Abstract
本发明提供了一种可净化废气的柴油发电机组。其包括柴油发电机和净化装置,所述净化装置包括:水管换热器,所述水管换热器包括水套,所述水套的进气端与所述柴油发电机的排气管相连;净化室,所述净化室内填充有活性炭和三元催化剂,所述水套绕设在所述净化室的外壁,所述净化室的一端与所述水套的出气端相连;和喷淋室,所述喷淋室中设有喷淋液箱和雾化喷头,所述喷淋室的进气口与所述净化室的另一端连接,所述雾化喷头的上方设有混合旋流器。本发明的柴油发电机组可对废气净化处理,减少污染;并增加水管换热器,既降低了废气的温度,又充分利用废气的热量加热水套,节约能源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及柴油发电机技术领域,尤其涉及一种可净化废气的柴油发电机组。
背景技术
发电机是将其他形式的能源转换成电能的机械设备,它由水轮机、汽轮机、柴油机或其他动力机械驱动,将水流,气流,燃料燃烧或原子核裂变产生的能量转化为机械能传给发电机,再由发电机转换为电能。柴油发电机是以柴油等为燃料,以柴油机为原动机带动发电机发电的动力机械。
现有的柴油发电机组净化废气的功能较差,污染严重。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种可净化废气的柴油发电机组,该柴油发电机组可对废气净化处理,减少污染;并增加水管换热器,既降低了废气的温度,又充分利用废气的热量加热水套,节约能源。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种可净化废气的柴油发电机组,包括柴油发电机和净化装置,所述净化装置包括:
水管换热器,所述水管换热器包括水套,所述水套的进气端与所述柴油发电机的排气管相连;
净化室,所述净化室内填充有活性炭和三元催化剂,所述水套绕设在所述净化室的外壁,所述净化室的一端与所述水套的出气端相连;
和喷淋室,所述喷淋室中设有喷淋液箱和雾化喷头,所述喷淋室的进气口与所述净化室的另一端连接,所述雾化喷头的上方设有混合旋流器。
其中,所述水套包覆有聚氨酯泡沫材料层。
其中,所述喷淋室底部设有排污口。
其中,所述喷淋液箱设有自动加液装置。
其中,所述柴油发电机包括油箱,所述油箱中设有油量检测装置,所述油量检测装置包括:
油位检测传感器,用于检测柴油的余量,并转化为电信号;
A/D转换模块,用于接收所述油位检测传感器的电信号,并进行数字化,然后输出信号;
显示装置,用于接收所述A/D转换模块的输出信号,并显示柴油的余量;
和电源电路,用于给所述油位检测传感器、A/D转换模块和显示装置提供电能。
其中,所述柴油发电机的底部设有底座,所述底座包括底板和位于所述底板上的垫板,所述底板和所述垫板之间设有弹性装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的可净化废气的柴油发电机组,包括柴油发电机和净化装置,所述净化装置包括:水管换热器,所述水管换热器包括水套,所述水套的进气端与所述柴油发电机的排气管相连;净化室,所述净化室内填充有活性炭和三元催化剂,所述水套绕设在所述净化室的外壁,所述净化室的一端与所述水套的出气端相连;和喷淋室,所述喷淋室中设有喷淋液箱和雾化喷头,所述喷淋室的进气口与所述净化室的另一端连接,所述雾化喷头的上方设有混合旋流器。水管换热器既可以降低废气的温度,又可以充分利用废气的热量加热水套;净化室中的活性炭可吸附废气的有毒物质、三元催化剂可增加废气中一氧化碳、氮氧化合物等的活性,进行氧化还原化学反应,生产无害气体;喷淋室中的药液通过雾化喷头形成雾状与废气充分接触,除去废气中的二氧化硫等有毒气体,并在此冷却废气;本发明的柴油发电机组油发电机组可对废气净化处理,减少污染;并增加水管换热器,既降低了废气的温度,又充分利用废气的热量加热水套,节约能源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1及实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种可净化废气的柴油发电机组,包括柴油发电机1和净化装置,所述净化装置包括:水管换热器21,所述水管换热器21包括水套,所述水套的进气端与所述柴油发电机1的排气管11相连;净化室22,所述净化室22内填充有活性炭和三元催化剂,所述水套绕设在所述净化室22的外壁,所述净化室22的一端与所述水套的出气端相连;和喷淋室23,所述喷淋室23中设有喷淋液箱和雾化喷头231,所述喷淋室23的进气口与所述净化室22的另一端连接,所述雾化喷头231的上方设有混合旋流器232。
