂18接触。在换热区域12中与加热介质换热,并发生重整反应。进行了重整的气体通过管17,从那里通过文氏管密封件20通向取出区域13,它们通过取出导管24而从该取出区域13处除去。
图2和3表示了比较结构催化剂支承格栅的两个示例。在两个附图中,用于结构催化剂的支承部件成中心杆40的形式。支承部件的底部附接在圆形基部板42上。基部板穿有多个孔,以便允许处理气体在结构催化剂和颗粒催化剂之间流过。这些孔可以采取三角形44(如图2中)或圆形46(如图3中)的形式。
图4表示了在重整器管50内的、图3的结构催化剂支承格栅(以截面表示)。支承部件40与基部42和孔46一起表示为安装在重整器管50中。结构催化剂为这样的类型,其中,蒸汽重整催化剂涂覆在结构上。涂覆的结构催化剂采取一系列催化剂涂覆盘52的形式,这些催化剂涂覆盘52附接在支承部件40上,与一系列催化剂涂覆环54交替,该结构催化剂安装在重整器管50的上部部分中。可以使用任何形式的结构催化剂。结构催化剂置于颗粒催化剂56的顶部上,且结构催化剂的重量由基部42和支承部件40来支承。颗粒催化剂56为这样的类型,其中,蒸汽重整催化剂浸渍在陶瓷丸粒上。颗粒催化剂采取具有4个孔的陶瓷圆柱体的形式,这4个孔与丸粒的轴线对齐,且颗粒催化剂以随机图形塞入重整器管50的下部部分内。处理气体沿着箭头58和60流过结构催化剂。在涂覆的结构催化剂52、54中,处理气体交替地流向重整器管壁,然后流入管的轴线中,从而在它流过管壁时收集热量,并使用该热量来提供用于在催化剂涂覆盘和环上的吸热蒸汽重整反应的热量(在返回管壁用于补充热量之前)。当催化剂到达结构包装件的底部时,气体沿箭头62流动,并流过在基部中的孔,然后通入颗粒催化剂中。
图5与图4相同,除了它表示在颗粒催化剂56已经不均匀沉积(settle)时的情况。因为颗粒催化剂不均匀沉积,且结构催化剂支承基部42占据重整器管的大部分,因此结构催化剂保持悬挂在与图4中相同的位置。因此,空隙64形成于支承基部的下面。在颗粒催化剂中的空隙将具有在管和处理气体之间的较低传热,管壁将比没有空隙时的情况更热。这是因为颗粒催化剂在管壁附近的流体中产生较高程度的湍流,这与在没有催化剂时的情况相比产生了更高的换热系数。当结构催化剂卡在管中,同时全部颗粒催化剂都沉积,从而在重整器管的整个截面上都留下空隙时,也将产生相同效果。
图6表示了与图4相同类型的结构催化剂和颗粒催化剂,除了它表示了用于结构催化剂的催化剂支承装置的不同结构。在图6中,催化剂支承装置是圆柱形本体72,该圆柱形本体72有从第一最上端伸出的、用于支承结构催化剂的杆40,该最上端可以是催化剂涂覆盘52。为了刚性,在本例中,杆40也穿过圆柱体72从第一端延伸至第二端70。圆柱体72由直径与盘52相同的实心金属板来形成。在本例中,第二端70并不需要有用于处理气体流过的任何孔,因为圆柱体72防止气体流向基部。不过,在圆柱体中或在第二端中可以有小的通气孔,以便能够在圆柱体的内部和外部之间压力平衡。因为圆柱体为实心,因此迫使离开结构催化剂的处理气体流入在圆柱体和管壁之间的环形间隙(按照箭头74)。通过圆柱体相对于重整器管的合适直径,该气体将以足够高的速度流动,以便产生与在颗粒催化剂中所见相同或类似量的高换热系数。当气体离开在圆柱体和重整器管之间的环形区域时,它将进入颗粒催化剂,且处理气体流将在几个颗粒直径内使其自身均匀地分布在重整器管的截面上。
