Abstract

本发明涉及一种集散两用船集装箱装载结构,包括纵向双式AE型插孔、横向双式AF型插孔及单式AD型插孔;所述横向双式AF型插孔设置于集装箱舱前侧壁与舱底的交接处、后侧壁与舱底的交接处;所述单式AD型插孔设置于集装箱舱的前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁、右侧壁、舱底五个面中其中三面的交接处;所述纵向双式AF型插孔分为单列组及双列组,所述单列组设置于集装箱舱左侧壁与舱底的交接处、右侧壁与舱底的交接处,所述双列组规则排布于集装箱舱舱底。本发明用于装载集装箱时,只需将舱内导架插入各插孔中即能形成格栅状结构;用于装载散装物品时,不插导架即可,能够很方便的做到集散两用。

一种集散两用船集装箱装载结构
技术领域
本发明涉及船舶生产设计领域,尤其涉及一种集散两用船集装箱装载结构。
背景技术
集装箱船装卸速度高,停港时间短,大多采用高航速,通常为每小时20—23海里。近年来为了节能,一般采用经济航速,每小时18海里左右。在沿海短途航行的集装箱船,航速每小时仅10海里左右。近年来,美国,英国,日本等国进出口的杂货约有70%--90%使用集装箱运输。集装箱船可分为部分集装箱船、全集装箱船和可变换集装箱船三种,可变换集装箱船,其货舱内装载集装箱的结构为可拆装式的。因此,它既可装运集装箱,必要时也可装运普通杂货,现有的装载结构拆装费时费力且整体系统稳定性差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种拆装方便、稳定性高的集装箱装载结构,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种集散两用船集装箱装载结构,包括纵向双式AE型插孔、横向双式AF型插孔及单式AD型插孔;所述横向双式AF型插孔设置于集装箱舱前侧壁与舱底的交接处、后侧壁与舱底的交接处;所述单式AD型插孔设置于集装箱舱的前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁、右侧壁、舱底五个面中其中三面的交接处;所述纵向双式AF型插孔分为单列组及双列组,所述双列组由两列纵向双式AF型插孔组成,所述两列纵向双式AF型插孔之间有空隙;所述单列组设置于集装箱舱左侧壁与舱底的交接处、右侧壁与舱底的交接处,所述双列组规则排布于集装箱舱舱底;所述纵向双式AE型插孔、横向双式AF型插孔、单式AD型插孔分布于舱底形成矩形点阵状结构。
进一步的,还包括导架、双头整体式转锁以及桥形连接器;所述导架插入纵向双式AE型插孔、横向双式AF型插孔、单式AD型插孔形成格栅状结构;所述双头整体式转锁设置于除底层集装箱下部连接点及最外层集装箱外部连接点外的其余相邻集装箱的连接点处;所述桥形连接器设置于最外层集装箱外部连接点。导架直接插入三类插孔即可形成格栅式货架结构,并通过与双头整体式转锁、桥形连接器的结合实现集装箱的稳固连接。
进一步的,所述纵向双式AE型插孔孔距为279mm、相邻纵向双式AE型插孔之间的距离为5850mm,所述横向双式AF型插孔孔距为203mm、所述相邻横向双式AF型插孔之间的距离为2260mm;所述双列组的两列纵向双式AF型插孔之间间距为203mm。则每个格栅的结构正好符合ICC国际集装箱的尺寸标准。
本发明的有益效果在于:用于装载集装箱时,只需将舱内导架插入各插孔中即能形成格栅状结构;用于装载散装物品时,不插导架即可,能够很方便的做到集散两用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种集散两用船集装箱装载结构,包括纵向双式AE型插孔、横向双式AF型插孔2及单式AD型插孔3;所述横向双式AF型插孔2设置于集装箱舱前侧壁与舱底的交接处、后侧壁与舱底的交接处;所述单式AD型插孔3设置于集装箱舱的前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁、右侧壁、舱底五个面中其中三面的交接处;所述纵向双式AF型插孔分为单列组11及双列组12,所述双列组12由两列纵向双式AF型插孔组成,所述两列纵向双式AF型插孔之间有空隙;所述单列组11设置于集装箱舱左侧壁与舱底的交接处、右侧壁与舱底的交接处,所述双列组12规则排布于集装箱舱舱底;所述纵向双式AE型插孔、横向双式AF型插孔2、单式AD型插孔3分布于舱底形成矩形点阵状结构。
如图2的边空舱201处的本装载结构与集装箱6的连接结构示意图所示,还包括导架202、双头整体式转锁4以及桥形连接器5;所述导架202插入纵向双式AE型插孔、横向双式AF型插孔2、单式AD型插孔3形成格栅状结构;所述双头整体式转锁4设置于除底层集装箱6下部连接点及最外层集装箱6外部连接点外的其余相邻集装箱6的连接点处;所述桥形连接器5设置于最外层集装箱6外部连接点。导架202直接插入三类插孔即可形成格栅式货架结构,并通过与双头整体式转锁4、桥形连接器5的结合实现集装箱6的稳固连接。
所述纵向双式AE型插孔孔距为279mm、相邻纵向双式AE型插孔之间的距离为5850mm,所述横向双式AF型插孔2孔距为203mm、所述相邻横向双式AF型插孔2之间的距离为2260mm;所述双列组12的两列纵向双式AF型插孔之间间距为203mm。则每个格栅的结构正好符合ICC国际集装箱的尺寸标准。
