Abstract

本发明公开了一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,是由两层纸页中间夹有硅藻土组成,本发明的制作方法:将一层湿纸页的表面喷涂硅藻土,再在硅藻土的上面覆盖一层湿纸页,然后进行烘干,得到硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸。本发明方法简单,将硅藻土加入纸张中,利用其高孔隙率、比表面积大、吸附性强等特性,制造的水果保鲜纸或纸板可以有效保持果蔬产品的水分和生鲜度,吸收果蔬在运输和储存过程中可能渗漏出的液体和散发出的有害气体,并能阻隔外界异味和其它污染物的渗透,防止蝇虫、细菌等生物体的侵入,从而改善果蔬贮存室内空气环境,有效延长果蔬保鲜期和货架期。

本发明涉及一种纸张,特别涉及一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸。
背景技术
我国硅藻土储量丰富,资源地域分布广,品种类型繁多,其中,吉林长白山地区探明储量是目前发现的中国最大的优质硅藻土资源蕴藏地,也是目前世界上优质硅藻土产地之一,但在硅藻土资源开发利用方面仍处于初级阶段,硅藻土造纸专用制品的研发和应用技术更是远远落后于发达国家。
现有纸张不具有果蔬保鲜特性,普通纸箱果蔬保鲜性差,不能有效保持果蔬产品的水分和生鲜度,不能吸收果蔬在运输和储存过程中可能渗漏出的液体和散发出的有害气体(如乙烯等),不能阻隔外界异味和其它污染物的渗透,防止蝇虫、细菌等生物体的侵入,改善不了果蔬贮存室内空气环境,不能延长果蔬保鲜期和货架期,增加保鲜费用和运输成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决上述现有纸张不具有果蔬保鲜特性,普通纸箱果蔬保鲜性差,不能有效保持果蔬产品的水分和生鲜度,不能吸收果蔬在运输和储存过程中可能渗漏出的液体和散发出的有害气体(如乙烯等),不能阻隔外界异味和其它污染物的渗透,防止蝇虫、细菌等生物体的侵入,改善不了果蔬贮存室内空气环境,不能延长果蔬保鲜期和货架期,增加保鲜费用和运输成本等问题,而提供一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸。
一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,是由两层纸页中间夹有硅藻土组成;
其制作方法如下:
将一层湿纸页的表面喷涂硅藻土,再在硅藻土的上面覆盖一层湿纸页,然后进行烘干,得到硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸;
所述硅藻土为三级硅藻土;
所述在湿纸页的表面喷涂的硅藻土为硅藻土与水的混合物,硅藻土的质量百分比浓度为20%-30%;
所述湿纸页上喷涂的硅藻土为干的硅藻土;
所述硅藻土的质量百分比含量为硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸的3%-10%。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明方法简单,将硅藻土加入纸张中,利用其高孔隙率、比表面积大、吸附性强等特性制造的水果保鲜纸或纸板可以有效保持果蔬产品的水分和生鲜度,吸收果蔬在运输和储存过程中可能渗漏出的液体和散发出的有害气体(如乙烯等),并能阻隔外界异味和其它污染物的渗透,防止蝇虫、细菌等生物体的侵入,从而改善果蔬贮存室内空气环境,有效延长果蔬保鲜期和货架期。

请参阅图1所示,一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,是由两层纸页1中间夹有硅藻土2组成;
其制作方法如下:
将一层湿纸页1的表面喷涂硅藻土2,再在硅藻土2的上面覆盖一层湿纸页1,然后进行烘干,得到硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸;
所述硅藻土2为三级硅藻土;
所述在湿纸页1的表面喷涂的硅藻土2为硅藻土与水的混合物,硅藻土的质量百分比浓度为20%;
所述湿纸页1上喷涂的硅藻土2为干的硅藻土;
所述喷涂的硅藻土2的质量百分比含量为硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸的5%;
保鲜实施例1
选体积为22.5cmX27.5cmX40cm的硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱5个,规格相同普通的纸箱5个,每个箱中分别装入草莓0.5Kg,温度21-22,湿度为35%-40%;
经过5天进行检验,普通的纸箱中草莓状态:50%腐烂;
经过10天进行检验,普通的纸箱中草莓状态:全腐烂;
经过5天进行检验,硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中草莓状态:20%腐烂;
经过10天进行检验,硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中草莓状态:50%腐烂;
硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中草莓要比普通的纸箱中草莓保鲜延期3-5天,保持原有的鲜度及脆性,果蔬的水分、VC含量、糖分、酸度、硬度、色泽、重量等与新采摘状态相差无几,果蔬的质量高,具有市场竞争力;
保鲜实施例2
选体积为22.5cmX27.5cmX40cm的硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱5个,规格相同普通的纸箱5个,每个箱中分别装入香蕉0.5Kg,在温度21-22,湿度为35-40%;
经过5天进行检验,普通的纸箱中香蕉状态:10%变黑;
经过10天进行检验,普通的纸箱中香蕉状态:60%变黑;
经过5天进行检验,硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中香蕉状态:5%变黑;
经过10天进行检验,硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中香蕉状态:30变黑;
硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中香蕉要比普通的纸箱中香蕉保鲜延期5-7天;
保鲜实施例3
体积为22.5cmX27.5cmX40cm的硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱5个,规格相同普通的纸箱5个,每个箱中分别装入黄瓜0.5Kg,在温度21-22,湿度为35-40;
经过5天进行检验,普通的纸箱中黄瓜状态:30%腐烂;
经过10天进行检验,普通的纸箱中黄瓜状态:80%腐烂;
经过5天进行检验,硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中黄瓜状态:5%腐烂;
经过10天进行检验,硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中黄瓜状态:40%腐烂;
硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸箱中黄瓜要比普通的纸箱中黄瓜保鲜延期4-5天。
根据实验证明,硅藻土加添对水果有延长保鲜作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,其特征在于:是由两层纸页(1)中间夹有硅藻土(2)组成;
其制作方法如下:
将一层湿纸页(1)的表面喷涂硅藻土(2),再在硅藻土(2)的上面覆盖一层湿纸页(1),然后进行烘干,得到硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,其特征在于:所述硅藻土(2)为三级硅藻土。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,其特征在于:所述在湿纸页(1)的表面喷涂的硅藻土(2)为硅藻土与水的混合物,硅藻土的质量百分比浓度为20%-30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,其特征在于:所述湿纸页(1)上喷涂的硅藻土(2)为干的硅藻土。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸,其特征在于:所述硅藻土(2)的质量百分比含量为硅藻土果蔬保鲜纸的3%-10%。
