地砖是一种地面装饰材料,也叫地板砖。用黏土烧制而成。规格多种。质坚、容重小,耐压耐磨、能防潮。经上釉处理,起到装饰作用。大多用于公共建筑和民用建筑的地面和楼面。地砖花色品种非常多,可供选择的余地很大,按材质可分为釉面砖、通体砖防滑砖)、抛光砖、玻化砖等。
目前的地砖,主要起装饰作用,无其它功能,不能增加空气中负离子和放射远红外线,从而使室内产生负离子,从而激发室内居住的居民的身体内血液,活化组织细胞,延迟血管老化,分解血管中的有害物质,清除血管障碍,有效畅通血。

为了克服上述所述的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种托玛琳环保地砖及其制作方法,其作用功能比较多,抗压、抗搓能力强,不易变形,不吸水,耐油、耐酸且释放远红外线和负离子效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
一种托玛琳环保地砖,其中,先制作浆料,干燥后烧制成坯料,再在坯料上喷洒釉料进行施釉处理,再高温高压处理;所述浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土20%~30%、赤泥20%~30%、粘土20%~30%、硼砂2%~5%、填料5%~10%、托玛琳粉3%~6%和水10%~20%,所述填料包括聚丙烯。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述托玛琳粉的制作方法包括如下步骤:步骤一、精选托玛琳矿石并且去杂处理,得到精托玛琳;步骤二、将精托玛琳在破碎机上进行粉碎,得到托玛琳颗粒;步骤三、将托玛琳颗粒在研磨机上进行研磨,得到直径为100~230纳米的托玛琳粉。

作为本发明的另一种实施例,所述浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土30%、赤泥20%、粘土20%、硼砂2%、填料5%、托玛琳粉6%、水10%、分散剂3%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂2%。
作为本发明的再一种实施例,所述浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土22%、赤泥20%、粘土23%、硼砂4%、填料6%、托玛琳粉5%、水11%、分散剂4%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂3%。
一种托玛琳环保地砖的制作方法,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将高岭土、赤泥、粘土、硼砂、填料、托玛琳粉和水混合,搅拌均匀;
步骤S2:再加入分散剂、着色剂和阻燃剂,继续搅拌,再进行球磨制得浆料;
步骤S3:将长石釉、石灰釉和水混合,制得釉料;
步骤S4:将步骤S2中制得的浆料进行喷雾干燥,保持含水量5%~12%,制得浆凝料;
步骤S5:将步骤S4中的浆凝料,在120~280Mpa压力下制成坯料;
步骤S6:在步骤S5中制得的坯料的表面喷洒步骤2中制得的釉料,在1030~1360℃的高温下进行烘干,得到烘干料;
步骤S7:将步骤6中得到的烘干料进行自然冷却10~24小时,制得托玛琳环保地砖。
在本发明中,浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土20%~30%、赤泥20%~30%、粘土20%~30%、硼砂2%~5%、填料5%~10%、托玛琳粉3%~6%和水10%~20%,且填料包括聚丙烯,先制作浆料,干燥后烧制成坯料,再在坯料上喷洒釉料进行施釉处理,再高温高压处理,比较环保,又能耐腐蚀、耐酸,高岭土、赤泥和粘土内部成分组成使之抗压抗搓,也更加方便烧制,硼砂使之更加易聚凝,增强其抗压能力,托玛琳粉使之具有释放负离子能力;本发明作用功能比较多,抗压、抗搓能力强,不易变形,不吸水,耐油、耐酸且释放远红外线和负离子效果好。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的一种托玛琳环保地砖,先制作浆料,干燥后烧制成坯料,再在坯料上喷洒釉料进行施釉处理,再高温高压处理;浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土20%~30%、赤泥20%~30%、粘土20%~30%、硼砂2%~5%、填料5%~10%、托玛琳粉3%~6%和水10%~20%,填料包括聚丙烯。
在本发明中,浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土20%~30%、赤泥20%~30%、粘土20%~30%、硼砂2%~5%、填料5%~10%、托玛琳粉3%~6%和水10%~20%,且填料包括聚丙烯,先制作浆料,干燥后烧制成坯料,再在坯料上喷洒釉料进行施釉处理,再高温高压处理,比较环保,又能耐腐蚀、耐酸,高岭土、赤泥和粘土内部成分组成使之抗压抗搓,也更加方便烧制,硼砂使之更加易聚凝,增强其抗压能力,托玛琳粉使之具有释放负离子能力。
进一步,本发明提供托玛琳粉的制作方法包括如下步骤:步骤一、精选托玛琳矿石并且去杂处理,得到精托玛琳;步骤二、将精托玛琳在破碎机上进行粉碎,得到托玛琳颗粒;步骤三、将托玛琳颗粒在研磨机上进行研磨,得到直径为100~230纳米的托玛琳粉。
进一步,浆料还包括按重量比配制的分散剂2%~4%,更加增强其聚凝性能,使整个内部更加凝实,增加胚体密度、强度和亮度,还可以改善后面釉面层的均匀性,改善釉面与胚体的结合性能,也增强浆料的表面张力和流变性。
更进一步,浆料还包括按重量比配制的着色剂2%~4%,使之本发明着色丰富,使之可以产生多种颜色外表,着色剂包括三氧化二铁或者氧化铜或者氧化锰或者二氧化钛,着色剂优选二氧化钛,其还可以分解室内的有害物质。
更进一步,浆料还包括按重量比配制的阻燃剂1%~3%,增强其阻燃性能。
更进一步,填料还包括聚乙烯,可以节省高岭土、赤泥等材料,更加环保,而且其耐腐蚀。
釉料包括长石釉和石灰釉,不吸水,在分散剂作用下,与胚体结合比较好,且使本发明表面易清洗。
本发明提供一种托玛琳环保地砖的制作方法,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将高岭土、赤泥、粘土、硼砂、填料、托玛琳粉和水混合,搅拌均匀;
步骤S2:再加入分散剂、着色剂和阻燃剂,继续搅拌,再进行球磨制得浆料;
步骤S3:将长石釉、石灰釉和水混合,制得釉料;
步骤S4:将步骤S2中制得的浆料进行喷雾干燥,保持含水量5%~12%,制得浆凝料;
步骤S5:将步骤S4中的浆凝料,在120~280Mpa压力下制成坯料(也就是坯体);
步骤S6:在步骤S5中制得的坯料的表面喷洒步骤2中制得的釉料,在1030~1360℃的高温下进行烘干,得到烘干料;
步骤S7:将步骤6中得到的烘干料进行自然冷却10~24小时,制得托玛琳环保地砖。

