一种自偏摆搅拌机
技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌机技术领域,特别是一种自偏摆搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌是使得物料混合均匀的常用方法,主要针对流体,按物相分为气体、液体、半固体及散粒状固体搅拌,在各行各业中有着广泛的应用,例如食品加工行业、建筑行业、化工行业;尤其在建筑装修工程施工中,石膏和腻子粉使用时,要加水或者粘接胶水搅拌成糊状;硅藻泥等使用前同样需要进行搅拌,由于本身产品结构的原因,无法使用建筑搅拌机搅拌,多使用小型的搅拌钻具进行搅拌。
现有的搅拌钻具由一体设置的机身、搅拌杆、操作手柄组成,机身用于提供动力,搅拌杆的端部设置搅拌桨用于搅拌物料,操作手柄用于操作者操持,操作者将搅拌钻置入容器内时,为确保物料搅拌均匀,操作者需要不断的通过偏摆操作手柄移动搅拌桨到搅拌容器内的不同位置进行搅拌,搅拌较为粘稠的材料时,搅拌桨的阻力较大,物料对搅拌桨的反作用力经搅拌桨、搅拌杆、机身传递到操作手柄,巨大的反作用力使得操作手柄振动严重,操作者难以抓握,造成搅拌钻移动困难,甚至可能造成安全事故,严重影响搅拌效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可减少操作手柄振动、搅拌杆可自行偏摆的自偏摆搅拌机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的自偏摆搅拌机,包括:用于提供旋转动力的机身、与机身相连的搅拌杆、操作手柄;所述操作手柄与机身套接配合,该机身与所述手柄之间设置偏摆环,该偏摆环的外壁对称两侧与所述操作手柄枢接,以使该偏摆环可在所述操作手柄内摆动;所述机身与所述偏摆环内壁的对称两侧枢接,以使该机身可在所述偏摆环内摆动,偏摆环的设置可使物料对搅拌杆的反作用力传递至偏摆环,由偏摆环进行吸收,以减少对操作手柄的振动。
进一步,所述偏摆环与操作手柄之间的枢接轴和所述机身与偏摆环之间的枢接轴垂直设置,以使所述机身的摆动方向与所述偏摆环的摆动方向垂直,两者的联动使得偏摆环可在操作手柄内前后左右方向形成万向摆动,该过程抵消了反作用力对操作手柄的振动,使得搅拌作业更加轻松。
进一步,所述搅拌杆的底端设置搅拌桨,该搅拌桨为非对称搅拌桨,以使搅拌杆在所述偏摆环内自然下垂时,所述搅拌杆的轴向与重力方向之间存在夹角,使得搅拌杆静止时倾斜设置。
进一步,自偏摆搅拌机还包括卡接在所述机身上的限位卡箍,该限位卡箍的边缘设置限位卡爪,各限位卡爪置于所述操作手柄的上方,以使所述限位卡箍随机身偏摆至一定幅度时限位卡爪与操作手柄相接触。
进一步,所述限位卡箍内圆外方设置,该限位卡箍的中心设有与机身相适配的通孔,该限位卡箍的四角设置限位卡爪,各限位卡爪的下端面设置半球形接触部,限位卡箍卡接在机身上时通过螺栓组件进行紧固,限位卡箍四角的限位卡爪置于框架式操作手柄的横撑上方,机身带动搅拌杆转动时,搅拌杆自转的同时,绕偏摆环的中心旋转,搅拌杆旋转时搅拌桨所承受的阻力转化成搅拌杆偏摆所需的动力,使搅拌机在搅拌作业时形成自动偏摆的状态,限位卡箍偏摆至一定程度时半球形接触部与操作手柄的横撑相接触,从而改变机身的偏摆方向。
进一步,所述搅拌桨包括2个C型桨叶和1个S型桨叶,C型桨叶的两端与搅拌杆固定相连,S型桨叶的两端与搅拌杆固定相连,使得搅拌桨的重心并不与搅拌杆的轴心重合,搅拌杆静止时倾斜设置,以获得偏心效果。
进一步,所述操作手柄为由两个横撑和两个纵撑构成的框架式操作手柄,机身穿过操作手柄的框架中心设置。
发明的技术效果:(1)本发明的自偏摆搅拌机,相对于现有技术,机身和操作手柄之间设置偏摆环,机身的摆动方向与偏摆环的摆动方向垂直设置,两者的联动后使得偏摆环可在操作手柄内前后左右方向形成万向摆动,该过程抵消了反作用力对操作手柄的振动,使得搅拌作业更加轻松;(2)搅拌桨为非对称搅拌桨,使得搅拌杆静止时倾斜设置,机身带动搅拌杆转动时,搅拌杆自转的同时,绕偏摆环的中心旋转,将搅拌桨所承受的阻力转化成搅拌杆偏摆所需的动力,使得搅拌杆形成自偏摆;(3)套设在机身外的限位卡箍可改变机身的偏摆方向,并通过调节限位卡箍与操作手柄的间距对搅拌杆的偏摆直径形成限制,以适应不同大小的搅拌容器;(4)限位卡爪下方的接触部呈半球形,可以获得更好的接触效果,减少接触时间,加快反馈速度;(5)本发明的自偏摆搅拌机,可将操作手柄固定置于搅拌容器的上方,搅拌桨插入待搅拌的物料内后,搅拌杆倾斜设置在搅拌容器内,机身驱动搅拌杆旋转时,搅拌杆自转的同时,绕偏摆环的中心旋转,以对搅拌容器内进行全方位的搅拌,过程中无需人手持操作手柄进行操作,实现自动偏转,节省人力,同时避免出现安全事故。

