本发明公开了一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括外壳,所述外壳的一端焊接有排气管,且外壳的内部底端一侧固定安装有除尘装置,所述排气管的输出端与除尘装置的进气端固定连接,所述外壳的顶部固定安装有发电机本体,且排气管的内部顶端安装有与发电机本体传动连接的汽轮,所述外壳的内部固定安装有反应罐,且除尘装置的出气端通过管道垂直伸入反应罐内部,所述反应罐的顶部和底部均镶嵌有贯穿外壳的散热翅片,且反应罐的内部顶端外侧镶嵌有吸音岩棉,所述反应罐一侧顶端设有贯穿外壳的出气管。该装置结构设计简单合理,操作方便,尾气处理效果好,功能多样,安全稳定,节能环保,适用范围广,有利于推广和普及。

技术领域
本发明属于尾气处理技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车尾气处理装置。
背景技术
随着汽车业的快速发展,汽车逐渐成为了人们日常生活中不可或缺的产品,它在为人们带来便利的同时,也不可避免地带来了一系列环境问题。尤其是尾气污染,它是直接导致空气污染的“头号杀手”,严重威胁人们的身体健康。汽车排放的尾气污染物(一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、二氧化硫、烟尘微粒、臭气)会引起人体多种疾病、加重温室效应、造成能源消耗。目前,对车用柴油机进行尾气处理时,尾气会含有大量的热能,管壁受热会降低使用寿命,同时现有技术中的尾气处理装置大多功能单一,不能满足热门的需求,不利于广泛的推广和普及。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气处理装置,结构设计简单合理,操作方便,尾气处理效果好,功能多样,安全稳定,节能环保,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括外壳,所述外壳的一端焊接有排气管,且外壳的内部底端一侧固定安装有除尘装置,所述排气管的输出端与除尘装置的进气端固定连接,所述外壳的顶部固定安装有发电机本体,且排气管的内部顶端安装有与发电机本体传动连接的汽轮,所述外壳的内部固定安装有反应罐,且除尘装置的出气端通过管道垂直伸入反应罐内部,所述反应罐的顶部和底部均镶嵌有贯穿外壳的散热翅片,且反应罐的内部顶端外侧镶嵌有吸音岩棉,所述反应罐一侧顶端设有贯穿外壳的出气管,且出气管的端部连接有烟囱,且烟囱的内部填充有活性炭。
优选的,所述外壳的正面一侧铰接有带机械锁的柜门,且柜门的外侧粘贴有密封垫圈。
优选的,所述外壳的正面位于反应罐的外端分别设有与反应罐连通的加料管和带有刻度线的透视窗。
优选的,所述除尘装置包括壳体,且壳体的内部上下交错设置有至少三组挡板,所述挡板的表面均粘贴有电极板,且上下两组挡板表面的电极板通电电极相反。
优选的,所述管道为开口向下的U字型,且管道的输出端伸入反应罐的内部底端。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过除尘装置中挡板表面的电极板可以有效的利用磁场吸附灰尘,而反应罐中加入催化剂或者溶剂可以有效的对汽车尾气中的有害气体进行处理;
2、通过汽轮配合发电机本体可以有效的利用尾气进行发电,节能环保,而利用散热翅片和吸音岩棉可以有效的散发汽车尾气的热量和降低噪音污染;
3、通过内部填充活性炭的烟囱可以对汽车尾气进一步的处理,同时透视窗可以便于观察反应罐中的催化剂或者溶剂的剩余量。

