Abstract
本发明公开一种不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,包括陶土砖、不锈钢杆和铝合金挂件,所述陶土砖交错排列,相邻两块陶土砖交错处设有孔洞,所述不锈钢杆通过孔洞贯穿陶土砖,上下相邻的陶土砖之间安装垫片,在竖直方向上间隔一定数量的陶土砖设有一个铝合金挂件,所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接,在所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接处相邻的上下两块陶土砖均有缺口,两块陶土砖上的缺口形成的空间用于容纳所述铝合金挂件。本发明解决了出现面板脱落、出现裂纹的问题;另外,不锈钢杆支撑幕墙系统三维方向均可调节。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于支撑结构技术领域,具体涉及一种不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统。
背景技术
陶土砖是中国几千年来最普遍应用的建筑砌墙材料。随着工业的进步,新一代的陶土砖采用高温烧制,并运用现代化工业制造流程,将其功用改为外墙黏贴。施工工艺:①基层处理,将墙身按建筑要求作找平层,并作好防水处理。②放线,确定砖与砖的灰缝距离,在干燥的找平层上按铺贴设计要求和砖的实际规格弹出分格线。③铺贴,用灰匙把粘结剂抹在砖的背部,然后按分格线铺在墙上,再进行填缝,勾缝。④清洗保养,待砖缝凝固到一定强度后,用清水从上至下全面冲洗干净。
但是也存在很多问题,(1)容易出现暴晒开裂、面板脱落伤人等安全问题;(2)灌浆中的盐碱等色素对面板造成了渗透污染,影响美观效果;(3)灌浆工序繁琐,影响施工周期,且受工人技术影响,质量难以保证;(4)施工易受气候影响。
发明内容
为了解决传统陶土砖湿贴工艺的技术缺点,本发明提供一种不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,包括陶土砖、不锈钢杆和铝合金挂件,所述陶土砖交错排列,相邻两块陶土砖交错处设有孔洞,所述不锈钢杆通过孔洞贯穿陶土砖,上下相邻的陶土砖之间安装垫片,在竖直方向上间隔一定数量的陶土砖设有一个铝合金挂件,所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接,在所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接处相邻的上下两块陶土砖均有缺口,两块陶土砖上的缺口形成的空间用于容纳所述铝合金挂件。
优选地,所述不锈钢杆包括多个支杆单元,所述相邻支杆单元之间通过螺纹套管连接。
优选地,所述铝合金挂件一端与不锈钢杆通过限位螺栓连接,所述铝合金挂件另一端通过不锈钢螺栓与热浸镀锌钢方管连接。
优选地,所述铝合金挂件为“L”形结构。
本发明有益效果是:(1)利用耐腐蚀的螺栓和柔性连接件,在风力和地震力的作用下允许产生适量的变位,以吸收部分风力和地震张力。解决了出现面板脱落、出现裂纹的问题,减轻建筑物自重,提高抗震性能,并且可以有效预防饰面板脱落伤人事故的发生。
(2)面板与结构之间留有空地,有效地防止灌浆中的盐碱等色素对石材的渗透污染,提高其装饰质量和观感效果;且不锈钢杆支撑幕墙系统三维方向均可调节,比传统湿贴工艺更加灵活,能够整体把控,保证墙面平整,达到整个墙体的美观效果。
(3)相比传统湿贴工艺免除了灌浆工序,且可进行分项施工,可缩短施工周期;在一定程度上改善了施工人员的劳动条件,减轻了劳动强度,也有助于加快工程进度;
(4)少受气候变化影响,节约冬施、雨施费用。

结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,包括陶土砖、不锈钢杆和铝合金挂件,所述陶土砖交错排列,相邻两块陶土砖交错处设有孔洞,所述不锈钢杆通过孔洞贯穿陶土砖,上下相邻的陶土砖之间安装垫片,在竖直方向上间隔一定数量的陶土砖设有一个铝合金挂件,所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接,在所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接处相邻的上下两块陶土砖均有缺口,两块陶土砖上的缺口形成的空间用于容纳所述铝合金挂件。
如图1所示,一种不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,包括陶土砖、不锈钢杆和铝合金挂件,本实施例中,陶土砖为厚干挂陶土砖5,相邻两块厚干挂陶土砖5交错处均设有孔洞,所述不锈钢杆6通过孔洞贯穿厚干挂陶土砖5,使上下陶土砖固定,且上下相邻的厚干挂陶土砖5之间安装垫片,并在孔洞处实现水平、竖直方向的限位,优选地,所述垫片为厚尼龙垫片2;在竖直方向上间隔一定数量的陶土砖设有一个铝合金挂件,优选地,铝合金挂件为“L”形结构,该铝合金挂件的一端为铝合金横梁4,所述铝合金横梁4与不锈钢杆6通过限位螺栓连接,实现竖直方向限位,用于控制不锈钢杆竖向的位置,所述铝合金挂件的另一端通过不锈钢螺栓3与热浸镀锌钢方管1连接。
本实施例中,螺纹套筒为不锈钢螺纹套筒7,所述相邻支杆单元之间通过不锈钢螺纹套管7连接,另外还包括墙面保温层8。

1.一种不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,其特征在于,包括陶土砖、不锈钢杆和铝合金挂件,所述陶土砖交错排列,相邻两块陶土砖交错处设有孔洞,所述不锈钢杆通过孔洞贯穿陶土砖,上下相邻的陶土砖之间安装垫片,在竖直方向上间隔一定数量的陶土砖设有一个铝合金挂件,所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接,在所述铝合金挂件与不锈钢杆连接处相邻的上下两块陶土砖均有缺口,两块陶土砖上的缺口形成的空间用于容纳所述铝合金挂件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,其特征在于,所述不锈钢杆包括多个支杆单元,所述相邻支杆单元之间通过螺纹套管连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,其特征在于,所述铝合金挂件一端与不锈钢杆通过限位螺栓连接,所述铝合金挂件另一端通过不锈钢螺栓与热浸镀锌钢方管连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的不锈钢杆穿孔支撑系统,其特征在于,所述铝合金挂件为“L”形结构。
