本发明涉及生物质能源设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种平模颗粒机新型压轮机构,包括平模具、平模具轮基体、平模压轮,其特征在于:平模具为带有中心孔的圆形板结构,平模具轮基体通过平模压轮固定板固定有水平方向的四个平模轮轴,平模轮轴的末端轴承安装有平模压轮。本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉,降低能耗,提高产量,压轮数量由三个增加到四个,增加了平模压轮与平模板的接触面积,从而提高产量,平模压轮轴线与平模具平行,受力均匀,受力垂直于平模具,充分利用了能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物质能源设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种平模颗粒机新型压轮机构。
背景技术
目前,锥轮平模颗粒机是适应国际生物质能再生需求的压缩致密成型的产品。该机型采用皮带及蜗轮蜗杆两级传动,转动平稳,噪声低,喂料依靠物料自身重力,避免堵塞,物料可干进干出,无需烘干,采用差速器和万向节传动,产量高,操作方便。但是,该机型压轮采用锥轮,锥轮制作工艺复杂,锥轮面与轴线成一定角度,导致压轮所受力不能完全挤压到模板上,分解出一部分做了无用功,从而造成了能源浪费,产量不能充分提高,见附图1和附图2。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上所提问题,弥补传统技术的不足,提供了一种简化结构,降低能耗,提高产量的平模颗粒机新型压轮机构。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种平模颗粒机新型压轮机构,包括平模具、平模具轮基体、平模压轮,其特征在于:平模具为带有中心孔的圆形板结构,平模具轮基体通过平模压轮固定板固定有水平方向的四个平模轮轴,平模轮轴的末端轴承安装有平模压轮。
平模轮轴分为两个平模短压轮轴和两个平模长压轮轴。
平模压轮固定板通过内六角螺栓固定在平模具轮基体的上方,且平模压轮固定板与平模轮轴之间通过内六角螺栓固定。
平模压轮圆周面上设置有凸头结构的平模压轮皮。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉,降低能耗,提高产量,压轮数量由三个增加到四个,增加了平模压轮与平模板的接触面积,从而提高产量,平模压轮轴线与平模具平行,受力均匀,受力垂直于平模具,充分利用了能源。

本发明的平模颗粒机新型压轮机构,包括平模具1、平模具轮基体2、平模压轮14,其特征在于:平模具1为带有中心孔的圆形板结构,平模具轮基体2通过平模压轮固定板10固定有水平方向的四个平模轮轴,平模轮轴的末端轴承安装有平模压轮14;平模轮轴分为两个平模短压轮轴12和两个平模长压轮轴13;平模压轮固定板10通过内六角螺栓11固定在平模具轮基体2的上方,且平模压轮固定板10与平模轮轴之间通过内六角螺栓11固定;平模压轮14圆周面上设置有凸头结构的平模压轮皮8。
结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉,降低能耗,提高产量,压轮数量由三个增加到四个,增加了平模压轮14与平模板1的接触面积,从而提高产量,平模压轮14轴线与平模具1平行,受力均匀,受力垂直于平模具1,充分利用了能源。

1.一种平模颗粒机新型压轮机构,包括平模具、平模具轮基体、平模压轮,其特征在于:平模具为带有中心孔的圆形板结构,平模具轮基体通过平模压轮固定板固定有水平方向的四个平模轮轴,平模轮轴的末端轴承安装有平模压轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平模颗粒机新型压轮机构,其特征在于:平模轮轴分为两个平模短压轮轴和两个平模长压轮轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的平模颗粒机新型压轮机构,其特征在于:平模压轮固定板通过内六角螺栓固定在平模具轮基体的上方,且平模压轮固定板与平模轮轴之间通过内六角螺栓固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的平模颗粒机新型压轮机构,其特征在于:平模压轮圆周面上设置有凸头结构的平模压轮皮。