步骤S4:将步骤S2中制得的浆料进行喷雾干燥,保持含水量5%~12%,制得浆凝料;

步骤S7:将步骤6中得到的烘干料进行自然冷却10~24小时,制得托玛琳环保地砖。
本发明提供另一种实施例,浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土30%、赤泥20%、粘土20%、硼砂2%、填料5%、托玛琳粉6%、水10%、分散剂3%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂2%;该实施例的制作方法为步骤S1:按重量比,将高岭土30%、赤泥20%、粘土20%、硼砂2%、填料5%、托玛琳粉6%、水10%混合,搅拌均匀;
步骤S2:再加入分散剂3%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂2%,继续搅拌,再进行球磨制得浆料;
步骤S3:将长石釉、石灰釉和水混合,制得釉料;
步骤S4:将步骤S2中制得的浆料进行喷雾干燥,保持含水量5%~12%,制得浆凝料;
步骤S5:将步骤S4中的浆凝料,在120~280Mpa压力下制成坯料;
步骤S6:在步骤S5中制得的坯料的表面喷洒步骤2中制得的釉料,在1030~1360℃的高温下进行烘干,得到烘干料;
步骤S7:将步骤6中得到的烘干料进行自然冷却10~24小时,制得托玛琳环保地砖。
本发明再提供一种实施例,浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土22%、赤泥20%、粘土23%、硼砂4%、填料6%、托玛琳粉5%、水11%、分散剂4%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂3%;该实施例的制作方法为步骤S1:按重量比,将高岭土22%、赤泥20%、粘土23%、硼砂4%、填料6%、托玛琳粉5%、水11%混合,搅拌均匀;
步骤S2:再加入分散剂4%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂3%,继续搅拌,再进行球磨制得浆料;
步骤S3:将长石釉、石灰釉和水混合,制得釉料;
步骤S4:将步骤S2中制得的浆料进行喷雾干燥,保持含水量5%~12%,制得浆凝料;
步骤S5:将步骤S4中的浆凝料,在120~280Mpa压力下制成坯料;
步骤S6:在步骤S5中制得的坯料的表面喷洒步骤2中制得的釉料,在1030~1360℃的高温下进行烘干,得到烘干料;
步骤S7:将步骤6中得到的烘干料进行自然冷却10~24小时,制得托玛琳环保地砖。

Claims (9)
1.一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,先制作浆料,干燥后烧制成坯料,再在坯料上喷洒釉料进行施釉处理,再高温高压处理;所述浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土20%~30%、赤泥20%~30%、粘土20%~30%、硼砂2%~5%、填料5%~10%、托玛琳粉3%~6%和水10%~20%,所述填料包括聚丙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述托玛琳粉的制作方法包括如下步骤:步骤一、精选托玛琳矿石并且去杂处理,得到精托玛琳;步骤二、将精托玛琳在破碎机上进行粉碎,得到托玛琳颗粒;步骤三、将托玛琳颗粒在研磨机上进行研磨,得到直径为100~230纳米的托玛琳粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述浆料还包括按重量比配制的分散剂2%~4%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述浆料还包括按重量比配制的着色剂2%~4%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述浆料还包括按重量比配制的阻燃剂1%~3%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述填料还包括聚乙烯,所述釉料包括长石釉和石灰釉;所述着色剂包括三氧化铁或氧化铜或二氧化钛。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土20%、赤泥25%、粘土25%、硼砂3%、填料5%、托玛琳粉3%、水12%、分散剂2%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂3%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土30%、赤泥20%、粘土20%、硼砂2%、填料5%、托玛琳粉6%、水10%、分散剂3%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂2%。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种托玛琳环保地砖,其特征在于,所述浆料包括按重量比配制的高岭土22%、赤泥20%、粘土23%、硼砂4%、填料6%、托玛琳粉5%、水11%、分散剂4%、着色剂2%和阻燃剂3%。
