本发明公开了一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,包括:三通阀、缓存仓、第一泵、第一壳体、循环管道、导流管、蓄水池和第二壳体。缓存仓用于存储发动机尾气,避免在对第一壳体进行活性再生时,发动机尾气直接排出对大气造成污染。循环管道环绕在第一壳体的外周,有利于循环管道内的净化液吸收第一壳体内发动机尾气残留的温度,从而提高净化液的活性;且发动机尾气进入循环管道进行第二次处理时,尾气中残存的温度可对第一壳体4进行保温,避免第一壳体内温度过低导致发动机尾气中的油性颗粒凝固在过滤器上,影响过滤器的活性。蓄水池内的筛板上设多个尖刺,尖刺可刺破清水中的气泡,从而提高尾气与清水的混合程度,对尾气进行充分净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及尾气处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统。
背景技术
目前,各种规格发动机尾气排放中都产生的黑烟微粒子(PM)和氮氧化物(Nox)等有害气体,随着机动设备的逐渐普及,全球范围内的有害气体的排放量越来越多,如果这些有毒气体不加处理就排放到大气中,就会导致的安装于发动机排气管道的自动化机械装置。
现有技术中的尾气净化设备普遍存在着以下的几点缺陷:1、净化设备对油品的含硫量要求高;2、催化剂易中毒而导致净化功能很快失效;3、电加热装置耗电过大;4、直接对过滤体燃烧再生,容易毁坏过滤体;5、排气背压明显加大,引起发动机油耗增加;6、产品制造成本高,从而销售价格高,不能适应市场要求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统。
本发明提出的车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,包括:三通阀、缓存仓、第一泵、第一壳体、循环管道、导流管、蓄水池和第二壳体;
三通阀的输入端连接发动机的尾气排出口,三通阀的第一输出端连通第一壳体的输入口,三通阀的第二输出端连通缓存仓的输入口,缓存仓的输出口通过第一泵与第一壳体的输入口连通,循环管道环绕在第一壳体外周,且其输出口与输入口均位于第一壳体上方;第一壳体下方,靠近输入口的一端设有出液口;第一壳体的输出口连通循环管道的输入口;第一壳体内位于输入口与输出口之间设有至少一个过滤器,循环管道内填充有净化液;
导流管一端与循环管道的输出端连通,其另一端插入蓄水池并位于蓄水池中的液面以下;蓄水池上位于液面以上设有出气口,出气口处设有与第二壳体连通的管道,第二壳体内填充有活性炭。
优选地,还包括显示器,所述第一壳体内靠近输入口的一侧设置有第一压力传感器,显示器与第一压力传感器连接并用于显示第一压力传感器的检测值。
优选地,所述缓存仓内设置有第二压力传感器,显示器还与第二压力传感器连接用于显示第二压力传感器的检测值。
优选地,所述循环管道内设有至少一块混合板,混合板边缘与循环管道内壁无缝连接,混合板上设有多个透气孔,每个透气孔上均设有至少一个尖刺。
优选地,第一壳体的输出口与循环管道输入口的连通管道上设有反向泵,其可将循环管道内的净化液泵入第一壳体内;循环管道上设有可重新加入净化液的进液口。
优选地,所述蓄水池内设置有筛板,筛板的边缘与蓄水池内壁无缝连接,导流管插入蓄水池的一端穿过筛板,筛板上靠近蓄水池底部的一侧设有多个尖刺。
优选地,还包括脱附机构,其包裹在第二壳体的外周,脱附机构内填充有导热油。
优选地,所述第二壳体上设置有进气口和排气口,进气口与蓄水池上的出气口连通,进气口和排气口位于第二壳体相对的两侧。

本发明中,设置有缓存仓,其用于将发动机尾气导入缓存仓内进行存储,避免在对第一壳体进行活性再生时,发动机尾气直接排出对大气造成污染。
本发明中,采用循环管道环绕在第一壳体外周的方式,有利于循环管道内的净化液吸收第一壳体内发动机尾气残留的温度,从而提高净化液的活性;且发动机尾气进入循环管道进行第二次处理时,尾气中残存的温度可对第一壳体4进行保温,避免第一壳体内温度过低导致发动机尾气中的油性颗粒凝固在过滤器上,影响过滤器的活性。
