Abstract
本发明公开了一种随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物及其编织方法,织物由外层1、里层2、左连结线3、右连接线4构成,织物结构外层1和里层2贴在一起,拉伸时两个面可以相互错动,互不牵连。对织物经向不拉伸时,织物外层孔眼封闭,仅显示外层色纱颜色,经向拉伸时,外层孔眼张开,即显示外层颜色,也露出里层颜色,织物为两色织物,再进一步经向拉伸,外层孔眼进一步张开,内层孔眼也变大,即显示外层颜色,也显示里层颜色,也露出孔隙,织物为两色+孔隙织物外观,织物广泛用于运动服、鞋帽、健身器械、旅行器械、医疗器械、交通运输工具、消防器械等产品作紧固件及装饰。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种特殊弹性织物的结构及编织方法,特别涉及一种随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物及其编织方法。
背景技术
一般弹性织物,无论单层或是多层,织物随拉伸变形,只是组织结构随拉伸方向伸长、密度变稀、织物总厚度变薄,由于织物层与层固结在一起,不能完全分离,织物表面颜色和图案不会随拉伸变形而变化。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法。
本发明的这些以及其它目的将通过下列详细描述和说明来进一步阐述。
本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物,织物由外层1、里层2、左连结线3、右连接线4构成,织物结构外层1和里层2贴在一起,拉伸时两个面可以相互错动,互不牵连。
进一步的,在本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物中,织物外层1由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2交织而成,织物内层2由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱2-2交织而成,最后由左连结线3和右连接线4分别形成左编链线圈3-1和右编链线圈4-1将织物里外层在左边和右边固结在一起。
在本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物中,织物内层2的经纱密度为织物外层1的2-5倍,织物外层1的纬纱密度为织物内层2的2-3倍。
在本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物中,织物外层1由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2交织而成,高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2采用一种颜色。
在本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物中,织物内层2由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱2-2交织而成,高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱2-2的颜色不同于高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2的颜色。
本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法,一组机织 机构编织织物外层1,一组机织机构编织织物内层2,同时单针舌针针织机构上的左右两个舌针分别穿过织物外层2和织物内层1的布边,垫入左连结线3和右连接线4,编织左编链线圈3-1和右编链线圈4-1将织物里外层在左边和右边固结在一起。
在本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法中,编织机构由同一织机上的编织织物外层1的一组机织机构、编织织物内层2的一组机织机构和分别编织织物左连结线3和右连接线4的两组单针舌针针织机构复合构成。
在本发明的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法中,机织机构能完成开口、引纬、闭口等编织机织平纹组织功能;针织机构能完成退圈、垫纱、套圈、闭口、成圈等编织单纱编链组织功能。
对织物经向不拉伸时,织物外层孔眼封闭,仅显示外层色纱颜色,经向拉伸时,外层孔眼张开,即显示外层颜色,也露出里层颜色,织物为两色织物,再进一步经向拉伸,外层孔眼进一步张开,内层孔眼也变大,即显示外层颜色,也显示里层颜色,也露出孔隙,织物为两色+孔隙织物外观,
本发明的织物能广泛用于运动服、鞋帽、健身器械、旅行器械、医疗器械、交通运输工具、消防器械等产品作紧固件及装饰。

具体实施方式
参考图1,织物由外层1、里层2、左连结线3、右连接线4构成,为了使织物结构清晰,画图时将织物外层1和里层2拉开一定距离,实际织物结构外层1和里层2贴在一起,拉伸时两个面可以相互错动,互不牵连。
在图1中,织物外层1由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2交织而成,织物内层2由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱2-2交织而成,最后由左连结线3和右连接线4分别形成左编链线圈3-1和右编链线圈4-1将织物里外层在左边和右边固结在一起。
在图1中,织物内层2经纱密度为织物外层1的2-5倍(较好的是3倍),织物外层1的纬纱密度为织物内层2的2-3倍(较好的是3倍),织物外层1的纬纱线密度为织物内层2的2-3倍(较好 的是3倍),织物外层1高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2采用一种颜色,织物内层2高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱采用另一种颜色。
这样,织物外层1纬向密度稀,经向密度密,织物里层2纬向密度密,经向密度稀。
对织物经向不拉伸时,织物外层孔眼封闭,仅显示外层色纱颜色;经向拉伸时,外层孔眼张开,即显示外层颜色,也露出里层颜色,织物为两色织物;再进一步经向拉伸,外层孔眼进一步张开,内层孔眼也变大,即显示外层颜色,也显示里层颜色,也露出孔隙,织物为两色+孔隙织物外观。
编织方法为一组机织机构编织织物外层1,一组机织机构编织织物内层2,同时单针舌针针织机构上的左右两个舌针分别穿过织物外层2和织物内层1的布边,垫入左连结线3和右连接线4,编织左编链线圈3-1和右编链线圈4-1将织物里外层在左边和右边固结在一起。
编织机构由同一织机上的编织织物外层1的一组机织机构、编织织物内层2的一组机织机构和分别编织织物左连结线3和右连接线4的两组单针舌针针织机构复合构成,机织机构能完成开口、引纬、闭口等编织机织平纹组织功能,针织机构能完成退圈、垫纱、 套圈、闭口、成圈等编织单纱编链组织功能。

Claims (9)
1.一种随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物,其特征在于织物由外层1、里层2、左连结线3、右连接线4构成,织物结构外层1和里层2贴在一起,拉伸时两个面可以相互错动,互不牵连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物,其特征在于织物外层1由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2交织而成,织物内层2由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱2-2交织而成,最后由左连结线3和右连接线4分别形成左编链线圈3-1和右编链线圈4-1将织物里外层在左边和右边固结在一起。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物,其特征在于织物内层2的经纱密度为织物外层1的2-5倍,织物外层1的纬纱密度为织物内层2的2-3倍。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物,其特征在于织物外层1由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2交织而成,高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2采用一种颜色。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物,其特征在于织物内层2由高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱2-2交织而成,高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱2-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱2-2的颜色不同于高弹性乳胶丝或氨纶包芯纱经纱1-1与涤纶低弹丝纬纱1-2的颜色。
6.根据权利要求1-5之一所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法,其特征在于一组机织机构编织织物外层1,一组机织机构编织织物内层2,同时单针舌针针织机构上的左右两个舌针分别穿过织物外层2和织物内层1的布边,垫入左连结线3和右连接线4,编织左编链线圈3-1和右编链线圈4-1将织物里外层在左边和右边固结在一起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法,其特征在于编织机构由同一织机上的编织织物外层1的一组机织机构、编织织物内层2的一组机织机构和分别编织织物左连结线3和右连接线4的两组单针舌针针织机构复合构成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法,其特征在于机织机构能完成开口、引纬、闭口等编织机织平纹组织功能。
9.根据权利要求7所述的随拉伸变形而变色的弹性织物的编织方法,其特征在于针织机构能完成退圈、垫纱、套圈、闭口、成圈等编织单纱编链组织功能。