图7与图6相同,除了它表示颗粒催化剂56已经不均匀沉积时的情况。当颗粒催化剂不均匀沉积,且结构催化剂支承装置占据重整器管的大部分时,结构催化剂保持悬挂在与图6中相同的位置。因此,空隙64形成于第二端下面。在这种情况下,流出结构催化剂74的高速气体流将在管壁上继续作为气体射流76来流动,直到它到达颗粒催化剂的表面。因此,在这种情况下,在空隙区域内的管壁上也保持高传热,表示了该装置与图5中相比的优点。当结构催化剂粘在管中,同时全部颗粒催化剂都沉积,从而在重整器管的整个截面上都留下空隙时,也将产生相同效果。
图8与图6相同,除了它表示图6中的设计的可选设计,其中有颗粒催化剂的储存器,以便满足颗粒催化剂沉积的需要。图8表示了在重整器起动之前催化剂安装在重整器中时的情况。支承部件40与前面附图中相同,但是在本例中,圆柱形本体为倒杯形结构80的形状,该倒杯形结构80有合适的厚度,承受来自结构催化剂的重量和压力降负载。倒杯形结构80有唇缘82,该唇缘82从圆柱形壁的开口端向内凸出,该唇缘82提供了负载承载表面,用于将结构催化剂支承在颗粒催化剂上和将负载分散至更多数量的丸粒上。倒杯形结构80容纳多个颗粒催化剂丸粒,从而形成催化剂储存器84。因为杯形结构倒转,因此临时隔膜86附接在唇缘82上,以便在结构催化剂装载的过程中保持催化剂储存器84。临时薄膜为在蒸汽重整器起动时将熔化或气化的材料。气流将恰好与图6中所示相同,具有在催化剂储存器和重整器管之间的高速环形流74,从而产生高传热。
图9与图8相同,除了它表示当重整器开始操作时的情况。在本例中,临时隔膜86已经在蒸汽重整器温度升高时气化,从而释放催化剂储存器84,在该储存器中的颗粒催化剂丸粒已经稍微下降,直到它们搁置在颗粒催化剂床56上。
图10与图9相同,除了它表示当颗粒催化剂56已经不均匀沉积时的情况。当颗粒催化剂不均匀沉积,且结构催化剂支承唇缘82占据重整器管的大部分时,结构催化剂保持悬挂在与图9中相同的位置。在本例中,来自储存器84的颗粒催化剂下落至形成的任何空隙中,从而防止在颗粒催化剂床中形成空隙。空隙90形成于催化剂储存器内,但是对催化剂的性能没有任何影响,因为围绕杯状结构的处理气体流74保持按照图9。恰好在催化剂支承唇缘82下面靠近管壁处可以保留一些小空隙,或者在该区域中催化剂填塞较差,不过,流出结构催化剂74的高速气体流将补偿这些限制效果。因此,在本例中,在颗粒催化剂沉积时仍然在管壁上保持高传热,从而表示了该装置与图5和7中相比的优点。当结构催化剂粘在管中,同时全部颗粒催化剂都沉积时,也将产生相同效果。当颗粒催化剂中的沉积程度大于正常情况(由于某种原因),且催化剂储存器耗尽时,情况返回至图7中所示的情况,其中,高速气体射流76流过在空隙64中的管壁。

