本发明涉及一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱,包括箱体,箱体一侧连接箱门,另一侧设有控制面板,上端设有电机,箱体内设有与电机连接的丝杠,丝杠上设有连接端,连接端两侧对称的设有多组物料托盘,物料托盘外边缘设有挡位板,物料托盘和挡位板内均设有镂空网格,箱体后壁上设有风扇,风扇两侧的箱体后壁上设有加热管,箱体底部设有出水孔。本发明的优点是:利用连接端沿着丝杠上下运动带动物料托盘同时上下运动,加快了烘干效率,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘烤设备,尤其涉及一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱。
背景技术
目前,干燥箱因为其温度条件稳定、烘干质量高、效率快等优点被广泛应用于实验室和化工试验中,但是由于干燥箱中使用加热管对干燥箱内进行加热升温,使得干燥箱内的温度、气流稳定,降低了烘干的速度,影响了烘干效率。
因此,需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱,包括箱体,箱体一侧连接箱门,另一侧设有控制面板,上端设有电机,箱体内设有与电机连接的丝杠,丝杠上设有连接端,连接端两侧对称的设有多组物料托盘,物料托盘外边缘设有挡位板,物料托盘和挡位板内均设有镂空网格,箱体后壁上设有风扇,风扇两侧的箱体后壁上设有加热管,箱体底部设有出水孔。
箱门上设有观察窗。
箱体底部设有支撑脚。
在上述技术方案中,跟现有技术相比所达到的技术效果是:利用连接端沿着丝杠上下运动带动物料托盘同时上下运动,加快了烘干效率,提高了工作效率。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明的一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱,包括箱体1,箱体1一侧连接箱门2,另一侧设有控制面板3,上端设有电机4,箱体1内设有与电机4连接的丝杠5,丝杠5上设有连接端6,连接端6两侧对称的设有多组物料托盘7,物料托盘7外边缘设有挡位板8,挡位板8的设置可以避免物料从物料托盘7中脱离,增强了物料托盘7的实际应用,物料托盘7和挡位板8内均设有镂空网格9,可以使得被烘干的物料中的水分及时排除,加快了烘干的速度,箱体1后壁上设有风扇10,风扇10两侧的箱体后壁上设有加热管11,风扇10和加热管11的配合使用,使得加热管11加热产生的热气均匀分布到箱体1内部,提高了需要被烘干的物料的烘干速度;箱体1底部设有出水孔12,可以使得被排除的水分及时排出,保证了箱体1内的干燥,箱门2上设有观察窗13,箱体1底部设有支撑脚14。

1.一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱,其特征在于:包括箱体,所述箱体一侧连接箱门,另一侧设有控制面板,上端设有电机,所述箱体内设有与电机连接的丝杠,所述丝杠上设有连接端,所述连接端两侧对称的设有多组物料托盘,所述物料托盘外边缘设有挡位板,所述物料托盘和挡位板内均设有镂空网格,所述箱体后壁上设有风扇,所述风扇两侧的箱体后壁上设有加热管,所述箱体底部设有出水孔。
