如标题所示,本发明专利申请包含一种“转向盘柱用的万向接头”,其新的结构、形状和设计特点可以最大的安全和效率来实现其特殊设计的目的。
所提出的本发明属于机械领域,特别属于汽车领域,专门应用于运动无法经一个一体的纵向轴来传输的转向盘柱,但由于向乘坐者提供最大的空间的现代汽车的机械特点,连同其它目的一起,运动的传输,例如转向和类似的运动传输,必须在通常是车辆前部的位置上改变方向,以使驾驶员位置和转向盘壳都相对于发动机连接。万向接头也适用于其它车辆,即只要是运动必须按照各种方向,如使用者要求的那样,从轴的另一端端点开始传输到达所要求的点的情况。
对于前述涉及安全及空间问题,已知的技术解答是,从转向盘轴开始,将我们称作阳零件的该轴的一端插入至阴零件的轴的另一端中,有选择地放入诸如弹性接头或类似的抗震动装置,并通过一螺钉将这两个零件固定,以防止这两零件之间的相对运动,假定在这两零件上形成有插入螺钉用的孔。
作为碰撞事故中的安全元件,可根据其较大或较小的阻力选择地进行动作,螺钉也抵销分离轴端部之间的扭转力,阻止前述端部之间的轴向运动。
另一也必须考虑的技术方面是该分离转向盘轴应易于组装和拆卸,且它不能对可靠性及安全性有不良效应,因为万向接头在遭受坍缩之前是能经受住轴向力的,若干零件不会从另一些零件中脱出,也即,内部阳零件不会从以现今最常用的技术套在它周围的阴零件中脱出。
其它还必须满足的目的是,例如,作为传导支撑用的带有万向接头的传输轴不应传递或加强由放置于轴一端的零件或装置以及其它与轴相接触的其它零件所产生的震动,并将它们传送给车辆的使用人,从而对车辆车厢内的乘坐者产生形形色色的骚扰,因此,传输轴必需包含能吸收若干影响轴的震动和运动的抗震动零件,从而避免嘈声振动和使用人的颤抖。
所提出的新型万向接头的优点主要是消除螺钉,提出具有阻止轴向运动装置和连接零件装置的阳、阴端部,从而便于在任何情况,也即在工厂和当轴在修理时,轴的组装。
用于阻止轴向运动的装置主要在于阳零件外表面和阴零件内表面的空间设计,而在前者的一端还设置有几个突块,并具有与阴零件基本相似的明显弯曲的外形,这样,阳零件就能用压力装配进入阴零件内部,而不能由此出来,除非作用力达到正常运转情况下的异常水平。所有上述这些由前述的突块加以补充,这些突块是由突缘形成并成双地朝向内部,以阻止阳零件从阴零件的内部伸出至其前方。
连接装置则通过阳零件横截面对应阴零件截面的变化进行变化而获得,这便于前者以单一的位置,也即正确的位置插入至后者的内部。
本发明专利申请的其它细节和特点,将结合最佳实施例的示意说明附图,由下述描述中变得清晰。那些细节将结合可能的实施例,以举例方式给出,但并不限于给出的细节。因此,应将说明看成是示例而没有任何限制。