Claims (30)

1.一种布置在竖直的反应管内的催化装置,所述催化装置包括:结构催化剂,所述结构催化剂在反应管的上部部分中;颗粒催化剂,所述颗粒催化剂在所述反应管的下部部分中且在所述结构催化剂下面;以及催化剂支承装置,所述催化剂支承装置布置在结构催化剂和颗粒催化剂之间,其中,催化剂支承装置包括圆柱形本体,所述圆柱形本体具有用于与结构催化剂连接的第一端以及具有第二端,所述圆柱形本体的直径为反应管的内径的70-90%,且长度/直径在0.5-2.5范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的催化装置,其中:结构催化剂包括支承在结构上或容纳于结构中的催化剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的催化装置,其中:第一端包括杆、销或其它定位凸起,所述杆、销或其它定位凸起与在结构催化剂中的合适孔匹配。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:催化剂支承装置具有两个或更多的周边凸耳或凸片,这些周边凸耳或凸片绕圆柱形本体的外表面均匀间隔开,以便使得圆柱形本体在管内沿中心布置。

7.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:圆柱形本体包括在第一端中的多个孔,所述孔通向穿过催化剂支承装置的槽道,所述槽道在沿圆柱体的长度的一个或多个点和/或第二端处开口于圆柱体的外表面上。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:圆柱形本体包括颗粒催化剂的储存器。
9.根据权利要求8所述的催化装置,其中:圆柱体的第二端包括可热分解的材料,所述可热分解的材料在反应管起动之前或起动过程中通过加热而分解,以便在第二端中提供颗粒催化剂能通过的开口。
10.根据权利要求9所述的催化装置,其中:圆柱形本体的第二端由从聚丙烯或卡片中选择的薄隔膜来关闭。
11.根据权利要求8至10中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:圆柱体的长度是颗粒催化剂的颗粒尺寸的至少5-10倍。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:结构催化剂设置成使它自由地沿反应管向下运动。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:结构催化剂与颗粒催化剂的比例在1:9至9:1的范围内,优选是1:3至2:1。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:所述催化装置包括结构蒸汽重整催化剂和颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂,竖直反应管布置在催化蒸汽重整器内。
15.根据权利要求14所述的催化装置,其中:催化蒸汽重整器是顶烧式蒸汽重整器或者侧烧式蒸汽重整器,其中,热气体通过使用多个燃烧器燃烧燃料气体来提供,所述多个燃烧器布置在管的顶端,或者沿管的长度布置。

18.根据权利要求14至17中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂由耐火支承材料形成,所述耐火支承材料浸渍有镍、贵金属或者它们的混合物。
19.根据权利要求14至18中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂包括圆柱形丸粒,具有一个或多个通孔,直径在3mm-50mm的范围内,长度直径比在0.5-2.0的范围内。
20.根据权利要求14至19中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:结构蒸汽重整催化剂是支承在结构上的蒸汽重整催化剂。
21.根据权利要求20所述的催化装置,其中:结构蒸汽重整催化剂包括金属或陶瓷成形的单元,所述单元洗涤涂覆有一层蒸汽重整催化剂。
22.根据权利要求20或21所述的催化装置,其中:结构催化剂呈一个或多个圆柱形单元的形式,所述圆柱形单元具有与管符合的直径,其中,所述圆柱形单元置于所述管中,圆柱形单元包括穿孔和/或折叠叶片和/或凸片,所述穿孔和/或折叠叶片和/或凸片使得处理流体在它通过圆柱形单元时轴向和径向流动。
23.根据权利要求14至19中任意一项所述的催化装置,其中:结构蒸汽重整催化剂是包含在结构内的蒸汽重整催化剂。
24.根据权利要求23所述的催化装置,其中:容纳蒸汽重整催化剂的结构包括离散的催化剂容器、杯或罐,这些催化剂容器、杯或罐包括通道,处理流体能以有序、非随机的方向通过所述通道。

28.根据权利要求27所述的方法,还包括以下步骤:(i)使得包括烃和蒸汽的供给气体混合物通过布置在蒸汽重整器内的多个外部加热的竖直管;以及(ii)从管中回收已重整的气体混合物,其中,催化装置布置在管中,所述催化装置包括:结构蒸汽重整催化剂,所述结构蒸汽重整催化剂在反应管的上部部分中;颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂,所述颗粒蒸汽重整催化剂在所述反应管的下部部分中且在所述结构催化剂下面;以及催化剂支承装置,所述催化剂支承装置布置在结构催化剂和颗粒催化剂之间,其中,催化剂支承装置包括圆柱形本体,所述圆柱形本体具有用于与结构催化剂连接的第一端以及具有第二端,所述圆柱形本体的直径为管的内径的70-90%,且长度直径的比在0.5-2.5范围内。
29.根据权利要求28所述的方法,其中:供给催化剂涂覆结构塞入件的混合物的变化密度进口质量速率在530kg/m2s至30kg/m2s的范围内。
30.根据权利要求1-27中任意一项所述的装置或根据权利要求28或29所述的方法用于合成氢气、甲醇、二甲醚、石蜡、氨、尿素或烃液体的过程中。
