本发明公开了一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合基础油、二聚酸二乙氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸异氰酰基乙酯、二乙烯三胺、三苯基硫代磷酸酯、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、对氨基苯甲酸、辛基酚、2,6‑二叔丁基对甲苯酚、复合钙皂稠化剂、抗氧抗腐蚀添加剂、金属钝化剂、极化石墨耐磨添加剂、自修复添加剂增稠剂、铜基复合粉体。本发明提供的润滑脂中添加铜基复合粉体材料,可使轴承表面的摩擦方式由滑动润滑变为滑动滚动复合润滑,降低了润滑脂的摩擦系数,从而减小摩擦阻力,降低了能耗,可减少了轴承在重载、高速、低温状态下工作时的摩擦与机械损伤,延长了轴承的使用寿命,减少了维护成本。

本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物。
背景技术
润滑脂是指半固态的润滑剂,包括以矿物油、植物油和/或其它流体润滑剂乳化的增稠剂,典型地是皂类。润滑脂具有很高的初始粘度,主要满足低转速、高负荷、长周期润滑保护环境。
润滑脂也通过润滑抗磨作用防止表面腐蚀和机械磨损从而保护机械润滑机构,润滑脂帮助分散热量、隔绝固体和液体污染物,并且减少噪音。因此润滑脂除了具有润滑效果外,一般都具有防锈、冷却、清洁、密封和减振等功能。充足的润滑允许设备平稳持续运行,仅有轻微的磨损并且在例如轴承等部件处没有过多的应力或咬粘。当润滑失效时,部件会破坏性地彼此摩擦,造成损坏、发热以及故障。润滑失效是由于润滑剂量不足或粘度不够、持久使用而没有补给产生的退化、过高的温度、带杂质污染物的引入、对于特定应用使用不正确的润滑脂、和/或过度润滑所造成的。
为了确保机构正确地润滑,所用润滑脂对于特定应用必须精确地选择并且施用正确量,以正确的频率施用到润滑机构的正确位置。比如对于轴承来说,影响润滑脂选择的因素例如包括轴承旋转速度、工作温度范围、运行噪音条件、再次润滑间隔、密封、初始扭矩、载荷、运行条件以及环境影响等。
然而现有技术中的润滑脂,其摩擦系数仍然偏大,动润滑运行一定时间后,两相互运动构件之间的润滑效果降低,会出现磨损伤痕,需要定期更换和维修,比较耗时费力,增加了维护成本,而且现有润滑脂基本上不具备自动修复磨损伤痕的能力。

本发明旨在提供了一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物。

一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合基础油40-45份、二聚酸二乙氰酸酯10-16份、甲基丙烯酸异氰酰基乙酯8-15份、二乙烯三胺6-10份、三苯基硫代磷酸酯8-10份、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐4-9份、对氨基苯甲酸5-8份、辛基酚6-9份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚3-6份、复合钙皂稠化剂3-8份、抗氧抗腐蚀添加剂2-5份、金属钝化剂3-5份、极化石墨耐磨添加剂2-4份、自修复添加剂增稠剂3-8份、铜基复合粉体4-8份。
所述复合基础油由以下重量份数的原料聚合组成:精炼制矿物油150BS 20-30份、多基烷基萘12-25份、氟化聚醚9-16份、多烃基酯8-25份组成。
所述复合基础油调制过程为:在炼制釜内加入所述重量份数的精炼制矿物油调和搅拌均匀,再依次加入多基烷基萘氟化聚醚、多烃基酯调和搅拌,取样测定其粘度和粘度指数,合格待用。
所述铜基复合粉体材料的粒径为4-20μm。
所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、纳米铜粉、工业级铜粉、氧化铜或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。
所述的抗氧抗腐蚀添加剂选取酚型、胺型或酚胺型抗氧化抗腐蚀添加剂中的一种或多种;所述的金属钝化剂选取苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或杂环化合物添加剂中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的润滑脂中添加铜基复合粉体材料,可使轴承表面的摩擦方式由滑动润滑变为滑动滚动复合润滑,降低了润滑脂的摩擦系数,从而减小摩擦阻力,降低了能耗,可减少了轴承在重载、高速、低温状态下工作时的摩擦与机械损伤,延长了轴承的使用寿命,减少了维护成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合基础油40-45份、二聚酸二乙氰酸酯10-16份、甲基丙烯酸异氰酰基乙酯8-15份、二乙烯三胺6-10份、三苯基硫代磷酸酯8-10份、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐4-9份、对氨基苯甲酸5-8份、辛基酚6-9份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚3-6份、复合钙皂稠化剂3-8份、抗氧抗腐蚀添加剂2-5份、金属钝化剂3-5份、极化石墨耐磨添加剂2-4份、自修复添加剂增稠剂3-8份、铜基复合粉体4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述复合基础油由以下重量份数的原料聚合组成:精炼制矿物油150BS 20-30份、多基烷基萘12-25份、氟化聚醚9-16份、多烃基酯8-25份组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述复合基础油调制过程为:在炼制釜内加入所述重量份数的精炼制矿物油调和搅拌均匀,再依次加入多基烷基萘氟化聚醚、多烃基酯调和搅拌,取样测定其粘度和粘度指数,合格待用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述铜基复合粉体材料的粒径为4-20μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述铜基复合粉体材料为亚微米铜粉、纳米铜粉、工业级铜粉、氧化铜或氧化亚铜中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型轴承润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述的抗氧抗腐蚀添加剂选取酚型、胺型或酚胺型抗氧化抗腐蚀添加剂中的一种或多种;所述的金属钝化剂选取苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或杂环化合物添加剂中的一种或多种。
