本发明涉及一种行李箱,箱体上设有可插入式拉杆,箱体的底部设有滚轮;箱体面料的制造方法,将混纺纤维放置于亮面色彩成型剂中浸泡;亮面色彩成型剂由15份邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、4份石油醚、2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、6份硅烷偶联剂、6份抗粘剂和16份珠光粉混合制成;将混纺纤维加工成混纺布料;在混纺布料上涂刷一层防水胶;对混纺布料进行塑化处理,得到箱体面料。本发明的行李箱,对箱体材料进行了改进,特别是在亮面色彩成型剂中添加了特殊结构的硅烷偶联剂,使亮面色彩成型剂能够最大程度被混纺纤维吸收,使制成的亮面色彩布料可以较为持久的保持亮面色彩特性。

本发明涉及一种行李箱。
背景技术
将亮面色彩布料应用在行李箱产品上,是近年来潮流所向,可以给通行人指示,保证驴友同伴的人身安全。现有的用于行李箱的面料主要存在亮面色彩无法持久保持等缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种行李箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种行李箱,包括箱体,箱体上设有可插入式拉杆,箱体的底部设有滚轮;
箱体面料的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、将混纺纤维放置于亮面色彩成型剂中浸泡,浸泡温度为65℃,浸泡时间为2h,浸泡后烘干;
亮面色彩成型剂由15份邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、4份石油醚、2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、6份硅烷偶联剂、6份抗粘剂和16份珠光粉混合制成;
硅烷偶联剂的结构式为:
2)、将混纺纤维加工成混纺布料;
3)、在混纺布料上涂刷一层防水胶;
4)、对混纺布料进行塑化处理,得到箱体面料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的行李箱,对箱体材料进行了改进,特别是在亮面色彩成型剂中添加了特殊结构的硅烷偶联剂,使亮面色彩成型剂能够最大程度被混纺纤维吸收,使制成的亮面色彩布料可以较为持久的保持亮面色彩特性。

箱体20面料的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、将混纺纤维放置于亮面色彩成型剂中浸泡,浸泡温度为65℃,浸泡时间为2h,浸泡后烘干。
亮面色彩成型剂由15份邻苯二甲酸二丁脂、4份石油醚、2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、6份硅烷偶联剂、6份抗粘剂和16份珠光粉混合制成。
硅烷偶联剂的结构式为:
2)、将混纺纤维加工成混纺布料。
3)、在混纺布料上涂刷一层防水胶。
4)、对混纺布料进行塑化处理,得到箱体面料。
