本发明公开了一种双金属自润滑耐磨涂层的喷涂工艺,包括两个喷枪,两个喷枪分别喷涂有色金属材料和超硬合金材料,两个喷枪的喷涂物的射线呈45°夹角设置,喷涂物的交汇点位于球面部件表面对球面部件进行双枪喷涂。本发明这种双金属自润滑耐磨涂层,具有硬度高,含有润滑材料自润滑,能有效提高耐磨性;可以使部件使用寿命大大延长,设备利用率高,大大提高生产量;检修周期长,降低修理成本,提高企业的经济效益;实现了钢铁、水泥、机械、化工等企业的球面易损件的有效再生利用,形成资源的循环,减少对环境的影响。

双金属自润滑耐磨涂层的喷涂工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及耐磨涂层的喷涂领域,具体的是一种双金属自润滑耐磨涂层的喷涂工艺。
背景技术:
在钢铁、水泥、机械、化工等工业企业的生产设备中,含有许多球面易损件。这些球面易损件,按已有老的方法去修复,难度大,工艺复杂,修复成本高,使用寿命短。而这些球面易损件,往往价值高,多数处于流水线生产的关键部位,不能随便停车修复或更换,对企业正常生产起了一定的制约作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种使用寿命长,耐磨性好,更换周期长的双金属自润滑耐磨涂层的喷涂工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
双金属自润滑耐磨涂层的喷涂工艺,包括两个喷枪,其特征在于:
所述两个喷枪分别喷涂有色金属材料和超硬合金材料,两个喷枪的喷涂物的射线呈45°夹角设置,喷涂物的交汇点位于球面部件表面;
工艺包括以下步骤:
a、清理并固定待修的球面部件,使两个喷枪之间的对称面穿过球面部件的圆心;
b、对球面部件进行去疲劳层和预热处理;
c、沿球面部件的球心匀速转动球面部件,同时开启两个喷枪进行均匀喷涂并进行干燥处理;
d、对喷涂过的球面部件进行浸油处理;
e、加工喷涂和浸油处理后的球面部件并检测,得到合格产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明这种双金属自润滑耐磨涂层,具有硬度高,含有润滑材料自润滑,能有效提高耐磨性;
可以使部件使用寿命大大延长,设备利用率高,大大提高生产量;
检修周期长,降低修理成本,提高企业的经济效益;
实现了钢铁、水泥、机械、化工等企业的球面易损件的有效再生利用,形成资源的循环,减少对环境的影响。

下面结合附图,通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明:
双金属自润滑耐磨涂层的喷涂工艺,包括两个喷枪1,两个喷枪1分别喷涂有色金属材料和超硬合金材料,两个喷枪1的喷涂物的射线呈45°夹角设置,喷涂物的交汇点位于球面部件表面;
工艺包括以下步骤:

b、对球面部件进行去疲劳层和预热处理;

工艺包括以下步骤:
a、清理并固定待修的球面部件,使两个喷枪之间的对称面穿过球面部件的圆心;
b、对球面部件进行去疲劳层和预热处理;
c、沿球面部件的球心匀速转动球面部件,同时开启两个喷枪进行均匀喷涂并进行干燥处理;
d、对喷涂过的球面部件进行浸油处理;
e、加工喷涂和浸油处理后的球面部件并检测,得到合格产品。