本发明中,工作人员可根据显示器上显示的第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器的检测值,实时控制三通阀的工作状态,以达到对尾气更有效的处理效果。且本发明仅采用了一套尾气处理设备,大大节约了生产成本。

参照图1,本发明提出的车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,包括:三通阀1、缓存仓2、第一泵3、第一壳体4、循环管道5、导流管6、蓄水池7和第二壳体8。
三通阀1的输入端连接发动机的尾气排出口,三通阀1的第一输出端连通第一壳体4的输入口,三通阀1的第二输出端连通缓存仓2的输入口,缓存仓2的输出口通过第一泵3与第一壳体4的输入口连通。
循环管道5环绕在第一壳体4外周,循环管道5内填充有净化液,且其输出口与输入口均位于第一壳体4上方,以防止循环管道5内的净化液由于气压高低的变化而导致外溢。第一壳体4内位于输入口与输出口之间设有至少一个过滤器16,用于截留发动机尾气中的油性颗粒和毒性物质;第一壳体4的下方,靠近输入口的一端设有出液口17,用于排出第一壳体4内清洗产生的废液;第一壳体4的输出口连通循环管道5的输入口,用于将第一壳体4内经过第一次处理的尾气导入循环管道5内,便于对尾气进行第二次处理。
本实施方式中,采用循环管道5环绕在第一壳体4外周的方式,有利于循环管道5内的净化液吸收第一壳体4内发动机尾气残留的温度,从而提高净化液的活性;且发动机尾气进入循环管道5进行第二次处理时,尾气中残存的温度可对第一壳体4进行保温,避免第一壳体4内温度过低导致发动机尾气中的油性颗粒凝固在过滤器16上,影响过滤器16的活性。
循环管道5内设有至少一块混合板11,混合板11边缘与循环管道5内壁无缝连接,混合板11上设有多个透气孔,每个透气孔上均设有至少一个尖刺。如此,当气泡通过混合板11时,透气孔和尖刺可刺破气泡,以提高发动机尾气和净化液的混合程度,从而提高对尾气的净化效率。
第一壳体4的输出口与循环管道5输入口的连通管道上设有反向泵19,用于将循环管道5内的净化液泵入第一壳体4内,对过滤器16上截留的油性颗粒进行冲洗,避免油性颗粒堵塞过滤器16而影响其活性;循环管道5上设有可加入净化液的进液口18,如此,工作人员可在第一壳体4清洗完成后重新加入净化液,以保证其对尾气的净化效率。
导流管6的一端与循环管道5的输出端连通,其另一端插入蓄水池并位于蓄水池7中的液面以下。蓄水池7为密封结构,其中填充有清水,用于对多次处理后尾气进行水洗。
蓄水池7内设置有筛板12,筛板12的边缘与蓄水池7内壁无缝连接,导流管6插入蓄水池7的一端穿过筛板12,筛板12上靠近蓄水池7底部的一侧设有多个尖刺。如此,尖刺可刺破蓄水池7中产生的气泡,从而提高尾气与清水的混合程度,对尾气进行充分净化。
蓄水池7上位于液面以上设有出气口,出气口处设有与第二壳体8连通的管道,用于将经过水洗后的尾气导入第二壳体8内,第二壳体8内填充有活性炭,其可对水洗后的尾气中包含的有害成分以及水分残留进行吸附,以提高气体的安全排放质量。
第二壳体8上设置有进气口和排气口14,进气口与蓄水池7上的出气口连通,用于将经过蓄水池7净化后的气体导入第二壳体8内;进气口和排气口14位于第二壳体8相对的两侧,风扇15安装在排气口14处。风扇可加速第二壳体8内活性炭对尾气中残留的有害物质和水分的吸附,经过吸附处理后的气体经由排气口14排出。
本实施方式中,还包括脱附机构13,其包裹在第二壳体8的外周,脱附机构13内填充有导热油。导热油作为稳定的热源,用于对第二壳体8内尾气中残留的水分进行蒸发,蒸发后的水汽经由排气口14排出。
第一壳体4内靠近输入口的一侧设置有第一压力传感器9,用于检测第一壳体4内的气压,缓存仓2内设置有第二压力传感器10,用于检测缓存仓2内的气压,第一压力传感器9和第二压力传感器10分别与显示器连接,工作人员可根据显示器上显示的气压值手动调节三通阀1的工作状态。