本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括外壳1,所述外壳1的一端焊接有排气管2,且外壳1的内部底端一侧固定安装有除尘装置3,所述排气管2的输出端与除尘装置3的进气端固定连接,所述外壳1的顶部固定安装有发电机本体5,且排气管2的内部顶端安装有与发电机本体5传动连接的汽轮4,所述外壳1的内部固定安装有反应罐6,且除尘装置3的出气端通过管道7垂直伸入反应罐6内部,所述反应罐6的顶部和底部均镶嵌有贯穿外壳1的散热翅片8,且反应罐6的内部顶端外侧镶嵌有吸音岩棉9,所述反应罐6一侧顶端设有贯穿外壳1的出气管10,且出气管10的端部连接有烟囱11,且烟囱11的内部填充有活性炭。
具体的,所述外壳1的正面一侧铰接有带机械锁的柜门12,且柜门12的外侧粘贴有密封垫圈。通过带机械锁的柜门12可以便于对该尾气处理装置进行维护,同时便于清除除尘装置3内的灰尘,而密封垫圈可以提高外壳1的密封性。
具体的,所述外壳1的正面位于反应罐6的外端分别设有与反应罐6连通的加料管13和带有刻度线的透视窗14。利用加料管3可以便于添加一汽车尾气反应的催化剂或者溶剂,而透视窗14可以便于观察反应罐6内催化剂或者溶剂的存储量。
具体的,所述除尘装置3包括壳体31,且壳体31的内部上下交错设置有至少三组挡板32,所述挡板32的表面均粘贴有电极板,且上下两组挡板32表面的电极板通电电极相反。利用挡板和其表面通有相反电极的电极板可以理由磁场有效的吸附汽车尾气中的灰尘,同时降低尾气的流速。
具体的,所述管道7为开口向下的U字型,且管道7的输出端伸入反应罐6的内部底端。利用开口向下的U字型管道7伸入反应罐6内一方面可以防止反应罐6内催化剂或者溶剂流到管道7内,另一方面可以保证汽车尾气与反应罐6内催化剂或者溶剂充分反应。
工作原理:使用时,发动机产生的尾气通过排气管2进入外壳1内的除尘装置3中,同时尾气经过汽轮4的时候会带动汽轮4转动,使发电机本体5发电,尾气进入除尘装置3中的壳体31内,经过挡板32可以降低尾气流速,同时挡板32表面的电极板通电可以有效的去除尾气中的灰尘,去除灰尘后的尾气通过管道7进入反应罐6内与催化剂或者溶剂进行反应,消除尾气中的有害气体,最后从出气管10通入烟囱11内利用活性炭进一步处理尾气后排出,吸引岩棉9和散热翅片8可以有效的散发汽车尾气的热量和降低噪音污染,该装置结构设计简单合理,操作方便,尾气处理效果好,功能多样,安全稳定,节能环保,适用范围广,有利于推广和普及。

1.一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的一端焊接有排气管(2),且外壳(1)的内部底端一侧固定安装有除尘装置(3),所述排气管(2)的输出端与除尘装置(3)的进气端固定连接,所述外壳(1)的顶部固定安装有发电机本体(5),且排气管(2)的内部顶端安装有与发电机本体(5)传动连接的汽轮(4),所述外壳(1)的内部固定安装有反应罐(6),且除尘装置(3)的出气端通过管道(7)垂直伸入反应罐(6)内部,所述反应罐(6)的顶部和底部均镶嵌有贯穿外壳(1)的散热翅片(8),且反应罐(6)的内部顶端外侧镶嵌有吸音岩棉(9),所述反应罐(6)一侧顶端设有贯穿外壳(1)的出气管(10),且出气管(10)的端部连接有烟囱(11),且烟囱(11)的内部填充有活性炭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的正面一侧铰接有带机械锁的柜门(12),且柜门(12)的外侧粘贴有密封垫圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的正面位于反应罐(6)的外端分别设有与反应罐(6)连通的加料管(13)和带有刻度线的透视窗(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述除尘装置(3)包括壳体(31),且壳体(31)的内部上下交错设置有至少三组挡板(32),所述挡板(32)的表面均粘贴有电极板,且上下两组挡板(32)表面的电极板通电电极相反。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述管道(7)为开口向下的U字型,且管道(7)的输出端伸入反应罐(6)的内部底端。