水管换热器21既可以降低废气的温度,又可以充分利用废气的热量加热水套;净化室22中的活性炭可吸附废气的有毒物质、三元催化剂可增加废气中一氧化碳、氮氧化合物等的活性,进行氧化还原化学反应,生产无害气体;喷淋室23中的药液通过雾化喷头231形成雾状与废气充分接触,除去废气中的二氧化硫等有毒气体,并在此冷却废气;净化后的潮湿废气进入混合旋流器232中,烟气的微粒和水份在离心力的作用下被甩向喷淋室23的内壁,除去废气中的微粒和水份;本发明的柴油发电机组可对废气净化处理,减少污染;并增加水管换热器21,既降低了废气的温度,又充分利用废气的热量加热水套,节约能源。
其中,所述水套包覆有聚氨酯泡沫材料层,所述喷淋室23底部设有排污口,所述喷淋液箱设有自动加液装置。聚氨酯泡沫材料层具有良好的保温性能和缓冲性能,可以对水管换热器21进行保温和保护,排污口可以对雾化后的废液进行排出,自动加热装置可以向喷淋液箱中自动加液,无需人工。
其中,所述柴油发电机1包括油箱,所述油箱中设有油量检测装置,所述油量检测装置包括:油位检测传感器,用于检测柴油的余量,并转化为电信号;A/D转换模块,用于接收所述油位检测传感器的电信号,并进行数字化,然后输出信号;显示装置,用于接收所述A/D转换模块的输出信号,并显示柴油的余量;和电源电路,用于给所述油位检测传感器、A/D转换模块和显示装置提供电能。
油量检测装置可以检测油箱中的柴油余量,将油量显示出来,方便观察柴油的余量,确保正常不间断发电,也可避免因油量不足而造成柴油发电机1的损坏。
所述柴油发电机1的底部设有底座,所述底座包括底板31和垫板33,所述底板31和所述垫板33之间设有弹性装置32。底板31和垫板33之间设有弹性装置32,对柴油发电机1有减振作用。

1.一种可净化废气的柴油发电机组,包括柴油发电机(1)和净化装置,其特征在于,所述净化装置包括:
水管换热器(21),所述水管换热器(21)包括水套,所述水套的进气端与所述柴油发电机(1)的排气管(11)相连;
净化室(22),所述净化室(22)内填充有活性炭和三元催化剂,所述水套绕设在所述净化室(22)的外壁,所述净化室(22)的一端与所述水套的出气端相连;和
喷淋室(23),所述喷淋室(23)中设有喷淋液箱和雾化喷头(231),所述喷淋室(23)的进气口与所述净化室(22)的另一端连接,所述雾化喷头(231)的上方设有混合旋流器(232)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机组,其特征在于,所述水套包覆有聚氨酯泡沫材料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机组,其特征在于,所述喷淋室(23)底部设有排污口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机组,其特征在于,所述喷淋液箱设有自动加液装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机组,其特征在于,所述柴油发电机(1)包括油箱,所述油箱中设有油量检测装置,所述油量检测装置包括:
油位检测传感器,用于检测柴油的余量,并转化为电信号;
A/D转换模块,用于接收所述油位检测传感器的电信号,并进行数字化,然后输出信号;
显示装置,用于接收所述A/D转换模块的输出信号,并显示柴油的余量;和
电源电路,用于给所述油位检测传感器、A/D转换模块和显示装置提供电能。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机组,其特征在于,所述柴油发电机(1)的底部设有底座,所述底座包括底板(31)和位于底板(31)上的垫板(33),所述底板(31)和所述垫板(33)之间设有弹性装置(32)。