当显示器上第一压力传感器9的检测值到达最高值时,工作人员可调节三通阀1的第一输出端关闭,并开启其第二输出端,发动机尾气进入缓存仓2内进行存储,避免尾气直接排出而造成大气污染。同时,工作人员调节反向泵19开启,将循环管道5内的净化液泵入第一壳体4内,对过滤器16进行冲洗,避免过滤器16上残存的油性颗粒影响过滤器16的活性,冲洗产生的废液经由第一壳体4上的排液口17排出,防止废液积淀在第一壳体4内影响其对发动机尾气的处理效果。冲洗完成后,工作人员可控制第一泵3开启,本实施方式中,第一泵3采用真空泵,用于将缓存仓2内存储的发动机尾气泵入第一壳体4内,便于对尾气进行处理。当显示器上显示第二压力传感器10的检测值为零时,工作人员可调节三通阀1的第二输出端关闭,并开启其第一输出端,使发动机尾气重新经过第一输出端进入第一壳体4内进行处理。

Claims (9)
1.一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,包括:三通阀(1)、缓存仓(2)、第一泵(3)、第一壳体(4)、循环管道(5)、导流管(6)、蓄水池(7)和第二壳体(8);
三通阀(1)的输入端连接发动机的尾气排出口,三通阀(1)的第一输出端连通第一壳体(4)的输入口,三通阀的第二输出端连通缓存仓(2)的输入口,缓存仓(2)的输出口通过第一泵(3)与第一壳体(4)的输入口连通,循环管道(5)环绕在第一壳体(4)外周,且其输出口与输入口均位于第一壳体(4)上方;第一壳体(4)的下方,靠近输入口的一端设有出液口(17);第一壳体(4)的输出口连通循环管道(5)的输入口;第一壳体(4)内位于输入口与输出口之间设有至少一个过滤器(16),循环管道(5)内填充有净化液;
导流管(6)一端与循环管道(5)的输出口连通,其另一端插入蓄水池并位于蓄水池(7)中的液面以下;蓄水池(7)上位于液面以上设有出气口,出气口处设有与第二壳体(8)连通的管道,第二壳体(8)内填充有活性炭。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,还包括显示器,所述第一壳体(4)内靠近输入口的一侧设置有第一压力传感器(9),显示器与第一压力传感器(9)连接并用于显示第一压力传感器(9)的检测值。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,所述缓存仓(2)内设置有第二压力传感器(10),显示器还与第二压力传感器(10)连接用于显示第二压力传感器(10)的检测值。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,所述循环管道(5)内设有至少一块混合板(11),混合板(11)边缘与循环管道(5)内壁无缝连接,混合板(11)上设有多个透气孔,每个透气孔上均设有至少一个尖刺。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,第一壳体(4)的输出口与循环管道(5)输入口的连通管道上设有反向泵(19),其可将循环管道(5)内的净化液泵入第一壳体(4)内;循环管道(5)上设有可重新加入净化液的进液口(18)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,所述蓄水池(7)内设置有筛板(12),筛板(12)的边缘与蓄水池(7)内壁无缝连接,导流管(6)插入蓄水池(7)的一端穿过筛板(12),筛板(12)上靠近蓄水池(7)底部的一侧设有多个尖刺。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,还包括脱附机构(13),其包裹在第二壳体(8)的外周,脱附机构(13)内填充有导热油。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,所述第二壳体(8)上设置有进气口和排气口(14),进气口与蓄水池(7)上的出气口连通,进气口和排气口(14)位于第二壳体(8)相对的两侧。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种车辆发动机余热利用尾气处理系统,其特征在于,还包括风扇(15),风扇(15)安装在排气口(14)处。
