本发明涉及一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱，包括箱体，箱体一侧连接箱门，另一侧设有控制面板，上端设有电机，箱体内设有与电机连接的丝杠，丝杠上设有连接端，连接端两侧对称的设有多组物料托盘，物料托盘外边缘设有挡位板，物料托盘和挡位板内均设有镂空网格，箱体后壁上设有风扇，风扇两侧的箱体后壁上设有加热管，箱体底部设有出水孔。本发明的优点是：利用连接端沿着丝杠上下运动带动物料托盘同时上下运动，加快了烘干效率，提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘烤设备，尤其涉及一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱。
背景技术
目前，干燥箱因为其温度条件稳定、烘干质量高、效率快等优点被广泛应用于实验室和化工试验中，但是由于干燥箱中使用加热管对干燥箱内进行加热升温，使得干燥箱内的温度、气流稳定，降低了烘干的速度，影响了烘干效率。
因此，需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱，包括箱体，箱体一侧连接箱门，另一侧设有控制面板，上端设有电机，箱体内设有与电机连接的丝杠，丝杠上设有连接端，连接端两侧对称的设有多组物料托盘，物料托盘外边缘设有挡位板，物料托盘和挡位板内均设有镂空网格，箱体后壁上设有风扇，风扇两侧的箱体后壁上设有加热管，箱体底部设有出水孔。
箱门上设有观察窗。
箱体底部设有支撑脚。
在上述技术方案中，跟现有技术相比所达到的技术效果是：利用连接端沿着丝杠上下运动带动物料托盘同时上下运动，加快了烘干效率，提高了工作效率。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一：
如图1所示，本发明的一种改进的二极管电热干燥箱，包括箱体1，箱体1一侧连接箱门2，另一侧设有控制面板3，上端设有电机4，箱体1内设有与电机4连接的丝杠5，丝杠5上设有连接端6，连接端6两侧对称的设有多组物料托盘7，物料托盘7外边缘设有挡位板8，挡位板8的设置可以避免物料从物料托盘7中脱离，增强了物料托盘7的实际应用，物料托盘7和挡位板8内均设有镂空网格9，可以使得被烘干的物料中的水分及时排除，加快了烘干的速度，箱体1后壁上设有风扇10，风扇10两侧的箱体后壁上设有加热管11，风扇10和加热管11的配合使用，使得加热管11加热产生的热气均匀分布到箱体1内部，提高了需要被烘干的物料的烘干速度；箱体1底部设有出水孔12，可以使得被排除的水分及时排出，保证了箱体1内的干燥，箱门2上设有观察窗13，箱体1底部设有支撑脚14。
