本发明涉及一种船用钢材的预处理装置,包括传送辊道,在所述传送辊道上从左到右依次排列有矫平机、预热装置、抛丸除锈机、喷漆装置以及烘干装置,所述传送辊道将钢材从左往右传送,排列在所述传送辊道上的所述矫平机与所述预热装置之间设置有清洁装置。本发明的船用钢材的预处理装置除锈清洁效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢材的处理装置,具体涉及一种船用钢材的预处理装置。
背景技术
制造船舶所用的钢材的预处理是一个重要的环节。航行于海洋上的船舶或海洋结构,一直处于强腐蚀性介质之中,其腐蚀问题十分突出。由此而引起的经济损失是相当严重的。因此,必须采取有效的防腐措施以减少这种腐蚀损失。因此,钢材表面要进行涂装防腐涂层,涂装之前需进行钢材的表面除锈清洁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种除锈清洁效果好的船用钢材的预处理装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种船用钢材的预处理装置,包括传送辊道,在所述传送辊道上从左到右依次排列有矫平机、预热装置、抛丸除锈机、喷漆装置以及烘干装置,所述传送辊道将钢板从左往右传送,排列在所述传送辊道上的所述矫平机与所述预热装置之间设置有清洁装置。
进一步,所述清洁装置为除尘装置或水洗装置。
优选的是,待处理的钢板从所述传送辊道的左端进入传送辊道。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的船用钢材的预处理装置,通过增加了清洁装置,能够防止在经过高温预热后钢板表面沾污的油脂、焊渣、灰尘污物变得硬化而难以清洁,其除锈清洁效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明的最佳实施例是这样的,如图1所示,一种船用钢材的预处理装置,包括传送辊道2,在传送辊道2上从左到右依次排列有矫平机3、预热装置4、抛丸除锈机6、喷漆装置7以及烘干装置8,传送辊道2将钢板从左往右传送,排列在传送辊道2上的矫平机3与预热装置4之间设置有清洁装置4。清洁装置4为除尘装置(图未视)或水洗装置(图未视)。待处理的钢板从传送辊道2的左端进入传送辊道2。本发明把钢板1的输送、矫正、清洁、预热、除锈、喷涂以及烘干的工序所使用的机械装置,按工艺流程用传送辊道2连接起来,组成钢材预处理的自动流水线。

1.一种船用钢材的预处理装置,包括传送辊道,在所述传送辊道上从左到右依次排列有矫平机、预热装置、抛丸除锈机、喷漆装置以及烘干装置,所述传送辊道将钢板从左往右传送,其特征在于:排列在所述传送辊道上的所述矫平机与所述预热装置之间设置有清洁装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用钢材的预处理装置,其特征在于:所述清洁装置为除尘装置或水洗装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用钢材的预处理装置,其特征在于:待处理的钢板从所述传送辊道的左端进入传送辊道。