我们现在将列举本说明的附图中各零件的标号;万向接头-11,管状零件-12,圆柱部分12a,矩形截面-12b,叉臂主体-13,平基面-13a,曲线侧边-13b减震器-14,组合叉臂-15,叉臂15的翼-15a,万向节-16,弹性接头-17,轴承-18,叉臂-19,轴承壳-20,曲线区域-21,突块-22。
如图1所示,在应用的一个最佳实施例中,万向接头11由一个插入至叉臂15的主体13,或阴零件的内部的管状零件12或阳零件组成,叉臂通过诸如万向节,弹性接头和轴承16,17和18(图中未表示)等相应零件被铰接至19,并将运动传输给叉臂19。管状零件12的一端起阳零件的作用,并插入至起阴零件作用的主体13的内部,诸如减震器14的抗震动装置被设置于这两个零件之间。由于12和13表面的特殊形状,12只能如图3和4所示的在一个位置上插入至13的内部。
由管状零件12接收的运动通过减震器14传输给叉臂15,并由此传输给叉臂19,从而运动的方向可适应名种不同情况,已经确定,运动不遵循一直线而是如通常分离转向盘轴中的不规则的线。
为防止传输轴中的不利的振动,在叉臂主体13和管状零件12之间放置了减震器14。
为便于零件12在13内部在一单一位置上的组装,并避免这两个零件转动时的相对位移,本发明提出,12和13的形状,也即它们的横截面应如图3和4所示的那样沿纵向变化。
如图3所示,在前述横截面中,叉臂15的主体13具有上、下平基面13a,而侧边则为基本为圆周形的曲线13b,减震器14插入在管状零件12的圆柱部分12a和基面13a及侧边13b之间。
图4是图1沿4-4的截面或视图,我们看到,在这位置,叉臂15的主体13a具有相同的形状,而在13内部的管状零件12则具有矩形横截面12b,在其端部,固定于中间零件12端部的突块22,允许在正常情况下13在14上的相对运动,并避免两零件的不希望的相对运动。因此,在13和14的端部有一个结构,或曲线或曲线区域21,它在需要时用作零件13和12之间的机械卡子,而从图3和4可看到,由于减震器14是在13和12之间,震动不会通过12到达19。
如图4和5所示的12和13在其纵向轴方向的横截面变化应设计成,从一给定的轴向力出发,在12和13之间设置有机械卡子,而在这些特殊情况下,能保证可靠地传输旋转。一个特别重要的情况是由于14的损坏,当材料中发生间断时,12能相对13而旋转。
曲线区域21的特殊形状结合形如突缘,成双位于零件12一端之前的突块22,能保证对12相对13在伸向外部(拆卸)和伸向内部(坍缩)时都加以轴向抑制,这时的能量有附加的效应加以吸收。
如图及对它们的说明所示,本说明所描述的专利应用提供了一种简易、有效的结构,使用非常方便,无疑是一个新的工业成果。
已结合附图对本专利申请进行了足够的说明,但应理解到,只要不对权利要求所总结的专利进行根本的改变,则细节上的任何改正,只要认为是合适的,都是可以引入的。

Claims (3)

1.一种转向盘柱用的方向接头,包括一个管状零件(12),零件一端部分伸入至一个组合叉臂(15)的内部,在叉臂的端部或翼(15a)成形有圆形槽(20)用以连接方向节,弹性接头和轴承(16,17,18)以便将它铰接至叉臂(19),在管状零件(12)和叉臂(15)的主体(13)之间插入有减震器(14)以阻止震动,减震器为注入橡胶或类似材料,部分纵向地覆盖了管状零件及叉臂主体(12-13)的整个侧向表面,在管状零件及叉臂主体(12,13)的纵向方向及其端部表面设置有横截面的变化作为将管状零件(12)的端部在单一位置上连接于主体(13)的内部,和抵销轴向力的装置,其特征在于,该管状零件(12)在第一区域中具有圆周形横截面(12a),而它在靠近翼(15a)处的第二区域改变成基本成矩形的、具有侧圆角的横截面(12b)。
2.按权利要求1所述的转向盘柱用的方向接头,其特征在于,将管状零件(12)连接至主体(13)的装置是端部,主体(13)的侧边(13b)和管状零件(12)的横截面(12b),并结束于一个曲线区域(21),它协同形如突缘,但相对横截面(12b)弯曲90°的突块(22)用作主体(13)和管状零件(12)之间的机械卡子,以及用于抵销轴向力。
3.按权利要求1所述的转向盘柱用的方向接头,其特征在于,组合叉臂(15)的主体(13)在第一横截面区域是由平基面(13a)和基本为圆周形的侧边(13b)组成,而在靠近翼(15a)的第二区域,上述侧边(13b)也是圆周形的,但半径较少。
