（1）按照所述重量份数称取原料药白茅根、党参、益母草、荷叶、牡丹皮、山药、牡蛎、五味子、大黄、天麻、乌梅、吴茱萸、蒺藜、赤芍、木贼、红花、北沙参、川楝子、龙胆、通草、细辛备用；
（2）加入总原料药8-12倍重量的水浸泡1-1.5小时，加热煎煮1-3小时，过滤，药渣再加入4-6倍重量水，加热煎煮1-2小时，过滤，滤液合并，得上清液；
（3）上清液浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.3时进喷雾干燥器，进风温度控制140-180℃，出风温度80-110℃，进料速度为1升每分钟，得喷雾干燥粉；
（4）将干燥粉剂按医药的常规方法制成口服液体制剂、胶囊剂或丸剂。
实验例：
临床资料：采用本发明共治疗95例青光眼患者，年龄为32-65岁。
治疗方法：以本发明的口服液体制剂为例，口服一次10-20ml，一日2次，15天为一个疗程。
疗效评价标准：
治愈：眼压恢复低于2. 74kPa。
好转：眼压下降至2. 74kPa-3.25kPa。
未愈：眼压及症状无改善。
治疗结果：采用本发明共治疗青光眼患者95例，经过1-3个疗程的治疗，其中治愈88例，好转5例，无效2例，有效率为98%；结果表明，本发明对治疗青光眼具有疗效好，见效快，无副作用，制备工艺先进，制剂稳定性好，药物利用度高等优点。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗青光眼的中药组合物，其特征是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：白茅根28-32份、党参18-22份、益母草18-22份、荷叶18-22份、牡丹皮13-17份、山药13-17份、牡蛎13-17份、五味子13-17份、大黄13-17份、天麻13-17份、乌梅13-17份、吴茱萸8-12份、蒺藜8-12份、赤芍8-12份、木贼8-12份、红花8-12份、北沙参8-12份、川楝子8-12份、龙胆8-12份、通草5-7份、细辛2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗青光眼的中药组合物，其特征是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：白茅根30份、党参20份、益母草20份、荷叶20份、牡丹皮15份、山药15份、牡蛎15份、五味子15份、大黄15份、天麻15份、乌梅15份、吴茱萸10份、蒺藜10份、赤芍10份、木贼10份、红花10份、北沙参10份、川楝子10份、龙胆10份、通草6份、细辛3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗青光眼的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征是：包括以下步骤：
（1）按照所述重量份数称取原料药白茅根、党参、益母草、荷叶、牡丹皮、山药、牡蛎、五味子、大黄、天麻、乌梅、吴茱萸、蒺藜、赤芍、木贼、红花、北沙参、川楝子、龙胆、通草、细辛备用；
（2）加入总原料药8-12倍重量的水浸泡1-1.5小时，加热煎煮1-3小时，过滤，药渣再加入4-6倍重量水，加热煎煮1-2小时，过滤，滤液合并，得上清液；