实施例1 如图1至图6所示,本实施例的自偏摆搅拌机,包括:操作手柄5、搅拌杆3、机身1;机身1的底端连接搅拌杆3,用于对搅拌杆3提供旋转动力,搅拌杆3的底端连接非对称搅拌桨2,该搅拌桨2包括2个C型桨叶21和1个S型桨叶22,C型桨叶21的两端与搅拌杆3固定相连,S型桨叶22的两端与搅拌杆3固定相连,搅拌杆3两侧的重量不同使得搅拌桨2的重心并不与搅拌杆3的轴心重合,确保搅拌杆3静止时倾斜设置。
操作手柄5为由两个横撑51和两个纵撑52构成的框架式操作手柄,机身1穿过操作手柄5的框架中心设置,机身1与操作手柄5的框架之间的间隙内设置偏摆环7,该偏摆环7的外壁对称两侧与操作手柄5的两个横撑51通过横向转轴组件71枢接,该横向转轴组件71包括可转动配合的转轴和轴套,轴套的外壁设有外螺纹,偏摆环7与操作手柄5的横撑51相切的外侧壁上设有适于转轴插入的转轴安装孔,横撑51的相应位置上设有贯穿的螺孔,将套有转轴的轴套从横撑51的外侧旋入螺孔,以使转轴插入偏摆环的转轴安装孔,轴套与横撑51螺纹配合(其他实施例中轴套也可以与横撑紧配合或过盈配合),使得偏摆环7可在操作手柄5的框架内绕转轴旋转;该偏摆环7的内壁对称两侧与机身1通过纵向转轴组件72枢接,该纵向转轴组件72包括可转动配合的转轴和轴套,轴套的外壁设有外螺纹,该偏摆环7在与操作手柄5的横撑51相平行的轴向上同样设有贯穿的螺孔,以使横向转轴组件71和纵向转轴组件72垂直设置,机身1的外侧壁的相应位置上设置适于转轴插入的转轴安装孔,将套有转轴的轴套从偏转环7的外侧旋入螺孔,以使转轴插入机身1的转轴安装孔,轴套与偏转环7螺纹配合(其他实施例中轴套也可以与偏转环7紧配合或过盈配合),使得机身1可在偏转环7内绕转轴旋转。

使用时,如图7所示,将操作手柄5固定置于搅拌容器的上方,搅拌桨2浸入待搅拌的物料内后,搅拌杆3倾斜设置在搅拌容器内,机身1驱动搅拌杆3旋转后,搅拌杆3自转的同时,搅拌桨2遇到粘滞物料的阻力并传递到机身1,使得搅拌杆3绕操作手柄5的中心线摆动,当机身1偏摆至一定程度时,限位卡箍四角中的至少一个的半球形接触部61接触到操作手柄5的横撑51上端面,无法继续偏摆,改变摆动方向,从而限制搅拌桨2的偏摆直径,以对搅拌容器内进行全方位的搅拌,在此过程中无需人手持操作手柄进行操作,实现自动偏摆搅拌。

2.根据权利要求1所述的自偏摆搅拌机,其特征在于,所述偏摆环(7)与操作手柄(5)之间的枢接轴和所述机身(1)与偏摆环(7)之间的枢接轴垂直设置,以使所述机身(1)的摆动方向与所述偏摆环(7)的摆动方向垂直。
